Driving home with my rental equipment and had a Big Ol flat.....Big thanks to the Big O Tire guys.They had me back on the road quick.

Brought my car here last minute as I had ANOTHER nail in my tire within 4 days. They got me in and out in about 20 minutes and we were able to go on our trip. I dont like taking kids to things like this but we were in a bind and I had to. They have a play area with crayons and coloring books, toys and a movie. Would definitely come here again. Thanks!

I called the Springdale location yesterday afternoon to ask if they could fix my A/C because it had gone out. Was told yes, just drop it off in the morning. Upon dropping my car off this morning I again stated to the gentleman at the counter that my A/C was out and would like it fixed. He said no problem we will give you a call when it’s done. My husband called six hours later to check on the status of my car only to be told they cannot fix it here because they don’t have a licensed A/C tech on staff at this location. Are you kidding me?! WHY when I told two different people about my A/C being out was I not told that they couldn’t fix it?! A complete waste of time. Horrible communication with the customer. I will not be back. Do better Big O.

I had the pleasure of waking up to a nail in my tire this morning. I went to this store because they opened at 7 am and they were able to get me right in. Andrew was very knowledgeable on tires and gave me a very competitive quote on a new set for my truck. This will definitely be where I buy my next set of tires.

I took my car to this location to have my brakes done. I cannot recommend it enough. Andrew and the other gentleman that assisted me were great. I had shopped around and they were extremely competitive, but the extras will earn my future business. They took me to work when I dropped off my car, and the communication was tremendous. You just dont get service like this anymore. They kept me informed and broke down a list of needs by priority (not a new vehicle). They were patient and informative. I couldnt be more pleased.

Ran over a construction blade on the highway the I thought killed my tire. I will admit I thought Big o was just going to say the tire was not repairable but I was wrong they took the time to attempt the fix and were successful on saving me 200 dollars. Definitely will return for future tire purchases

Theyre typically too busy to help w anything but today I was the only customer there. After spending $350, left there w oil service light still on after oil change and differing amounts of air in new tires from 33 to 40. Edit: this morning one tire was down to 25 psi. Going to have to make time to get it back by there today.

One day I brought my car in for an oil change. A young employee of theirs backed my vehicle out, after oil change, a little too fast and back ended my vehicle into a parked truck. They dealt with it pretty professionally, called me a day later saying they will pay for the damages, telling me to find an auto body shop close by and I did. Found out it would take about a week to fix. This is my only vehicle, and I couldnt afford to take any time off. So I had some suggestions that Big O Tire should be paying for me to rent a car for a week. Well I went and asked the main boss, he told me that he thinks it raises many red flags for their insurance company to be paying for me to rent a car, because I could be in an accident myself with a rent a car. So he told me that they would reimburse me for paying out of my own pockets to rent a car. The timing was bad though to being able to get the car in to be fixed. I at the time didnt have the money, my car had severe problems with the back breaks being so bad that the rotors were litterly falling off piece by piece, had to come up with money and fix that first. Mind you I live in Fayetteville, big ol tires is in Springdale. So I was terrified with traveling to Springdale with breaks and rotors that way. So I had to wait. I ended waiting two months before I could take my vehicle into the body shop. Not only did I had to find time to fix breaks and rotors first, but we had severe negative degree snow days. The battery went out. The alternator went bad. Had to fix those first before I could take it in. So two months after incident I finally found thw time to take my vehicle in. And I rented a car for a week. In the end, it cost me 500 dollars for renting a car for 11 days since it took a little over a week to fix my vehicle. Well, Big Ol Tire told me that I waited too long, and they did their part on paying for the damages. So in the end I was the victim, who still had to cash out my own 500 dollars for an incident that shouldnt had happened in the first place.

Let me start off by saying, Big O Tires is hands down the best for not only tires, but lift kits, and other truck/car jobs as well. The assistant manager Zach Johnson was very professional, and managed to find me a set of wheels and tires for a very very VERY good price. He was very helpful, and down to earth, which is something I haven’t found anywhere else! He was very patient with the whole process of picking the right wheel and tire for my truck. Did I mention he has very good taste in making each individuals truck customized to their liking ??The environment speaks customer satisfaction. The waiting room is exemplary as well. Very clean and cozy environment to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The staff is very friends as well, and they have jokes to tell you as well ! If I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! I wouldn’t recommend any other place that isn’t Big O Tires to anyone. Once again, a very huge thank you to Zach Johnson, and his very professional team !!

Went in to check prices on tires...ended up leaving with new tires and a lift kit...Mr Zach Johnson was extremely helpful in answering my questions about financing...and then when it was found I had issues that required replacement of parts previously installed and that it would take longer than expected to finish...and I needed truck that night... Zach Johnson went as far as to call in help from other stores to team up and finish in time for me to make my appointment...hats off to the Springdale location...I will for sure have them install other items on my wish list in the future...thanks again guys awesome job...

Good experience. As a typical customer who knows virtually nothing about cars I am nervous about being at the mercy of the techs/employees at an Auto Maintenance location. I was given what I asked for and told about a minor alignment issue which I opted to handle at a later date. I was not pressured to buy a bunch of services that I dont need/couldnt afford. Its a fine line, but I think ultimately its about whether you trust the people who are helping you. I found the people at Big O in Springdale to be honest and upfront, but understanding and willing to ultimately do what I ask them to do. Thank you! - Brent

A while back took my 2017 Nissan pickup to the Springdale location to have a tire repaired. I was told it had a sidewall puncture and was “not repairable”. I had to put my spare on as it went flat on the highway. Big O sold me a new tire to the tune of about $200, installed it, and was to put my spare, the original BRAND NEW full size spare tire, back in it’s place under my truck. Yesterday, I again picked up a screw in a tire and had to change the flat. When I go to pull my spare out guess what I find? My old supposedly not repairable tire in place as my spare. So the question is what happened to my new tire that was the original spare? Shame on me for not checking, but trusted them. Big mistake as I I think Big O pulled a fast one and kept it. Never doing business there again.

I went in on Monday here for the first time right after a long day at work due to a leak in my tire. I spoke with Woodro at the desk who was super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Even offered his opinion on an SUV to check out for my pregnant wife since I had mentioned we were on the hunt. Ricardo came out to ask a couple questions pertaining to another tire I had in the bed of my truck and offered to fix that as well even though they were already basically closed. These guys tag teamed the truck and had me on my way home within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place! Grade A service!!

The store manager, Zach Johnson, was really top notch in supplying customer satisfaction. I was in a tough situation, while traveling out of town and having a blow-out on my utility trailer. With the fact of not knowing of a reputable tire shop locally to turn to, I was most fortunate to find Big O Tires and store manager, Zach Johnson. He provided a quality tire replacement, along with prompt service to get me back-up and on the road, quickly. He made me feel right at home, with his friendly, first rate customer service.

I had a 3 1/2 inch Ready Lift SST lift kit installed on my 2019 F-150 at this location. They were very knowledgeable about lift kits and seem to have installed it very well. I am totally happy with their service and would recommend them.

Well the main guy at the front desk at the Springdale location told us that we had no year warranty on our alignment package put the wrong tire on the first time and then I had to end up calling the Fayetteville store and talking to a manager just to get things took care of oh and he told us that they couldnt do an alignment on a Volkswagen Passat because they didnt have the proper equipment

I was so impressed with this shop. I called 20 min to close after seeing a nail in my tire. Not only did they welcome me in, they got it done quick and refused to charge me. I will be coming back for all my tire needs!

THESE GUYS ARE ON THEIR GAME!I was in this store a few months ago and wrote a review that stated everything was amazing and so was everyone, but the bathroom. After I wrote the review, I did not have one, but THREE phone calls from different managers letting me know the issue was resolved and apologizing and everything else. I was so appreciative of the response. I will be back again and again and again!

This is the Springdale location on Sunset Avenue. They got me in on time as per my appointment. They ended up not having the tires that I had requested so they had to give me a different tire. The next set of tires that they had were more expensive than the ones I had chosen but they worked with me and got the price down to a very good deal. I was very satisfied. The manager drove to Fayetteville to pick them up from another store. They have a very comfortable waiting room and they have guest Wi-Fi, so I got some work done while I waited. Everybody was extremely nice and easy to work with, the wait time was very reasonable, and I would definitely do business with them again.

Every time we bring our vehicles here (3 vehicles) to do tires, oil change, alignments, etc we are greeted courteously and professionally. We find them honest and thorough. Great, honest, quality work will keep us coming back. Very impressed with Jamal, the manager who seems to keep the ship running well with a positive and upbeat attitude. We live in Siloam Springs and make the trip to Big O because there service is second to none.

We were on our way to Fayetteville and I realized I had a flat tire so we made a pit stop at Big O because I’ve had a good experience with them before at the Rogers,AR store. This experience was no different, I was worried I’d have to spend an arm and a leg but heck it was only $26 and we were on our way again. I even ordered a sandwich To be delivered from jimmy johns down there block thinking I’d be there for a while but they had the tire fixed faster than it took the sandwich to show up.Thanks!

Always outstanding and very friendly. They are just more than tires and wheels alignment s. They do major engine work and transmission s. They did my Clutch Plate and did a better job than most transmission places. Trust me, I am a steady customer . I dont know about Firestone, but F@&# Goodyear, I was their steady customer till Big O. Terrible customer service up front. If you don’t want or can’t provide the service, you don’t have to be rude about saying it. Say it politely so I can go on about my day. Went to a tire shop a little further away and got taken care of a lot quicker and with far better service.

I really like the Nitto Tires I purchased and the Road Hazard. I picked up a nail in one of the tiers, took the wheel off, and took the tire in for repairs. In and out fast!

Charged me with an oil change witch was not performed. Charges were corrected before I left, so Im good. The tires are amazing, the ride is smooth and quick.

I really like going to Big O Tires, compared to any other auto shop. Got my tires for my Focus there, and now that I have a Charger, Ill be looking into some more tires in the future. I get my oil changes and alignments taken care of there too. Love the printout of the alignment by the way. Only had 1 incident in all my visits, but management and the sales team got me fixed up and back on the road in a jiffy.

Big O has always treated us quickly & politely! Will continue to take our cars there!! Zach recently took over management, and we are pleased!!

These guys are always great with their customers. They always go out of the way to make sure they take care of everyone that comes through the door. They also do repairs and maintenance so dont hesitate to make it a one stop shop. Go show these guys some love and you wont regret it.

I get my oil changed here and I got 2 sets of tires. Love how prompt the service is! Everyone is friendly and their waiting area is very nice, kid friendly too! If you ever need anything, ask for Glenn. He is AMAZING and always takes care of his people.

Out of town on business, when a front tire went bad. Called and got a price quote which was reasonable. The got me in quickly and did a great job!

I bought my tires from BOT and was please with them. But had my transmission serviced and started hearing a rumbling noise and found out it was about a quart and half low on fluids. I call and got hold some who they didn’t work at the location just filling in but would give messages and phone number to call me back. I questioned the service and type of fluid that was put on my truck. Come to find out the wrong fluids was put in and a local Chevrolet deal ship replaced the fluid. As of to date no return call or apologize for the error or offer to pay for the mistake.

My days are packed crazy with deadlines. I called Big O Tire to see when the best time would be to get in and out for an oil change. 7am. So I go to drop off my car at 7 am and grab a cup of coffee and wait on my ride. Before my ride showed up they where done with my car! I love the fact that they always remind me of how important to keep my tires rotated! They always greet me with a smile everytime I stop in! I tell all my friends to go here! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been to this location at least 3 times (Springdale) one time for a quick tire fix was really happy with the service and loved the customer service out front, second time was an oil change again was really happy with this location and third was a tall tires changed out again loved the service.This last round of service I unimpressed and wasn’t happy with customer service. I called a week ahead to schedule a appointment for Saturday since I was off work schedule it for 830, when I got there to check in it was like I had no appointment almost as they had been caught off guard and not to mention I and another customer had been waiting for a bit to get someone to come to the front for service.If the phone hadn’t rang I really honestly don’t think either of us would of been served. So finally I get checked in go to the waiting room in the mean time another client ahead of me was waiting at least an hour ahead of me for tires that apparently either were never ordered or your technicians never went to get because as I was sitting there a technician came in to talk with her about the tires and let’s just say she was less than pleased. I had got the impression that she got the impression that she was sitting and waiting for her tires to changed and none of that happened she left extremely mad and upset.And got the impression that no one had talked with her or updated her on the situation since she had been waiting an hour. As far as myself again I waited an hour for an oil change granted I did request that my air filter be changed out they apparently didn’t have any in my size in-house and they had to get one so I waited for a bit on it. Unfortunately I really use to like coming to this location but after not having customer service for a bit and another client extremely upset it has left a bad taste. I am still considering staying with Big O but I will shop for other locations.

I came in to get an alignment and they recommended I get new tires. They did a great job of thoroughly explaining why and not pressuring me to make a decision. They gave me a great deal and were efficient with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them.

Had a mixed experience here. We came in needing two new rear tires. A younger mechanic inspected our car and insisted several times that we actually needed all four replaced. We were not from the area, in a hurry, and felt compelled to trust the young mechanic, even though it made the purchase price much more expensive. An older mechanic, we believe the manager, came out later and apologized. He was honest and admitted that we only actually needed the two tires that we originally came in for. It was clear that the younger mechanic tried to take advantage of our situation and drastically up-sell us. Once that was straightened out, the service was fast and the other mechanics were very helpful. Very thankful for the upstanding manager, but we couldnt overlook the poor ethics of the younger employee.

I have two vehicles, and have gotten tires from Big O for both of them. They were very down to earth, they actually listened when I said I couldnt get the most expensive tire and they got me the best tire deal for my budget. They also explained the difference in tires so that I could understand, not just in technical terms trying to sell me the biggest and best. The manager was very friendly to my whole family and even bought my little daughter a soda when the machine took her money! The service is great and the quality is worth the wait, I will definitely return :-)

Honestly they just didnt have it together. Got told 3 different prices on having my tires mounted and balanced only and the final amount was a joke. I dont see how they get away w charging $130 for a mount and balance when the valve stems are like $2 a piece and like $4 to recycle each old tire($24) and then usually $13 to mount and balance each($52) so in total it shouldve been right under $90 after taxes. Then to top it off, bc I have an Audi it just costs more. Uhm NO, it doesnt take any extra work to put tires on my car. RUDE!!!

Paid a slight premium to buy tires here instead of from one of the internet based dealers but will assure you it was money well spent. Ive bought Tire Pressure Sensors as well as several sets of tires. Big O worked with me to find a less crowded time to get in and out on repairs and rotations; and when I picked up something in a tire and developed a slow leak I was able to call, let them know I was coming, and was out the door after a repair within ten minutes of pulling in to the parking lot. No problems in getting the road hazard tire warranty honored after a side wall blow out. Very clean, no pressure, low hassle, no BS business.

Fairly recent change in management, Ive worked with the current manager for several years out of the Bentonville store and have always been more than happy with the service. I just discovered he acquired the Springdale store which is much more convenient at this time. I will be returning for services.

We really like Big O Tires. I know that if they recommend some work that it does need to be done. I had to send my 16 year old daughter there for some work and they took care of her too!

Their website says “Buying tires without an alignment is like going in the rain without an umbrella.”That’s great until they install your tires and then tell you they don’t have the proper equipment to perform an alignment on your vehicle. So now I’m off to another shop to clean-up Big O’s mess.I had to provide the make/model of my vehicle before they ordered and installed the tires, so seems like a pretty easy thing to mention to me at that point before I’m married to a set of tires that I can’t drive on.I would suggest going somewhere else to save you some hassle.

We had wonderful service here. The crew went out of their way to get us get back on the road and help finance an unexpected issue. Helpful and courteous, yes a little slow but it seems go be just a staffing shortage at present so I expect it will be resolved.

We discussed an alignment for my car and concluded that it would not help my situation because my car has no camber adjustment.
