I would give a zero stars if it was possible. My wife and I shipped personal boxes because we were moving and the manager Bryce suggested for us to a freight shipment because it would be less expensive and he mention it would take 3 or 4 days to receive it, but we received our packages in 3 weeks . They delivered our package without our signature and was left in the front of our apartment complex and the boxes were destroyed. We were so upset with this service . Never again doing business with UPS and this store . I still haven’t received my refund . It’s been hassle speaking with Bryce to get our refund . Worst manager.
Notary public does not allow sending the documents to a store email for printing. Instead they offer logging into your own email on a public computer in order to print.
June 30, 2021.Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.Im never going back to this specific location again.I would rather drive to a farther UPS store than return here.The staff behave like bored teenagers who couldnt care less about their customers. Boo.

You guys use to do well. No longer. My past 3 interactions with you have been negative. I am an artist and ship artworks globally. I have to trust in the folks shipping my works. I currently STILL have a package not delivered in Portugal! The person at the counter was not to knowledgeable shipping things out of the country. Since then I have tried to ship 2 additional artworks locally and was told they would likely be undeliverable. Starting to think Jack just doesn’t want to take my business. Get it together!!!!!!! Brice is NOT effective. Offers no help after taking nearly $700 for shipping my package. You guys SUCK! I will not be back.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I had uploaded a file to the ups website to be printed and picked up at the local store. After 24 hours, the website showed no update saying the order had been printed, so I called the store. The first two times I called, someone just picked up the phone and hung up. The third time, someone finally answered. I told them I submitted an order online and was calling to check on it. They put me on hold for 3 or 4 minutes, then came back to tell me they had no orders from online and to just come into the store. I said I already paid online, I have 4 young children and cant just stand and wait around while they print the order. They put me on hold again for 7 or 8 minutes until I finally decided to hang up. I sent an email to the store to ask for a status update. No Response. The next day I checked the online status and it said it had been printed. I called the store to verify and after looking a few minutes, they were able to confirm it was ready for pickup. I received NO call, NO reply email, NO NOTIFICATION whatsoever that my order was ready. I understand these times are hard on everyone and I have tried to give grace in every situation during this pandemic. But there is absolutely no excuse for the poor communication, or lack thereof. Even a simple response to my email inquiry saying We found your order and it is printed and ready would suffice. But I got nothing. And the guy fulfilling orders in the back, who I assume was the one I spoke with briefly on the phone the day before, seemed to avoid me at all costs while I was in the store to pick up the order. I will drive to a further UPS location next time, or possibly use a different company altogether. VERY disappointed.
I came in the store to get a notary and even though the location was very busy at the time he managed to not only multi task but also made everyone feel as if they were the most important customer of the day. A+ experience.
The center manager, Ryan, is an excellent associate. The store should be so PROUD they hired someone who finally cares about their customers and business. He always cares about my opinion and always ask how my days been. He’s always on top of his game and has the best customer service outstandingly. He has all the information and knowledge and helps me when shipping something. Thank you guys for hiring someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about his customers! If I could do more than 5 starts I would! Don’t let this guy go!!!!!
The ups customer service was horrible! I have been waiting for over 45 minutes for printing my labels for returns which Macy’s told me I didn’t need anything but the label! There’s 3 gentlemen here to are on the register and one is in the back. I am not sure why I have to pay for printing labels nor emailing when it supposed to be free!
Customer service is terrible. The supposed manager, Bryce is arrogant. Ill never do business here!
Amazing service from both employees Tina & Nalkiau! Helped me with sending everything I needed to send. I will definitely use this locagion to send all my out going mail!

Pricey but great service. Same people work here for years. Very knowledgeable and helpful with closing packages. They make it super easy to mail a package.
Nakkiah was a great help to everyone in the store. I came in to return/ship cable boxes to att and was met with wonderful customer service. The woman helping me was (I believe) training a new employee but still managed to greet everyone and help the other 5 customers in the store. She took extra care to make sure my needs were met and I felt like she really enjoyed her job, making the whole experience that much better. Thank you Nakkiah!
A little pricey but the service here is great! The staff is friendly and concerned about meeting the customer needs. This is my new and perferred location for a UPS store. One stop shopping.

The young men and women who work here are among the finest. When I enter the store, they are so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Highest marks to the manager and his fine staff.

Dropped off mail without a tracking number there and it didnt get sent for 3 weeks!!! When I called to address my concerns, a rep on the phone admitted that some items do not go out for weeks when sent in regular mail.Otherwise everyone is nice there.
I went here the day after Christmas to ship a package home so I did not have to take it on the plane with me. The young man who was trying to help me was never friendly, nor was he ever rude but looked very unhappy to be there. I talked to him about my package options and he said that the box I wants to ship should be able to go out for $25. Awesome, I was excited. Then he came back to me with a price of $58! Wait now... I asked him why was it more than double what he quoted me, he said We have to charge you more because of Christmas. Wait, what? I was so annoyed that those words just came out of his mouth, they charge more because it is Christmas, more than double? So now in order to reduce my price we had to change boxes and remove a few things. One of those things was balls from a ball pit my toddler received for Christmas. 100 Balls that weighed less than 2 pounds was cheaper to buy new from Amazon that it was to have it shipped to me home. He forgot to then ask me what options I wanted for insurance and he again quoted me one price then it came out a different price, this time lower. Now I do not mind when a price is set, but I would prefer the people you have staffed to knowledgable about the products/services you sell.All and all my package made it here after spending $40, Thank you for getting my package here but train your staff to be friendly and knowledgable.
I don’t care for their customer service! I’ve been there multiple times to return equipment for our cable company. And the couple times I came in to shop something they really frustrated me. One time was just before a holiday. Standard mail was “guaranteed” by a certain date, but he was trying to tell me I needed to upgrade the shipping if I wanted it to be there in time. Ok, you just told me it’s “guaranteed!” Are you saying your company is not reliable, or are you selling me BS to collect more money from me? Needless to say, he pissed me off. I shipped it standard and it arrived on time. Beware, they try to play on your emotions!
The fact that this store only has one computer is a complete joke. For a store that advertises being able to help with printing needs they aren’t really set up for that....
Ive used their notary service many times over the years and 3 times in the last month alone. They are always great!
Ive been waiting for this place to open up, came at 8:00am because I thought that they would be open. Not saying thats their fault but I decided to wait until they opened at 8:30am. All that to say its now 8:40am and no one has opened this place up. Bad business!!
I have had a mail box at this store for many years and overall I have been very happy with the work that they perform and the services they provide. I will continue to do business with this location.
