Leela was very nice and helpful. She walked us to the storage unit to make sure we would be satisfied with the size and showed us the easiest exit for our move.

Happy to see Leela back. I haven’t see her in a while. This property always look well kept. I also love how convenient it is to my house and 99, although it would be a little more convenient if it wasn’t for all that construction! I always recommend this place when someone asks. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Stored all of my belongings here for a month and a half while waiting for my new house to be ready. RATS DESTROYED my furniture and cost me thousands of dollars. How much did I get back from insurance? $400. There was a $100 deductible to file the claim and a $500 max for vermin damage.

I walked in the door and was instantly greeted. I told Cassie r what I was looking for and she held a conversation and asking questions to make sure she better serves me. She went to show me 2 units and the hallways were clean. The move in process is pretty easy and fast. All around awesome to place to store your stuff

Went to cube smart to get boxes but left because of the service and they didn’t really have what I needed. I went around the corner to this life storage location and they were so helpful! I’ve already been back a few times to get boxes and packing paper. Leela and Cassie both helped me load up my car. I’ll never buy boxes from anyone else.

Love that this location is all one floor, makes moving in so much easier. The ladies in the front office work really hard keeping the property clean, I always see one of them out there cleaning space or sweeping halls. I have already recommended this location to a few of my friends.

They are a little on the pricey side but the service and flexibility and specials have been impeccable. Kaitlyn was super pleasant and helpful, just like the rest of the staff I have met. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need flexibility with move out dates.

Definitely love the girls in this location, theyre always easy going and happy and professional. They keep you updated especially one time my husband forgot to put the lock back on the unit, SMH and they immediately called us! Very informative and outgoing. They just added a new girl and she fits right in I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. AND ITS ALWAYS CLEAN.

Over the past 4 months I have used Life Storage to store my belongings while our new home was being built. We selected Life Storage mainly for convenience. The staff members Leela, Kaitlin and Cassie we so helpful and professional each time I needed help. I would recommend Life Storage in Spring at the Rayford location for three reasons, location, cleanliness and the staff.

Best place to rent a unit from if you are looking in the spring area. Very clean facility and cassie was very sweet.

We had over $1,000 worth of items stolen from our unit. Manager seems lazy. There are PLENTY of locks that have been tampered with, either looking pried open or cut up, you can see very clearly. And there are hardly enough cameras. Coincidently the manager told us our unit happens to not have a camera pointing towards it. You’d think if you have stuff being stolen and have tons of locks being cut up you’d install cameras? Not this place. I’d give a 0 star rating if I could. Many reasons why you should not pay to keep your stuff here.

Just stopped by and bought some packing supplies. Both of the young ladies in the office were extremely helpful and helped me load everything up. Great customer service and from what I could see the property looks great.

Everything was damaged by water and I was not notified of any flooding. Despite paying for insurance, everything was lost after almost 3 years of rental. The lock had been changed to an insecure lock that my child was able to remove. Heavy roach problem. Cleaned at least 5 pounds of rodent fecal matter out of boxes. Very disappointed with our experience.

My sisters storage was tampered with and she had expensive property stolen. Conveniently management says that hallway of the storage unit doesnt have any cameras! Apparently having your locks tampered with is a thing happening these days. Im disheartened by the lack of help or care from the staff of Life Storage in this devastating situation.

I thought she worked there so I asked her to help me find something..and she did and then I realized her shirt said life storage. Over the phone and in person they were extremely helpful and answered any questions without being overly pushy. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I find it unreasonable that I could not use the free moving truck at the end of my lease instead of the beginning. Other than that, excellent.

Great experience at this place. I needed mattress bags and they had every size and the prices were pretty comparable to Walmart but the quality is way better!

Friendly staff, nice facility but NOT safe & secured - our unit was BURGLARIZED, the padlock was not damaged but the latch was pried open, very easy to open, lack of cameras, easy going in and out, cameras were turned away from our areas. 32 break-ins on same evening; sounds like INSIDE JOB! WATCH OUT!
