I have had my storage for 3 months now.... and for 3 months Ive had issues getting into my digital access unit. Last month I could not access my unit and no one was available at my location that I could speak with. This month I went to put not things in storage and was on the phone over an hour trying to get assistance getting into the unit. The property manager was not in and would not be available until tomorrow. The problem here is that I am moving and had already loaded a truck and trailer with things that need to be stored. The greatest issue is that I had to rent equipment for an additional day to accommodate.

The lady that was on duty that day was so helpful and she walk me through every step. They need more people like her. And she explained every question I need to ask.

Robert the manager is great. However his assist Bernice is very rude. She made my 67 yrs old mother move my things out immediately and alone. I tried telling her that Robert approved a later pick up on Sunday, but she dismissed it. She was very dismissive to my mother and I. This wasnt the first encounter with her being rude either. Be better Bernice be better!!!

Robert at this location is very helpful. This location never flooded during hurricane. Very clean facility. I recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space. Make sure you make your rent fees on time or they will lock you out until you pay your fee.

They honestly look for the best option to help you and want to genuinely assist you.Every problem, every question, every situation, is always handled with kindness and respect. They’re straight forward with no Sugarcoating but they always treat their customers with decency and understanding.Great staff and the prices are very good compared to their competition! All the people that work there are nice and professional. Tony helped me out. He’s a good guy. Plus the prices are way lower than my last storage place.Edit: 3/10/17. The prices went up like $15. That kind of sucks. Thats like a 20% increase. I moved my stuff out since I moved into a bigger place with a garage. Closing my account was easy.
