Called on Thursday to get a quote for 2 small sections in our bay window that my dog broke. Repairman showed up the next day to give me a reasonable quote and had it fixed in less than an hour. This is was a huge relief because our baby shower is in a few days. Would highly recommend!

I needed several mirrors cut at and odd size for a home project. I called at least 4 places for pricing. Binswanger was not only the cheapest but had amazing customer service! I really like Linda at the front desk. She went above and beyond on customer service, she even carried my pieces to the car for me! They did awesome work. I will be back for any glass work in the future.

Binswanger Glass replaced a large trapezoidal thermal pane window at the peak of our cathedral windows and did an amazing job. Not only did they fit the new glass perfectly but it required scaffolding in our living room to install it. The whole process was done expertly and professionally AND affordably. We can’t thank Binswanger enough for coming out to our rural home and replacing the foggy pane, painlessly!

I went in to try to find a replacement latch for my tilt to clean window. the gentleman went back to the back and found me two possible replacements and would not take any money for them. He also gave me two websites to visit in case they didnt work. One of them did work however and I was very happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone they will take great care of you.

I called about replacing some glass at my church and was given an appointment day two weeks away, not a big deal, but when the time came, they were NO CALL, NO SHOW!. Even though I asked about the appointment, never got any response. Very unprofessional

I bought my house in Oct there was a window that needed replacing the previous owner set up the replacement a repairman never showed up till Dec with the wrong size window today I called only to find out they went out of business

They were incredibly helpful with solid advice. He was very kind and gave valuable tips on shower door installation for beginners. The two men we spoke with were very nice and happy to serve us. This place was worth coming to.

We did not have a pleasant experience and will not use their services again. We had an unusual project for them to do, but they accepted the task. We submitted our request on Monday and were told it would be finished the end of the week. We didn’t receive a call on Friday so we called the next Monday and they weren’t finished. We patiently waited and called back Wednesday and they said it was ready. We went to pick it up and our project was given to us after we paid for it but it started falling apart before we left the shop. They didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer to make it right. So, we essentially paid for a full project when all we got was a small piece that they cut for us and we had to finish the project ourselves.

They cut a piece custom to my car window. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend! Thank you guys so much!

We recently had a rock fly up and crack the windshield on the highway. Our insurance company got us in touch with Binswanger and they came to OUR house and repaired it within 48 hours of calling. We have a one year old that’s hard to take places because he gets into everything. We are so thankful and appreciative that they cake to our home for us!! Gary was very kind and took care of us quickly!!

Took my car here for a full windshield replacement after my rearview mirror broke off and took a huge chunk of glass out, too big to repair just the chip and leaving me unable to put my mirror back up in any way. These guys were very helpful and kind, it took about an hour 1/2 and it looks great and was very affordable to my surprise! I would recommend this place to others and will come here for future glass repairs if needed.

Fast, courteous, did a great job. A POS thief dropped our door at work cause hes too weak to earn a living like a real man and stole and destroyed our property. Shortly after the glass man came, cleaned out old glass, left in the door. and even vacuumed up the glass on the floor and around our merchandise and shelving! This really helped out our lengthy and involved cleanup of the store front. DEF recommend.

!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!! (Continued)situation. So I went and got my errands finally finished and came by and was greeted by two blank faces looking at me behind the desk. I then stated my name and the reason why I came through the door and they replied back you were suppose to come in this morning! I then reminded them that I asked when I needed to be in and the lady looked on the white board as if she had put me down for a time but then quickly realized I indeed was not on the schedule to come in that morning. I was then told that I would have to come back and their guys were out doing jobs.......... REALLY!?!?! I then came back ONCE AGAIN ON THEIR TIME AND MY GAS to find the guy who originally put my glass in. He quickly ripped the cowl off and got down to the wiper Blades. Letting me know how my hood got chipped. Then could not figure out what was going on with my wipers. He then calls what I believe was someone else who might have known what they were doing a little more than the man with the hammer. Talked to him for a minute and then gets off the phone and says that the other guy he was talking to is going to have to look at it but he wouldnt be back for another hour or more so I would have to come back.......... SERIOUSLY!?!?! I told him dont worry about it and I would go somewhere else to have it looked at on MY TIME AND DOLLAR and to please put my truck back together. He then grabs an electric drill and drills one of the screws back into one side of my cowl crooked and the moves on to the next. I immediately told him to stop and to give me the rest of the parts and I would put it back together myself. I then went inside and told the ladys at the desk how unprofessional they are and how disappointed I was in the service I had recieved and was once again shown a blank stare with no reply. I then left and since have had someone look at my wipers and have found that a part needs to be replaced on them due to the wipers not being put back on right causing them to thrash down to my hood and slam. Im now having to spend MORE TIME AND MONEY DUE TO NEGLIGENCE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!

!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!By far the worst experience Ive ever had with any company... The day I called to set an appointment the phone was answered by a female who said Hello? My reply was is this binswanger glass. Next I hear clearing of the voice as if they had just woken up and forgot they were at work. I should have went with the gut instinct to just hang up and call someone else but I decided to set an appointment to have my glass replaced. I asked about my inspection sticker I had just had put on due to renewing of my tags on my truck and if they would be able to get it off and was told Oh yeah our guys are great at taking the sticker off and putting it on the new glass as if nothing happened. The day I had my glass replaced I dropped it off and asked the guy about the inspection sticker which he said he could transplant to the new glass and he said no problem. I asked also if the glass being replaced would have the tinted shade at the top of the glass like my old windshield had and stated Yep it will be just like the old one I left with confidence that everything would be in order when picking my truck up. I stayed by the place because they said it would only be an hour or so. So I ran to Bass Pro awaiting their call. They then called and let me know the job had been done within the timeframe they stated it would be and I happily let them know I was close by and would be in soon. 10 minute later Im in picking my truck up and realize that the inspection sticker had not been moved to the new windshield. I asked the lady at the desk if the guy could kindly help me with this issue. She stated that he was in battlefield doing a job and wouldnt be back for another 30 minutes and stated if I would like to wait he would be back soon. Well with it being my only day off and having other errands to run I stated that I would not be able to wait. She asked if I lived in Springfield and I stated that yes I did. So she offered to call me once he had returned back and was able to get the sticker off. This was around 4:00 or so. So I pull out and what Aya know the sun was blinding me because the glass at the top was indeed not the same as my old windshield. Upset but still OK with it I had no time to worry about something a little brow I could spend a few bucks on could fix due to my busy list of things I had to get done that day I moved on and put my sun visor down. Later on I was out running errands on the complete opposite side of town and recieved a call from the lady at 4:45 stating that the guy had gotten my sticker off of my window but she was closing and leaving the shop at 5 so I had to drop everything I was doing at the time to race there before it was time for her to punch out for the day. I got the sticker and put it on my window myself and thought what a mess. Two days later it starts raining so I flip my windshield wipers on and they didnt work the same as they always had the previous times before the windshield was replaced. They flopped halfway up the windshield and slammed back down on my cowl as if someone with a hockey stick was playing hockey on my hood of my truck. So I start investigating and find some chips on the tip of my hood (closest to each of the metal connectors of my wipers) as if the windshield wipers were ripped off in anger and hit the hood in the process. Looking further into this situation my cowl on my drivers side had a screw that was not properly screwed down as if someone had forgotten to put that part back on. So I call these guys and was advised that they would not be able to see me for 2 additional days. So specifically asked if there was a time that day I needed to be in. They stated that no! Due to my situation I could come in at any time of the day and they would put me at the top of the list I told myself not to worry and to get some of the stuff done that I still needed to get done from the other day that I couldnt because of the sticker.
