They got me in fast to check back tires for air leaks. They found a small nail in one and took care of it. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Very polite and very informative. You ask and they answer. They are good guys who seem to care about their reputation. I’ve already made a second appointment with them. Also they have a shuttle service and while you wait they will take you home or back to work and come get you when the job is done. They also explain the warranty on their parts as well.

This place costs more money than what its worth. I asked how much to replace brake pads on my 2012 Ford fusion. The young guy behind the counter quoted me $400 Dollars. You would do better going somewhere else.

Did a great job on my car and explains ng problems and why they needed to be fixed. Also didnt try to do more work than needed it upcharge me as a woman. Good experience.

Called one morning and they told me it would only take one day to figure out what was wrong and they would probably have it fixed before then end of that day so I waited until 30 minutes before they closed and called them because they hadnt call me back yet and when they answered he told me he didnt even look at the car yet so the next day I wait and they finally call around 4 and tell me that it was only low on antifreeze why did it take 2 days to tell me that and now Ive had problem after problem go wrong not saying its there fault but I just wasnt satisfied at all besides the free soda snacks and dog treat..lol

So I went in for a wheel alignment. I was told beforehand that even if they couldnt do the service it would be a 40.00 charge, I agreed.They then came back and told me my vehicle needed some work so they couldnt do the service, fine. I paid the 40.00 dollar fee.The paperwork they gave me had up to 5000 dollars in repair work. Whoa. Took my vehicle elsewhere to be assessed. I got everything done under 1000. Like around 600 and some change. Ive never been back.

As I just moved back to area my car battery light came on and I was told my alternator was bad again. I just moved and was broke and freaking out. Looked through my receipts and saw I got it at Brahler. Called them and asked if it at all had warranty and by heaven it did! After 2 years I still had this warranty and they still honored it. It was luck. And they got me in pretty quickly to do the work in car. I also only had to pay $50 for labor! I remember why I love this place so much! Saved me so much money and time. They are always super nice as well!

The staff were very friendly super fast oil change and even noticed a tire that I bought and had mounted at Walmart was totally the wrong size from what I bought or car needs. Had they not told me I may have never noticed so from now on Im going to brahler because I dont have to worry about Walmart messing up again🤦‍♀️ Thanks so much for your help Brahler🥰

My experiences with this shop are wonderful. Consider them friends. Not only do they take care of my tire, oil and routine maintenance, they have also been my go to place for vehicle repairs. I trust them so much more than the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I have been coming here regularly since I moved to Springfield area in 2010.

I went to Valvoline. It was a visit that I have only read about. Being a female and them trying to trick me into buying a new battery. They are shysters and will not recommend them

They were honest, upfront, and did a great job on my vehicle and had great customer service (aside from a guy catcalling at me in the garage where they do oil changes) but spilled some sort of caustic substance on the floor in the back seat which ate all the way through the carpeting. Makes me nervous that it will continue eating away and not knowing what it is makes me fear for my kids. No one seems to be able to tell me what it was...

Very happy with this location. I had significant front suspension issues (including hubs/bearings/breaks). They completed the work very quickly, much faster then I was hoping. Chad offered his honest opinion and advice on repair options. The car has not driven so well in years. Im sold on this Brahler location.

I went for balancing and rotating my tires. They were honest and told me that it appeared there was work beyond their scope that had to be done. They could have easily done the work and sent me on my way. Good job being honest guys.

I had 5 screws in the back right tire of my Subaru. I was totally heartbroken over it, totally convinced I would have to replace all the tires being 4 wheel drive. They found me 2 tires with almost exactly the same tread depth! They replaced my bad tire and its neighbor for better balance $100. Totally awesome! Took 40min. The next morning I wake up to find my front right tire extremely low, with yet another screw! Again, heart broken! I called Brahler right away. They still had my good back left tire and put it on for free! I genuinely could not believe how wonderful and kind these guys are. Absolutely reccommend them they next time you have any issues with you car. I will 100% be back.Thank you for saving my vacation!

They did their job

I went to this place because I need my alternator replaced asap. I have had a tough week and didnt have quite enough money and they helped me by giving me a discount but I was still low $10 on price I only had $246. They guys heard I was going through hard time on phone with mom trying to get $10 and said if its a matter of $10 we got it we will pay for the $10 part. I burst into tears I never have had such a nice thing happen to me. I really appreciate it so much I will def start coming to them for things that means so much they would help out like that. Very nice people. Highly recommend

Super fast tire repair & a rotation. Great outdoor area & they are pet friendly.

They could not even preform a simple tire alignment. My car was pulling a little to the right. When I get it back it was still pulling but now I can’t turn sharply! When I take a hard turn my tires rub They said the tires are too big and it’s my fault. Well the same size and type of tires have been on this vehicle for 5 years at least and who knows how long before that!! I have had multiple alignments from other places no problems. Brahler is he only place that couldn’t get the job done, made it worse, still wouldn’t give me my money back and told me I could bring it back only to tell me when I got there never mind we can’t fix it!!!!!!

Got an alignment on my car about 30 minutes after I called to see if I could get it done they were immediately able to get me in they put new wiper blades on my car and now its like brand new again

Have been using these guys for various things for over a decade now, from oil changes, to new tires, to other miscellaneous problems. Ive always been treated fairly and theyve always been helpful. For example, I had a tire pressure system service message come on in my car. They quoted me a repair cost and o told them to go ahead. They came back about 10 minutes later and said they just had to reset the tpms system in the cars computer, everything would start working again, and it did. They didnt even charge me for the short amount of time to get me fixed. Stand up guys.

Whoever just answered the phone was completely condescending and unhelpful.

Broke a button for my sunroof without offering to pay for the damages. Of course informing me of this after I had paid for other repairs to the car. Hopefully business practices like this dont happen to future customers. Several months later, they performed a service that was not agreed upon. When questioned on the charge, a blue collar gentlemen with a fake sounding country accent performed one of the greatest acts of illogic known to man: informing me of my intentions, lying about a phone call, and pretending to be offended as I informed him of his malpractice. We will NEVER be visiting this slap in the face to capitalism again.
