I have been shopping at this location for many many years. Today I am so disappointed in the staff. We always bring our pup with us when we shop, today was no different. We were getting her a new harness, food, and some treats. Unfortunately, while fitting her for her harness, she had an accident on the floor. No worries, we blocked the isle so no one walked in it, while I sent my son to the front for paper towels. The front associate came back and said he was getting the manager (not sure why). The next thing I knew I was met in the isle by Allie, the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was clearly upset. I simply stated that all I was asking for was paper towels and a little cleaner so I could take care of the situation. This isn’t something I carry around in my purse, sorry!! She proceeds to tell me that her associate was going to throw up. Really??? She points to the paper towels and said they were right there (atop a stack of dog food). How the heck was I supposed to know!?!? Needless to say, I cleaned up the issue. Asked if they had any hand sanitizer anywhere. Was also met with more unpleasant attitude- that she could open a bottle and the store could expense it. Um- shouldn’t you have some at the registers anyway. Hello?!? I asked that she please not bother herself with that. My family and I immediately left the store and after sanitizing, went to the local pet store for our needs. I am not sure that I will be returning after this. So sad!

The Springboro location is always out of the food I feed my dogs, Nutrena loyal life. I dont live that close and am tired of coming there to find the spot empty.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Manager Bradley was very understanding when we had to return a huge floor fan, and we had no issues processing the refund. We were out of town for the July 4th sale, but they allowed us to pay for a compressor over the phone for pickup the next day!

Tractor Supply is a pretty small name for their big selection they have here. From toys for the kids to lotion for your horse, its here. They will have everything you need for any size farm. The associates and customer service representatives are open and enthusiastic that will give you a comfortable feeling the moment you step into the store. Prices are placed well, just as good as any other store with their Price Match Guarantee. Great store for all your rural needs!

Hello Tractor Supply:This cowgirl is going out west! I was able to find the perfect jeans at this location. I was skeptical at first being as dressing area was unavailable but they fit like a glove. Thanks for stocking short girl sizes.

I really enjoy this store. Im not a farmer and dont own a tractor, but it reminds me of all the hardware stores from when I was a kid, before they became football stadium size. Enjoyable experience, great customer service, and had what I was looking for.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quite knowledgeable about products in general. Good and comparable prices for things you could get in other stores. I recommend checking out their own brand of grain free dog food, we are switching our dog to it next week as its not only better for dogs buy cheaper than name brand dog foods.

Excellent for farm, animal, gardening, lawn products, food and tools, plus appropriate clothing for outdoor wook. Good prices and great customer service! They also have monthly vet clinics for domestic pets which is very handy for annual shots (and cost effective!).

Extremely nice and clean Tractor Supply!! The employees were very nice and helpful. I checked out the dog food section and it turns out the kind my dog eats (Taste of the Wild) is $11 dollars for a five pound bag here but is $15 dollars at all other pet stores 🤔 I know where Im buying my next bag lolI also found out that you can bring your dog as long as its on a leash 👍😀🐕

A good place for a quick stop for the yard, farm, tractor and general hardware.

Finally had a chance to get in there & browse. Took my puppy & had a great time finding everything pets & cheaper, name brand dog food. Customer service was better than what I get at Petsmart, so I think I found our new spot. Thanks TSC!
