Stopped by for dessert. We were greeted by the staffers when we came in, and they were friendly and kind to us throughout our visit. We got red velvet cake and coconut milkshake and vanilla and raspberry sorbet milkshake. The shakes were very good and both combinations had nice flavor. We almost missed this place because the sign was in gray letters without the normal logo, and also the place is combined with Great American Cookie Company. Anyway, it turned out both our milkshakes were pink like the Marble Slab logo, lol! Glad that we came here today!

I went inside to order and no one seems to be trained. It was very dirty everywhere. She didnt know what was in the ice cream I ordered. Then she kept asking me if I wanted each ingredient. When she finished it was runny. The cup was very messy and she didnt seem to know what to do. I took it and wiped it off. I used to go there about twice a month, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wear a mask they said to support struggling small businesses.. I wore the mask and NEVER stayed home. Get vaccinated. Got vaccinated. Texas is open 100%......NOT at this Marble Slab. Refused service even with month old shot record. You have lost this customer FOR LIFE and I will make it my personal mission to ensure you lose enough customers to close your doors permanently. You are not what the US represents and do not deserve to have a business here. ....and your smart mouth response to the complaints about mask mandate arent cute. Just so you know. Go live in a bubble if youre that scared!!!!

I dont usually post reviews, if Im not happy I just wont go back, but this lit me up. Went in to get a treat for my daughter and waited in line for about 10 minutes. Once we made it to the line to order we were told we could not be served without a mask. If this was an issue we should have been informed when we walked in, not allowed to wait in line for that long. In addition there were a number of other patrons who were standing in line in front of us, masks down slurping on their ice cream, talking and laughing? Apparently this rule does not apply when your eating, but only when your ordering? Get it together Marble Slab. This policy is ignorant and I will not be patronizing any of your businesses in the future. Although it appears you dont necessarily care.

The guy in front of me was waiting for like 20 mins without a mask. The whole time he was without a mask lol. When it was time to pay now you cant be served because you dont have a mask! It is a a political zoo in this store! Warning... DO NOT GO!! Plus the Mango ice cream was too sour and the Pecan ice cream was too sweet. Nothing smooth about its flavors; how I usually enjoy my ice cream.

This location has the absolute worst customer service. From now on I will drive to Tomball to get my kids ice cream. Never again. This is twice now I’ve had rude service from them. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I love ice cream! However, when I went I was very displeased. I had ordered a s’mores ice cream mix, and was throughly disappointed. Maybe I was naive in my beliefs, but I trusted the workers there would know their recipes but that is not the case. I hadn’t noticed till after I had left and took my first bite that my ice cream was completely messed up. Instead of a taste of chocolate with hints of gram cracker or other toppings, I got a mouthful of marshmallow fluff. I’m very disappointed as this has never happened to me before, but will definitely make me reconsider going to this location for ice cream.

I love the ice cream here, but the last time I went to the shop in Market Place (7/23/20 afternoon) the guy there was rude at me. First of all, he wasnt wearing his mask properly (having his nose uncovered) when its mandatory now. In addition, he did not take my order correctly, so I told him I would not take that ice cream. I refused to take the ice cream since it was not what I wanted and also because I told him to wear his mask properly, and he just refused to do it. I was hoping he would serve me a new ice cream, but he just went and put the scoop of melting ice cream back to the put in the fridge. Disappointing!

Kids love marble slab! the staff was very friendly to my young rambunctious kids (3 5yr olds) and welcoming! love the cookies! they didnt have fruity pebbles tho :(

Good ice cream, and good cones, but I asked for an application since they were hiring, and when the worker told me to email a certain address, it was an invalid email. I thought maybe I typed it works but no, I tried to remove the period but it is was still not working. And there is no application link on their website either. :/

First time visiting this location. It will be our last. Got shakes they were so runny, it was like drinking sweet milk. And the employees were getting an attitude because I couldnt understand what they were saying because of the mask.

Wife got a strawberry shortcake Sunday and the l shortcake Was hard and nasty and when we went back in to ask him to replace it or re make it they refused and said they couldn’t do anything but add some brownies in order for us to basically buy some thing else will never be going back to this marble slab againThey weren’t rude just not helpful

We showed up at 8:58 pm on July 9th 2019. The lady was standing with her back against the door and there were customers inside ordering ice cream (we watched as they were being served). We knocked on the door right behind the employee who was guarding the door, she did t even move to acknowledge we were there. We just found that it was very rude to treat possible customers in such a way. We will not be visiting this location again

I like this place and the ice cream is good, however sometimes the staff act unsure about certain things. I dont think we can sell a cone w/o ice cream. I have to call the manager to see how to check the balance on your gift card.I have to ask for a bag when I am sold lots of ice cream (in order to carry it all). I guess there is alot of new staff each visit.....but the ice cream is good..

This place does not require a mask even though they have it posted on the door that it is required for you to have mask on I have seen them multiple times allow customers to come in with out a mask on very disappointed will have to go somewhere else to get ice cream and cookies

This place great. caters to my requests with a smile and excellent customer service. Asst mgr (I think) Kylie(?) superb cust srv as well and very friendly with superb politeness. It couldnt be any better. Thank you

Ive been going to this location since theyve opened. This time I walked in and seen a young lady by the name Jordan work about 5 customers by herself ( That was with frustration). That was the best thing about her. Between each customer she kept looking at her watch. Her co worker walked in from outside, Jordan told her she looked homeless ( I guess by the way she was dressed) but I actually thought the young lady looked alright and better fitting clothing than Jordan. I told Jordan what I want and she stuffed my quart with the wrong flavor. I seen her dump half of the icecream back in the tin container and threw away the other half. As she was getting another spoon, I seen her push a co worker out of the way and told her she was standing in the way. The other young lady laughed it off. When she was mixing my icecream Id asked her to clean off the table because she got cookies and other color icecream in it. I only wanted mines plain. She says dont worry, a little food coloring wont hurt. The table had white, blue, brown and red coloring on it. I seen she didnt fill up my quart. I asked her to fill it up and she said she did. I opened it and had had to ask someone else to fill it up because she disappeared into the back. That explained the continuously eye watching her wrist for the clock. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEEMINGLY BULLY LIKE!

This place is great! Ive never had a bad experience. Im so glad that we finally have a Marble Slab! Not much of a Tutti Fruiti eater! You can walk in at the last minute and this staff will serve you like they just opened!

The Research Forest location is still the go-to location. Its not even close. While this location seems to be more than adequately staffed, the service was poor and the overall quality of their work fell way short of any other MSC weve been to. We were not asked if we were a Slab Happy member. They were out of Butter Pecan, which is unacceptable because there were 5-6 people working and no customers. While the staff was friendly, they were pretty clueless about absolutely everything and messed up all 5 of our orders. Weve never had anything like this happen at the Research Forest location in The Woodlands... and we go 2-3 times a month. On the plus side, the Grand Parkway Market Place location sells cookies. I recommend hitting the good Marble Slab and picking your cookies up at Kroger next door!

Dropped my drink by accident, felt very embarrassed but they simply made me a new one and said it was alright. Along with that the service was great, kind staff. Definitely would come again.

So nice to have a Marble Slab and American cookie co in our neighborhood. Staff and owners are super helpful and friendly!
