Im glad I checked my wifes garage floor. A week after her oil change, I found a puddle of oil on our floor. (which was fun cleaning up). Not reliable, lost my business.

Went there yesterday. They were professional, and reasonably priced. And theyve set up their workflow to minimize unnecessary contact. I appreciate that theyre taking their own and their customers health seriously.

I had the most unpleasant and unhealthy experience at the Apple Lube Center today. I wanted an oil change and was told to stay in my car. I was also told that I had to wear a mask in my car in an open bay. It was 93 degrees and obviously the air was off. It is illegal to keep a dog in these conditions.I have treated Covid patients. I had Covid and regardless of what your technician said, I have immunity and cant get it again, a fact confirmed in the medical literature. I have been a physician for 38 years, have a PhD in pathology specializing in microbiology and immunology, and have published multiple articles on pulmonary and infectious diseases.Your policies are placing people at risk and must change.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff with fast and prompt service. I was out within 15 minutes and they had even just opened. Furthermore, when I sent my girlfriend there with her car, they had attention to detail enough to notice that the last lube joint she used failed to tighten her vehicles drain plug. This couldve been disastrous but thanks to Apple Lube, crisis was averted. I was traveling from Tulsa, OK to Chicago, IL and stopped in here to have my car serviced. What a great guy and business. I have been a car guy for years and this guy knows his stuff. I highly recommend this business.

With oil change prices going up it’s hard to find a place under $40 anymore. This place for their basic oil change is little over $30. Not only that I’m usually in and out in under 30 min and I’ve been there as short as 15. The other great thing is unlike a lot of these other places they don’t try to trick you into a bunch of other service that you don’t need just to get more money. However if they spot something wrong they will let you know so you can get it looked at in the near future. So if you’re looking for that basic no hassle oil change this is the place to go.

It was okay just a basic oil change. Ive never been to a place where I had a little corrosion around my battery cables and they wouldnt even wipe it off. They pointed it out to me but they didnt wipe it off.

Friendly and professional staff. I came on a Saturday @noon, no wait, just pulled straight into an open bay. I was told cost upfront, no up sales - just what I needed at a reasonable price.

I took my car in there for the first time and after driving off I had no oil pressure in the engine. I took it to the local car dealer to check it out and they found that no oil was put into the engine. Once again, check your oil level before you leave the quick lube!

They open at 8am and that works out great for me! They are very fast too!

I dont like this place I dont hate this place Ive never been to this place. And seeing as its in Springfield Illinois and I live in the state of Virginia, Im not exactly sure why this is showing up on my phone.
