The tire sensor light on my Mazda Miata was on and yet all my tires were fine, so I called the Service Department at Bill marine Auto Center and Kevin was able to help he over the phone. Seems small I know, but he could of tried to sell me a new tire senors like the tire shop did earlier in the day.Instead, he asked some questions and gave me suggestions to try before I made an appointment to bring it in. Being new to the area I was not sure where to take my car, but now I know for sure I will call Bill Marine Auto Center first! Great Job!

After a horrible week of trying to find a car for my son, Don Lewis at Bill Marine was a true blessing! Knowing that we were coming from Xenia, he had the car ready to go with the A/C cranked so that we wouldnt have a hot test drive. He let us take our time looking over the car and didnt pressure us into anything, and he had the car washed for us while we were taking care of the paperwork. He even called me the next morning to see how my son liked the car since he couldnt be there to look at it when we purchased it. If youre searching for a nice used car, Id definitely recommend Don and Bill Marine Auto Center. One of the best experiences that Ive had by far!

They sold me a truck that they said they had done $2300.00 worth of work on it which i bought it on august 4 2021.....sine i bought it i have had to pay $2507.00 to replace the rearend and then i had to pay $345.00 to replace the back brakes and rotors on it because the car dealership put them on backwards and then i had to have the transmission replaced which cost me another $3,000.00....they wont even give me my deposit back nor even half of my deposit back!!! I WOULD NOT BUY A VEHICLE AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU DO

After owning Chrysler products for the last 28 years, I finally switched and bought a Honda CR-V. Signing the paperwork was very easy and took less time than it has in previous years with previous dealerships. This review is regarding the service department.I had requested a quote on a 2014 VW TDI for timing belt, water pump and other parts to be replaced with this service. Quote was good and choose to take the car in.They were able to get me into a loaner car, get me into service quickly, and have the car done same day. This shop is a well oiled machine. Smooth sailing start to finish. Jeff Miller in service is a great help. The price was better than a local private shop as well. Would highly recommend to use the Mazda/VW service department. When in the shop all technicians are professional and appear to be working diligently. A stark contrast from other local shops.

I had an appointment today. This is my second time being here. The people here are always so nice. They give their customers the best care. As I am sitting here waiting on my car to be ready a gentleman is here waiting on his vehicle as well. He asked if they had coffee ready. They said they already put it up with it being 4pm but they immediately got it back out and brewed another pot of coffee for him. It was the nicest thing. 5 stars! Best place/group of people ever!!

Being in the business as long as I have, I tend to be critical of other dealers, but I could not fault Chris Thompson and rest of the staff if I tried. I took my daughters car to bill marine and was very happy with the results. The staff were wonderful, especially Jim. He was very informative, explained what was wrong with the car and called before the techs fixed anything. After having our car for some time and the engine light still on they put me in a courtesy vehicle. The tech told me he didnt feel right letting me take the car out of the garage with the light still on. There were no hidden fees, everything was clear on the receipt. The cashier was polite and thanked and me for trusting them with my car. I would recommend anyone to bill marine.

Bill Marines Dealership is probably the best dealership that I have dealt with. Steve Hamilton and his manager Pascal have been nothing but nice and helpful to me. I actually bought a red 2015 Mazda 3 from Steve back in April of this year. Unfortunately I was in a car accident 6 months later and the car was totaled. Steve contacted me to make sure I was ok and told me to come back so he could help me find a car. Long story short, after a long process, the finance manager Cheryl was able to get me approved for a lease and Steve found me this beautiful 2016 Mazda 6. It has everything my old car had plus much more and I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend Bill Marine to anyone looking for a new car. The whole staff including the service center is great! I really appreciate Steve, Pascal and Cheryls help. They helped turn around a rough time for me and now I have a beautiful car again! Took my 2004 element in for 2 recalls, and when I picked up my car, the AC suddenly didnt work. They fixed the problem and though apparently not related to the recall work, they did not charge me. 2 days later the car wouldnt start. Towed the car over and they determined my battery wasnt good. The battery was under warranty at advanced auto so I was able to get a replacement . Service team and especially PASCAL went above and beyond my expectations. Its a 12 year old automobile, when the time comes, Ill definitely give them my business on a new car. THANKS TO EVERYONE
