I most say that Hugg & Hall has not only the best lifts and equipment in NWA, but their costumer service is absolutely amazing. Every time you talk to them you realize they understand and care about your project´s needs. They are professional, friendly and reliable. I used their equipment in my latest murals in NWA and they were incredibly generous with me!! They are big art supporters. Also, their staff is awesome, so, totally recommended!!

I needed a fork lift to help in the move of my woodshop. I called Hugg and Haul and spoke with Ben Crone who was super fast and effective in his communication. The delivery driver was on time and quick to load/unload. The equipment was clean, ran smooth and worked great. It couldn’t have been an easier process. I’m a fan.

Other than the road coming in being really tight, the staff was very pleasnt.Unloading was quick and easy.Not a bad place to deliver to.

Talk with one guy about renting a side by side for a job and he told me that he would check availability and call me back. He never called me back so I called again and talk to Jeff and someone else was on speaker and they kept telling me they were booked up so I ask when someone would be bringing one back and they said they were not sure. It sounded weird to me because I have rented tons of stuff before and had rented from them before also so after I kept asking they told me they did not want to rent to me and that they only wanted to rent them out to U of A and other big companies. So I called Riggs Cat and they set me up right away with no issues. I dont like being given the run around about things and ill never rent from them ever again because of it.
