Went in to get a key copied and Cameron was able to help me. Ended up being the best service I have gotten from anywhere in a very long time. Ended up having him program a key for my truck and turns out he stayed 15 minutes after his shift to make sure it worked perfectly for me.The thing that really stood out was how nice and extremely helpful he was.

Purchased charcoal online and picked up in store. The only location that actually had this particular char log in stock. Friendly staff, fully stocked shelves and a convenient location.

Really helpful staff. Just a little more expensive than typical box stores but better service and the good product selection is worth it. These guys have a gentleman that comes in every Monday to pick up customer product for sharpening (lawnmower blades, knifes, drill bits, etc) and returns following Monday. Got to take the lawnmower blade in next visit. Definitely recommend-

It was a simple task I needed done, cutting a pair of keys for my home. Though it was a brief exchange, I could never have imagined that I’d have such a fantastic customer service experience. When I tell you, earlier today I had seen my girlfriend, and we were intimate, and still the customer service here was the highlight of my day. Not to discredit the performance of my significant other, but instead to provide the credit due to an associate at this location by the name of Cameron. Whatever they are paying you, Cameron, I guarantee it is not enough. We could only stand to benefit as a society if we saw more people in leadership who exhibit an inkling of the light-hearted charm and kindness of Cameron. I may start breaking things in my home and/or vehicle just to have an excuse to come back and see Cameron. Also, it took no time at all to have copies of my keys made. I suppose it’s true what they say, Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks.

Well i visited this store yesterday to return an item. first of all they did not want to return because they claim computers were down, I had my receiptand ask to speak to store manager. manager Amber refused to to take my item back. she was arguing with me telling me that costumers are not always right i proceeded to ask for someone else then a man walking out his name was bob. I explained to him and he said to give me my refund in cash. still this Amber was still arguing with me. end result she asked one of the other ladies to do it because she was angry. not good costumer service at all. they were taking payment from other people buying and computers were working fine. mind you I never received cash back... but they claim it was in my card. still have not seen my transaction at my bank.

Very helpful team, Huge variety of products, and extremely quick turnover for online orders. I ordered several things to the store for no extra cost, they arrived for pickup within days.

Disappointing lack of customer service. The cashier at the front, Robin, didn’t look up when I walked in much less greet me. And even after perusing Christmas lights for five minutes or more, nobody asked if I needed help.My husband and I used to recommend this place for its customer service, stopping here instead of at a Home Depot bc we knew we would get the assistance we needed. This is no longer true.

MFers claim to be open until 7 pm. When snowpacolypse hits and the community needs them just they close at 5pm, parking lot full. When you read this it might be 3pm on a good day, when the child are down and your pipe is busted, someone in a truck pulling out is going to tell you they closed an hour ago.

Helpful staff. Needed help with a plumbing issue I didnt even know exactly how to explain and they got me sorted out.

I will give them this: They are friendly. BUT, thats about all Ill give them. I went in to have a key copied. They spent ten minutes finding a key that would work and another five copying the key. I drove fifteen minutes home, and the keys didnt work. When I went back, they said that they just didnt have the right key and would have to refund me. I ended going to a key and lock shop five minutes away from my house and guess what: the blank that the lock shop used was the same this Ace Hardware used, they just copied correctly. Plus it only took three minutes at the lock shop, not fifteen.

A little pricey, but location is convenient.

We purchased a pressure canner online. It arrived with a faulty overpressure plug, and during canning, it showed it wasn’t salvageable. So we were left with a bunch of meat that needed processing. Ordering a new plug would have meant at least a week of waiting. So I started calling every place I could think of that should have had what I needed. I was met with either complete confusion, or suggestions to call around to locate it. Which is the reason I’m on the phone. Then I called this particular ACE in Spring. Robin answered my call and was happy to help. I explained my situation, and she told me she had one plug in stock, and even though it’s a different model, it works perfect. Thank you Robin. You saved our pocket book, and a whole bunch of stress.

Good help from a young gal and a young man.. but the guy who checked me out ..zero personality, didnt even ask if I a was an ace hardware member..nada, nothing but the cost. No hello, no thank you...Sad because we always want to support the mom and pop places.

Hey!!! Listen!!!! Remeber places where you go in and the employees actually seemed like they were there to help, or where they were friendly and actually engaged in conversation with you. Remember when things were repair the project not remove and replace the project. Im in retail management and this store is what I strive for in customer service. They have parts to repair not just replace. Employees had genuine friendly customer service not what you see in the large box stores. I will make this place my hardware home. Even makes me want to see if I can apply for a manager position for a sister store. They are doing it right. Very right. Thank you.

I went in January and was not pleased with the customer service. One clerk spent her time following me and the other barely could answer a question about an item I wanted to purchase. In fact, he sent me down the wrong aisle. Had to ask for a bag at checkout too. Whole experience made me feel really uncomfortable and what I bought was overpriced. Decided I would not shop there again.

Went to this store for the first time yesterday for their buy one get one paint sale. I was greeted when I entered then proceeded to the paint area. There were cans of paint & tags about the sale, I did not see any paint aisles, so I asked about the sale & how much the paint was. The girl called someone to help me & I was told $38 in eggshell, which I wanted, but I also had to get their reward card (like a Kroger card). I asked about color, since my samples came from another big box store, & they could mix it. I got 4 cans of 3 different colors. She talked to me about purchasing other supplies & I said I would look. I still never saw the paint but the guy mixing kept coming from behind the paint supplies so must have been an aisle back there. I went to the register, got my card, chatted with the cashier about the store, since it was my first time, & she explained some great things about it. I told her I would get the paint loaded & come back in & browse.This is where my great experience turned. She scanned the cans gave me a total of $103 & I said how, well those $38 cans were now $47. The girl that told me the price came up & admitted to what happened but wouldnt change it saying they must of changed the price. So did they raise it for the sale? I told her I felt like it was a bait & switch tactic. A young gentleman came by, possibly the manager, & she asked about putting prices on the cans at the front of the paint department. I told him what was happening & he looked dumbfounded then said well so & so just takes the customers back to the paint aisle to see their options then walked away. The girl then shrugged her shoulders & walked away. The cashier was so apologetic so I told her its not your fault they had an opportunity to make it right but I will not be returning to this store. And sadly for them I would of spent more than that $20 since Im upgrading my house & was also looking forward to checking out the gift section. Lesson learned that a friendly smile isnt always an honest word. At the big box I look at the paint aisle & my options. Was just so unfamiliar with this store.

Great place for getting Christmas lights if you got a contractors license. Its cheaper but the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
