I had a pre-existing compound impact mark from a rock. In the really high heat, it finally cracked across my windshield and into my line of sight. I wanted to go out of town the next day. I called I-5 Glass and, although they werent the lowest, they gave me a reasonably low quote and a next day appointment. Charges were what was quoted, my window looks great AND they finished it an hour earlier than stated. I was able to wait in their air-conditioned lobby. It was clean, had fresh coffee, lots of reading material and a television to distract me. I hope I dont ever have to replace my windshield, but I know where to go if I need a new windshield.
