Michaels is my go to craft store. They have just about everything I need for all my crafting projects & I do alot of crafting. There employees are always there to help assist in looking for whatever I may not be able to find.

Bright Pink Rit Dye is what I purchased at Michael’s. This dye repaired dingy white t shirt to an amazing bright pink. Will definitely buy more at this store and do more tye dye projects. Turned dingy white to amazing bright pink! 5 Star customer Service.

Had a lot to choose from a nice variety of different beads,string, etc. The check out counter lady was friendly. A nice place with it being my first time going .

One gal there is constantly rude, maybe Ive just caught her on a bad day 2 different days. Otherwise everyone else seems pretty nice. Store is pretty clean and I managed to snag some cute stuff before its all gone

Theyve raised their prices extremely high. Its almost laughable what some of their items are priced at. I only shop when I know I have a good coupon to use.

I am pleased with the framing that was done. They did an excellent job on the floating frame. I learned that orders go to a central place that cuts the frames and mats so they could not do the custom job on a new order I was wanting to place.

No matter WHAT crazy craft I am doing, I can always find what I need at Michaels !Along with knowledgeable staff and great prices,(even without a sale) you will find anything you could imagine for your next work of art.I cant help be return again and again !

Staff was very helpful in searching for what we needed. Selection was very good and prices were incredible. The sales are always great, so definitely a great place to shop for crafting and home decor pieces.

Was looking for some storage options for a project that I was looking for and wanted to be able to pick up in store and not have to order through Amazon or anything. Found what I was looking for on sale at a better price than was being offered online! Ended up doubling up on my purchase while I was there!

The young lady with the curly dirty blonde hair was fantastic. Sent me directly to the item I was looking for and was very friendly! The store is well organized and well managed, I just feel bad for the staff having watched some customers use the spray paint in the store.

This is the most AMAZING craft store Ive ever been too! These people have tons of variety and its organized so its easy y to locate! The store itself was extremely clean! They support facemasks for theyre employees as well as customers. The checkout lines were long, however, the cashier kept them moving smoothly! Just an all over super place to shop!

Their online selection is far better than in store...I couldnt find anything I wanted and there was no visible employees to ask for help except the person at the register.

Came for a metal sun sculpture and there was not one. But neither was there one in the dozen other stores I looked at. Id still shop here though.

Usually clean and organized. Nice variety of supplies for crafting, scrapbooking, drawing, painting, baking, etc. I havent had any issues finding what I need for projects. The emailed coupons are helpful too.

Has everything Hobby Lobby has, plus they employ enough people so there are noy huge lines at chrck out. And they are open on Sundays. Shop here.

I love Michaels for my craft supplies. Unfortunately, the line today was wrapped around the store and not all registers were open. I couldnt wait for over an hour to checkout so left and went to another place.

Im a craft junkie so this is an easy post. They have great deals and now you can get points.

Saw two employees not wearing a cloth or disposable face cover. One was wearing a face shield with no mask (useless) and the other was wearing one of those (also useless) clear masks that don’t even adhere to the nose. They were older, so I presume they’re part of the “COVID is a hoax” crowd. I’d like to travel & would like Americans to stop dying on a daily basis, but people like them are the reason the numbers keep going up. They come in contact with 100s of people a day. To think their reckless agenda could kill someone’s grandparent, child, or significant other is disheartening.

Was there to pick up an online order. Checked in and took 20 minutes for someone to come out. Even if you put in the spot youre parked and car info (there was only 3 spots), she still went to the other 2 cars and asked if they were me. Ill just go in and buy it off the shelf, no time savings at all....

They have great and helpful people. I love this store. And they find ways to save me money, everytime Im there.

Everything for crafts, good store

Big store and really helpful staff and great prices on a lot of what they did have the only issue that I found was there inventory and stock was next to nothing in some areas...bare shelves almost, but I was reassured that was in the process of being fixed.

The food and service was great. They do need to paint a sign saying Step Down. My sister wakled like nothing was there. She fell very hard! Right on her face.

I love Michaels, but this one is my favorite. Everyone is so friendly and interested to know what I’m working on, offer suggestions, and even walk me around the store to help me find things. Ashley G. is especially helpful and I joke that she is kind of my Michaels personal shopper. Thank you! 🙌🙌

Assistant manager refused to uphold their price match policy because, I dont want to and today is my last day so I dont care. Went across the street to Joanns and they did it with a smile and a come back again. You know where my shopping will be done at.

We frequent this Michaels quit a bit and it just seems that they have a problem with ordering. Ive seen items that they where out of not being restocked for months.

When theres so many fun things to create, One stop shopping!

Not only is this place amazing.. But the cashier that checked us out informed us of a bunch of savings that Michaels sent out in their Email.. My phone was dead... So unlike any other stores Ive ever been to where you have to cross your Ts and Dot your Is.. This guy scanned all of the coupons and saved us like 9 dollars.. Kudos to you my dude.. You made our day and without a doubt made sure that we come back.. Prepared with our own coupons this time though!! Thanks my man.. I wish I would have got your name.. You deserve a raise..

This place is just awful. How can they call it a sale when they jack the prices up so high you cant afford it then drop them low but not even worth even getting anything at all. They have beautiful things but unless you have plenty of money you just cant afford jack squat In there

My wife and I love going to Michaels. They offer a 15% for teachers and military; all I have to do is show them my staff card from the school I work at. Today a very excellent associate helped us out, named Erica. While the whole store was slammed because of a huge sale, Erica was doing amazing working, checking people out just as fast as they came.
