Went in for new tires. Found out that my alignment was off and all of my TPMS sensors are dead. They were able to replace them for 130.00 a sensor. After that they said would take half hour to do the alignment. Appointment was at 7:30am, they took the car back at 7:45am. They finished at 10:30am, advising that the rear sensor isn’t responding correctly and they did everything they could to get it working. They suggested driving on it and if it doesn’t clear it would need to be checked by the dealer. Which will probably by 180 just to check, not sure if this is normal. I’m thinking that the sensor they put in is faulty. Outside of this the tires look and feel great. Alignment seems good, car seems to drive easier.

Let me tell you!!!! The staff at Grismer are AMAZING!! I had an emergency come up but ran over some wood on the highway and ended up with screw in my tire. When I went in to get it checked out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Smiles definitely go a long way. My car was checked out, hole plugged, and I was out the door in no time. Definitely 10/10! Highly recommend!!!

Incredibly long wait (2 hours) for a simple flat tire repair that took 15 minutes. If you aren’t buying a tire you wait forever. Then got charged $30+ for a simple job. Never again!Discount Tire customer for life!

These guys are awesome, Iv been taking my vehicles their for 14yrs. They tell you exactly what’s wrong and how much longer it will last and leave it to you whether you want them to fix it or not. When your having a problem with your vehicle, pat, rob and Eric are great helping you with process of elimination to get the main problem fixed even if the at may be over the phone. Customer service is awesome. They are straight up with wait times and will not just have you come in to get your business, they will tell you if you’ll be their for hours before you come. They often say when they are busy to drop your vehicle off and they will get it done by the end of the day. All around a really good team they have their. Highly recommend

The shop did great job on my 2000 Ford F-150 4x4. I had an issue with my abs system hydraulic pump stuck wide open wheel barring issue on right front so I had the brakes and wheel hubs replaced. I did how ever ask them to do’s multi point inspection on the truck as I just bought it they didn’t find anything wrong with it although they could have utilized the clips that are used to hold the speed sensor /abs wires in place both sides was not clipped in just dangling so I fixed that in their parking lot before I left. As well I did look under the hood and my air filter was dirty as all else. Power steering was a bit low and I’m sure they didn’t do the inspection because those are basics when checking over a vehicle! The good thing is they didn’t charge me for the inspection and they saved me some money on the parts which is cool so that’s why I gave them 4 stars ! God bless

As always Grismer came through for a last minute check. Leaving for Maine in the morning and 4 warning lights came on in a hybrid. They got it right in and checked it out. Just belt slipping because it got wet in the car wash! Whew. Worth every penny and got a discount too! Gotta love Grismer!

GRISMER Tire in Springfield has excellent customer service. I took my truck in to get new tires, but then contacted me about other issues like a crack in my rim and leaky shock. They sent me pictures and showed me the issues. They even went above and beyond to work with my extended warranty company so i didnt have to take it back to the dealership. Chad in the back was amazing making all the calls to get me a new rim and keeping me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles there.

I went to get pads on went to pick up the vehicle they did a whole break job worth close to thousand i never asked for that didnt have the money. So they took off the brand new rotors off put old ones back on with new pads like why would you do that😪 this was wrong and the second time being ripped off for terrible work they basically robbed me i never told them to change rotors car worse than when I brought it in

Was disappointed that the free tire rotation has been discontinued. Have had all my oil changes and mechanical problems done by Grismer. Bought my last set of tires from tire discount due to the difference in cost. Pat your scheduler is also a reason that I have used Grismer for my needs.

We had several things wrong with our car. GRISMER did a good job keeping us informed. They all did a great job!

They can do the job but are super expensive. I use them when I cant get into my mechanic and need something fixed quickly. They have pretty good availability.

I wouldnt even give them one star but I had to choose something. They charged me $571 to replace a regulator for my window. 2 days later it messed up. I took it again and they called and said Id have to pay for another diagnostics ($125) so they could see what was wrong. Ummmm excuse me, I paid $571 to have it fixed and you havent fixed it. Why would I pay you again. Also my other window regulator broke about 1 week after 1st one. I took it to Shaffer Collision. Their estimate was $296. Clearly I got ripped off and its still not fixed. Called corporate and he said he wouldnt charge me for diagnostic but depending on what was wrong I might have to pay more. NO THANKS Ill take my business elsewhere!

While I dont like how expensive this place is ... it could be worse. For the most part, everything is taken care of when u need it to be. I just dont like that they make my elderly mother drive all the way in just to tell them face to face that I can charge the repair on her card...when Ive done it several times over the years. It just depends on who you talk to. Or .. that when I charge my credit card and it has my husbands name on the card, not mine... its like pulling teeth.

My car brake pad has some weird smell, so I took it to grismer. They said that the entire brake pad system needs to be replaced which costs $1000+. I declined it because i want second opinion, so i took my car to car dealership. They said that the smell is just skunk piss or something.Grismer tried to trick me and also charged me $ 35 for the car diagnosis.Horrible experience.

Great customer service at this location. Tire service and oil change I would recommend.Any other service I will not take any of my vehicles back, vehicle was returned with brand new brake lines leaking and power steering components that were replaced leaking. Very pricey on replacing a $40 belt and 1/2 hour labor total cost $ 147.

My car drove straight as an arrow. When I bought 4 tires, the service manager said I needed an alignment so I agreed. After the 4 new tires and alignment, the car pulled left. Had to take it back. Wasted the cost of an alignment and the time to take it back.

Really nice guys, they do a good job however went and got new tires and they didnt wash off the tire lube,...is was smeared all over. Plus they always try to convince you that you need other stuff done. They should ask before they go over your entire vehicle. I was there for tires and nothing more.
