I believe her name to be Ashley.She was such a kind soul and very professional. Everything ran smooth with no problem and I could tell she loved her job from the smile . Public Storage really found themselves a great employee.

I was able to do everything online which I really appreciated. That way I just had to punch in the gate code drive straight to my unit and found a lock already there for me to use. So much better than the 20 min standing filling out paperwork.

Needed a space to park a large truck. Ashley was very helpful and made sure I had the space that would best fit my truck. After parking in a parking lot overnight and having my batteries stolen; I’m glad to have the security of the Public Storage facility so I don’t have to worry about it.

My mom has had a unit here for over 6 months Ms. Ashley takes care of the customers and the property. Highly recommend this location.

I have used many storage facilities in the past and this is by far the best one I have experienced so far. I’ve never had any issues with management and never once have I had a problem concerning my safety while accessing the unit, nor had any issues trusting the security of my personal items. Ive been at this location for five years, and throughout this time, Jesse has been an enduring beacon of customer service. He never wavers with a friendly smile and greeting, and continues to be helpful in every way. I still receive the same top-notch level of service from him as I did when I first encountered him years ago. And while i appreciate his outstanding commitment to his customers, Jesse is also a real gem of a human, and thats something I think anyone would embrace and value.
