I’ve deeply regretted not choosing this dealership from Day 1 of ownership. Despite being 100 miles away the trip was well worth it as they are so much more professional compared to my local BMW center. Everyone from the sales and service department were exceptional and extremely helpful. This level of customer service was usually exclusively to Porsche, so I’m presently surprised. I would recommend Isringhausen for every BMW owner in the area.
We just purchased a car for our son from Isringhausen BMW. All the transactions were done by phone, email, and mail. We can’t begin to explain how pleased we are with our purchase. We had the car transported to Florida and even that was a seamless process. Special thanks to Brad Miller, our salesman, who went above and beyond to answer all our calls and questions and to Mark Dresch, who was amazing. I own a 2018 X3 and actually very disappointed with it . The radio has poor reception and was like that the very first day I drove it home . After 2 and a half years of living with this defective radio l finally decided to resolve that little source of aggregation . Well fat chance of that so far . They did do a reprogram of the radio but that did not work .The service tech recently did a test on the antenna and other various parts of the radio and determined all was okay. They now want to know which roads l travel because l may be driving by a transmitting radio tower. !!!!!!!!??!!!!!!!! Read that last sentence again . Well I could not believe it either . I guess a replacement of the radio and the profit of my next vehicle bought there ( fat chance ) has got them confused .

Everyone I’ve interacted with there have been really friendly. The problem I’ve run into multiple times was with their service center not contacting me to let me know the status of my car. The first time was with general maintenance. Didn’t hear back from them when they said it should be done so I called to check up. They said it was taking longer and should be done in a couple of hours. No big deal. Couple hours go by, and no call. Called back a second time for an update. They said it was ready.The second time this happened I was getting a repair done. Dropped the car off a little after 8am. Was told it would take 4-5 hours. Had a family member pick me up and they wanted to know what time they closed. Here’s where I messed up. When I googled Isringhausen I ended up looking at when the dealership closes — 7pm, but the Service Center closes at 5:30pm. Right at 5:30 I called to get an update, because it’s been 9 hours and no one has told me if the car is ready or not. I was told the service center is closed. I needed to be back at work at 10:00 tonight, and have no means of transportation.I messed up getting the hours of operation wrong, but I don’t think customers should have to hound a place to find out when their car is ready
Very efficient and friendly. We are traveling out of state and happy they could take care of our car issue immediately. Expected to be charged more knowing we were in a pickle. Even took care of a recall we knew nothing about! Highly recommend!

Had the check engine light come on. Said I would have to wait four hours just to have it plugged into the computer... maybe!!! Went down the road to E.E. Thomas, and they took care of me right away completely free of charge. I’ll never be back here again.

My BMW had an oil leak. After their diagnostic, they claimed that anything and everything that could be responsible for an oil leak needed to be replaced, including a pan ($1900) and valve cover ($1100). I was also told a radiator hose needed replaced, oil changed and there would be a clean up fee. In all, the total would be at least $4200 to fix the oil leak and there would be additional fees for routine maintenance services. I ended up taking my car elsewhere and found that only the oil pan needed replaced! I saved over $3200!! To top things off, when I checked the paperwork and receipt from Isringhausen, the paperwork was NOT even for my car!
