Ive always loved jiffy lube in the past. After this experience Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Refused to take my coupon because I purchased conventional oil. Never been a problem in the past and coupon states its good for any jiffy lube oil change. I know coupons are dependent on location, so I even checked before I went to this location to make sure the coupon could be used there.

Took all three of the family vehicles to Jiffy Lube, the service was quick and the service was outstanding.

They got my oil changed and tires rotated pretty fast, but didnt top off my fluids like it said they had on my receipt and had no wiper fluid halfway home. Also started out my visit by trying to deter me from coming there by saying they had computer problems and there could be a wait, which I was okay with, but it got magically fixed in 2 minutes. I consider this place too pricey for the level of service I received.

Worst experience of my life!!! Performed the oil change WRONG... almost ruined my car... overcharged me... refused to give me a refund... leaked oil and ruined my garage... Shame on you Jiffy Lube. My recommendation: go literally anywhere else!! Im pretty sure with zero experience I could have done a better job changing my oil. What a joke of a business.

I had four tires installed Saturday 9/19/20. Front pass tire flat the next morning. Went to Jiffy Lube and they told me there was no one there to look at it and to come back. -- Owners response is to get in touch with them. Is it my job to do that? I filled out their online experience form with my contact information.

I came in with a Groupon for $47 that included an oil change, tire rotation and glass treatment. But they didn’t do the glass treatment and they used the more expensive oil without telling me and then charged me another $47 on top of it! I won’t ever go there again. They were also very clearly annoyed with me using a Groupon. They were unprofessional and I won’t ever go there again.

I had bought my brakes down the street at OReillys on Sunday the 14th as I left oreillys I had noticed that jiffy lube was open do I turned around and went back and stopped to see if they were able to help me out with my brakes they said yes they could they were very helpful they got it done within an hour Im am so thankful that I could get help with my brakes so I could drive safely to work thanks again guys I am very grateful to you and your team for helping me out

The manager was professional and curteous. However, I was deeply disturbed that not one of the attendants were wearing a mask. It was very nerve-wracking to have to have conversation from less than a foot away. I will not be back until Covid 19 is a thing of the past.

Absolutely terrible place to get your oil changed. Do not take your car here! We have been getting regular oil changes here for a few a few months now. I have noticed that my oil light comes on way before I’m due for another oil change. It gets so bad that when you make a turn, the engine makes a grinding noise like there is no oil in it at all. I got a mechanic to look at it yesterday thinking there is a leak and he stated “this car hasn’t had the oil changed in months, it’s black and absolutely disgusting. It’ll have to be flushed out” I had the oil changed in it 2 weeks prior to this! He had to add 3 quarts to it because it was literally completely empty. Absolutely worse place ever!!! Would give negative stars if I could.

My last experience at Jiffy Lube is one that will make me never try out any of these smaller oil change companies again and only go to the dealer. This happened 2-3 months ago with my 2013 Dodge Charger. I asked for a synthetic oil change and to get the tires rotated, altogether this cost around $120. Everything seemed okay until I took it into the dealer to fix an engine problem. The dealer told me that part of the problem was because the wrong oil was put into my car. That combined with the part I needed to replace cost close to $900. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again and I hope others will stay away from this place too. It’s not worth the hundred of dollars you’ll have to spend in the long run because of how this place rushes through their work with little consideration with what they’re doing to people’s cars.

Trust worthy, quick, and a great set of guys. Highly recommend! Oh and fair price, lol except on wiper blades.

Went in yesterday for an oil change and got the $99 special which I was told it included them vacuuming out the car. I was the only customer there and they had 4 techs in the bay, when they finished up I was loading up son in and noticed they never vacuumed it out. When I asked why not they looked annoyed and said theyd get it in a second because there were talking to one another.... I ended up just leaving and made a few stops around town before returning home, come to find out my car is now leaking oil all over my garage. I would highly recommend going some place else where the workers are a lot less lazy!

When I pulled up to the facility there were three attendance working. All three saw me but nobody came over to see what services I needed. I asked one of the workers where I needed to check in and he said inside the store. I went inside but nobody was manning the counter. I went back out into the service bay and again had to approach one of the attendance. I asked him who I needed to see as well as to see about the pricing for an oil change and at that point his cell phone rang. I had to wait for him to finish his personal phone call before he would help. Finally I was checked in.While waiting, another costumer had to come back to the store because they over filled her oil. Later it was learned that they filled it but never drained the old oil.After waiting over an hour (literally there was only two customers ahead of me) and watching the workers socialize with three guys who appeared to be their friends (none of the three men wore Jiffy Lube uniforms) I went out into the service bay to ask how much longer it would be before they got to my truck. I was told that it was next.Finally my truck was being serviced, the attendant came inside to get my information to enter into the computer system. I also paid at this time and actually had a $15.00 off coupon. I was told that they couldnt honor it (the coupon was for a signature oil change,which is what I had gotten, as well as the coupon was still valid) but they could go ahead and give me $10.00 off.After paying I went back to sit down and wait for my truck to be finished. I waited about 10 more minutes and saw an attendant pull my truck out. I wasnt sure if they were still vacuuming it out so I waited for somebody to come in and tell me it was good to go. Nobody came in (all the other customers had an attendant come inside and were told they were good to go) until an attendant came in to talk to another customer and then he said oh yeah... your truck is ready.I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to pay over $100 for the worst service as well as be treated with total lack of professionalism by your staff. I asked other customers in the store how long they had been waiting and all said over an hour. There is nothing Jiffy about your company and I will NOT be returning.

If you come here, just dont be in any kind of hurry because theyre definitely not.

Went to jiffy lube about 3 days ago for an oil change and tire rotation, was told they couldnt get my driver side tire off wasnt so upset about that but definitely didnt appreciate the amount of oil prints and smudges they left on my car and another customers I saw. Im now also missing a lug nut from said driverside that was there before coming in. Will not be going back.

Brought my truck in and they lost my locking wheel nut. Stopped in several times and nothing. Now I have a flat and they cant get my rim off.Its going to cost me $500 and a day off work, on my 10 year anniversary with my wife. The damages are tangible.I was offered half off an oil change. What a joke...

They are kids and I noticed they dont pay attention to detail, my car has 80,000 miles on it and on my new sticker they put 305,000 for next oil change. My care was low about a quart and a half of oil When I checked it once I was home. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Very underwhelmed Lobby was filthy I was there at before 10 a.m. no coffee no water out, bathrooms filthy, no organization to the counter. not a place I would say is being managed at all. My Groupon was for $66 and I end up paying $89 for I got out of there and didnt buy anything extra

Half of the employees werent wearing uniforms. One employee tried to take advantage of my wife by telling her that her van couldnt take conventional oil. And the best thing by far is the picture I have is one of them hanging over the engine with a lit cigarette hanging out his mouth.

Went to get oil change they said they were out of oil for a few days. How does a oil place run out of oil for more than a day. They said should be 3 or more days and sent me to Middletown who did a great job.

I had a horrible visit. The techs argued with me about oil type, very high pressure sell up.. My Subaru Outback had used standard oil for 180000 miles. My dealer provided free oil changes but was no longer convenient to drive to. I was getting ready to go on a trip and needed an oil change in a Jiffy. I had also decided to change my coolant on the visit. The tech came in after the work had started and told me the coolant was a significant up charge for the fluid due to it being super coolant. What he didnt share is that it was 100k rated or I would have waited another 20k.I told the tech prior to the work that I had ordered replacement air and cabin filters and would be changing them myself. They still brought my filters to me to display. I found the contents from my glove box on the floor and thought nothing of it until I got home. When I opened the glove box door to put the items back in, it fell out. After pulling the interior air filter, the tech had not properly re-installed the glove box or the device that slows its decent. It was only 5 minutes for me to figure out how to fix it, but this was unacceptable. At this time I emailed Jiffy Lube corporate and corresponded with a very nice CSR about my experience. She assured me that the issues I experienced would be addressed.A month later my car overheated. The coolant hose had not been properly reattached after they flushed and filled the coolant and air got into the system. I had to pay for a tow to my dealer and another $150 for 100k flush and fill service. Jiffy Lube corporate did take the receipts for this and reimburse me for the charges. I was impressed with how well Jiffy Lube corporation handled the issues from my local store. While I will never visit the Springboro location again, I havent entirely ruled out the company as a whole for oil changes.

We stopped in this Jiffy Lube approximately 15 minutes before closing. Our truck started having problems on the interstates and this was the closest car service center to our location. Joseph R. and Daniel S. were very patient with us as they tried to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle. We were still 45 minutes away from our home. The problem was never fixed as it requires a service they don’t offer, but they did take their time to do an oil change, check the transmission fluid, and do an inspection to find out what the problem may be.

Fast and speedy service. Very convenient they replace tires and breaks as well. Will be going back.

Was told 45 minute for a brake job, 2.5 hours later they were finally done. They broke a clip that that holds my windshield washer fluid hose and shut the hose in the hood.
