My mom and I attended the Mothers Day Brunch cooking class. We really enjoyed the chef, class and atmoshpere. I would definitely take another class here, and would recommend it to friends. At times we did have a hard time hearing the instructions, and thought it would have been nice to have a set of printed directions at each station for review. Also, I was disappointed to learn that we were not making the fried crab patties as shown on the picture associated with the class. The first picture is what we made, the second picture is the photo they advertise with the class. I was really looking forwarding to learning how to make the fried crab patties, one of the main reasons I chose this certain class. There was a gentleman in the class that had a food allergy, they were very accommodating and made sure he had a substitute.

We wanted to look at having DTH build us a home that is here. We looked on the website to make sure they would be open and it says you can make an appointment OR visit during business hours and they will be happy to give you a tour. We drove over an hour to come look at one of the homes during business hours and was told that we HAD to have an appointment and that the home we wanted to see was under renovation so we couldn’t see it anyway. Complete waste of time and then they had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to talk to someone about pricing lol.

My wife treated me with a tour of the property and we attended one of the cooking schools. What a blast we had and their facility was the finest Ive ever seen before! Great place to learn all about the latest home improvement options too.

If you are looking for affordable this is not the place to go. But if you are looking for something beautiful, breath taking, give you something to dream about, spend all day on eye house candy, and amazing interior design ideas this is definitely the place to go. I cant wait to go back.

Came here hoping to take a look at the model homes and was disappointed to see that they’ve changed their policy. You now have to make a ‘design appointment’ and be shuffled around with a sales rep to look at the homes. No thank you. My husband and I are starting a project and don’t like the idea of arguing about bull nose and trim ideas in front of a sales rep when we’re trying to assess a builder for the first time. Apparently, we weren’t the only ones with this line of thought. We stopped two families on the way in looking to do the same thing. I could see scanning our IDs but people making appointments are already committed. They may lose business from the on a whim stop ins.Three families in the ten minutes we were there turned around and left.

I have been here twice. Once with my wife for a cooking class, and again with the whole family for a winter lights celebration. This is a fun place to visit and I highly recommend the cooking classes, they are tons of fun!

Interesting to tour homes, but 90% of the items in the homes are out of stock . Terrible app. Not useful for pricing options.Additionally, all homes are by the same builder with similar features and similar color schemes. Not much variety...I wouldnt waste $20 on this place

An interesting experience indeed. The check in process feels like one of those creepy promo things you get in the mail where youll get a free tv for checking out the neighborhood. We almost left at that point, but we persevered. Almost all of the houses have the exact same overdone Italianate style, but a few are different. Theres a beach house and one modern-style home; other than that, the interiors and decorations are very similar. By the way, this is $15 per person for adults. No sales people bothered us, but we didnt push any of the call buttons or use the little android device they loaned us (in exchange for our drivers licenses.)

They charge a $20 cover just to enter the facility and see some model homes. The only benefit is you can get pricing on the furniture and decor.
