I think this is probably the best Sherwin Williams I have bought from.. Julia goes out of her way to make sure you are helped.. She is easy to work with and cares about the customer.. If I could give 6 stars I would..

Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever experienced. Great products and excellent service from the manager and employees who know the products sold by Sherwin Williams. Overall quality is very high and I will be coming back to buy more and will be recommending to others who are in need of paints and paint products.

Good quality paint that covers really well. Price is very competitive, especially when you compare it to what some of the poorer quality paints cost. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Was sold the wrong thing for a job one time, but they did correct it for me without any trouble when I went back.

Theyre very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there picking out paint for my walls and base boards. The guy asked if I currently had water or oil base on the baseboards; which i didnt not know. He helped figure it out and got the me the correct paint I needed.

The manger was jerk. I went in to purchase a can of paint the same color and paint scheme as I had purchased from aSherwin Williams store a year before at location on F.M. 1960.Apparently Sherwin-Williams does not have integrated systems between stores. That would allow the stores to share customer information of previously purchased paint and products. ( GET OUT of the 90s people) So they can not tell what you have purchased from another location.With that being said the manger was not helpful and a jerk to me.I am a fan of the paint they offer just the guy that acts like he did.

Staff are very knowledgeable, products are, in general, higher quality than what youll find in a hardware store. Also, having an account where all your purchases have been tracked in invaluable for a home diy-er, as our projects tend to stretch out over long periods of time. A lot of the staff recognize us when we come in, which is awesome.

The staff there is exceptionally polite and helpful. They go above and beyond and are very knowledgeable about your products.

If I wanted to encourage someone to visit a Sherwin-Williams store, Id simply invite them over to my house.

They have a huge variety of colors and products. They are very helpful and eager to help you!

I have been to this store on 3 different occasions - looking to buy paint samples each time they have not had what I needed and I was not looking for any crazy colors- the staff was helpful but not knowledgeable, did not not what some of the products in the store where used for. Many Items are miss labeled and miss priced, so when I did pay i was supersized that no price was correct.
