Building a new workshop and needed some new equipment to go inside! Called with a list of products we were looking for and Ray went down the list with us and answered all questions we had. We placed our order with him and are excited to pick up our new equipment this weekend. Definitely recommend working with Ray at the Spring location.

Very nice location. Had what i needed. Didnt look around the entire shop because i like to savior the moment. took a look at about 1/5th of the shop and whats available was enough to satisfy my eyes. Cant wait to go here again and check out more of what they have.

I went with a friend of mine and the employees kept giving us looks as if we were going to steal something. Just because we are younger than the average woodworker doesnt mean you can harass your customers. Totally ruined the experience.

Today I visited the store in Spring, TX. I was in the back looking at the domestic hardwoods which they had plenty of. I was also told about a cart full of not so perfect wood, where I was able to find PLENTY of such things as curly maple, padaux (sp), and walnut, that was marked down. I didnt have enough wallet to leave with what I wanted to leave with, but I left with what I needed. I have to check back with them for the dust right dust bag that wasnt in stock though.. Ill be going back for sure..

Bought a item from the store and had a issue that didnt turn out to good at all. But the reps from rockler went above and beyond any of my expectations about what happened and from my experience they take issues you have in a store serious. Just for that reason Ill be going back there to shop more.

This is one of those stores that is fun to just walk down the aisles and look at the interesting things that they have on the shelves.The store is staffed by personnel knowledgeable of the tools, who were eager to answer my questions, or listen as explained my latest project.The store is stocked with many things that you cannot live without, although for many of those things you may not have known that until you saw them in the store.

We purchased a pressure canner online. It arrived with a faulty overpressure plug, and during canning, it showed it wasn’t salvageable. So we were left with a bunch of meat that needed processing.

I bought a Rikon bandsaw at this rockler store on sale. Shortly afterwards I went in to buy a new blade bc the one that came with the saw went dull almost immediately. Was told by salesperson they were temporarily out of stock of the size I needed. Ive been back several times and they are still out of stock. I asked again and was told they dont carry the size to fit my saw any longer. Most of the items in the store are decent good quality but way overpriced imo. Mostly now I go in to see if they have specials on markdowns of hardwoods and bowl blanks. I like rockler, I just cant afford her.
