They were very forthright, didnt treat me different for being a woman. They checked out my car and wanted to be sure before they did anything that nothing was wrong with the transmission first. They recommended another great place such as themselves called Ace. Ace didnt charge me just for checking out my car either like All Pro. Nothing was wrong with my transmission but my control arms have to be replaced. Now, I can go back to All Pro, the honest, ethical shop that I trust. And, I do not trust EASY.

Great service!! He went above and beyond!We were visiting from out of town and our A/C on the car stopped blowing air.We called them up and were willing to check out the car immediately.He was even kind enough to drop us off(2 adults with our 4 small kids) at Bass Pro while the car got fixed.He kept us up to date with phone calls. And then picked up my husband and brought him back to his shop for the final details and payment.It was a fantastic service!! And would highly recommend them.We also think the price was fair. Rick at All Pro is a great guy. He’s honest and diligent, offering multiple options and really working hard to meet your needs. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called him over the years and had him work to diagnose my issue over the phone, and when he can’t he says swing by and I’ll check it out myself. Once I was several hours away on the side of the road and he got me going again. Another time I brought a car over that I was going to buy and he caught a major engine issue. As a result I was able to negotiate for the seller to make a $2,000 repair before purchase. He’s definitely earned our business time and time again.

Also a please to work with Ken, he is honest, fairly priced (not the cheapest in town, but he does a wonderful job for darn near close).Above all he explains things, asks me if Id like to complete a repair and gives me the options (and his opinion on those options :) ).

I came in town after having a shop in my hometown replace my rotors and brakes just 2 days prior to the trip. That shop performed lazy work. A friend of my sisters recommended All-Pro and THANK GOD they did!! Rick and Dave took amazing care of me and helped make the best out of an impossible situation. I am not a crier but I was beyond frustrated so unfortunately these sweet men had to witness me at my worst but they handled it like champs and got me back on the road!!

They replaced the timing belt in my Honda Pilot. Dropped it off Monday evening and my phone was ringing before lunch on Tuesday saying it was ready!! Each time I was treated with the utmost respect, what they were going to do was well explained, and the cost of the repairs were guaranteed up front. They also have a warranty program for their repairs that is the best that I have ever seen. They actually took me home and picked me up when the repairs were completed. Everything was done on time and on budget with a great warranty. I can not ask for anything better!

I have used All Pro several times. They are fair and wants to help you. Just got home my old Toyota pickup. My son said it was almost like new, We are very satisfied with all the times we have use them, would recommend them.

I called three different repair shops around Springfield, All-Pro (Rick) was the only one to call me back with a quote and a solution. They were able to get my part I needed and do a speedy repair at a good price, all the while being informative and friendly. I will definitely return with any future repairs to All-Pro!

Pleasing the customer is almost first on their mind. In other garages, the response is almost well, we will try to fix the problem you are having but, if that doesnt work, we will try something else. All-Pro knows you wont be back if they pulled that one on you like certain folks down the street from them. All-Pro does the work correctly and as quickly as possible and I have never had to return because it wasnt repaired correctly.

The only place I will take my car!!!! They really know their stuff. Plus, they never have tried to charge me for a bunch of stuff I dont need or want done to my car. They have fix my car for a responsible cost even though I own a lemon of a Volkswagen!

My check engine light came on so I took my car to All-pro because I live in Springfield and it was convenient. They told me I needed a $300 part and it would be another $300 in labor to put it in. They charged me $80 to diagnose that. I decided to get a second opinion at a trusted shop in Hillandville. They found a loose hose, sealed it up and fixed the issue. All for $90. All-Pro apparently has at least one incompetent mechanic. I wont be going back there.
