Just had new mufflers (duals) put on my 84 C10 and couldnt be happier. Got out of there for less than the estimate. Quick turn-around time. Appears to be a quality installation. The truck sounds better and even seems to have a bit more power than before. They were recommended to me by the folks at Mershons. Definitely glad I went with that. Thanks Muffler Shop Warehouse!

This place used to be very reliable and trustworthy, and one of the least expensive places in town for repairs, but that is no longer true. I spoke to one of the guys that works there this week to get an estimate, and he tried to tell me that it would cost $1200 for the repairs & parts, when many other places had quoted $700. He tried to make it sound like it was very difficult to make sure you get the right part for my car, and that the parts would be $416 each (and I need 2), when I had already called the auto parts store to confirm which was the correct part, and it was only $255 each before their $50 discount and a $40 rebate. He also said I needed another part which would be $160 each, when you can get that part (name brand) for about $22 - $25 each. I will NEVER go there again. I just spoke to another place that will do it for $557 for parts & labor. Dont let this place rob you blind.BTW, google says you are open from 8am to 5 pm

Highly recommended. The guys are very professional and do great work. Got my exhaust taken care of for less then quoted with better materials. Also take care of service members. Will tell everyone I know that needs work to see these guys first. Thank you.

The only other place I will take my vehicle is where Bernie tells me to because someone may have more expertise in a certain area of repair. Fixes my exhaust. Went to pick up and didnt charge me, said it was only bent heatshield. They bent it back. Most honest people in the business.

Im a recent transplant to Springfield so I asked new family where the best muffler shop in town was located. they directed me here as they had good work done before and were happy.gotta say, they were great to me. its a busy shop, small. plan to make an appointment. the diagnosis and estimate were free and they helped me save over $800 on parts.work done quick, well, and Im very satisfied. they do brakes and very affordable oil changes also.pleasant and nice folk to work with and treated me fantastic.this is the car the grandkids get driven around in so you know it matters to me. highly recommended.

Great service! Dropped our car off in the morning and was told what it needed. Very accommodating. The car was fixed and is now working perfectly. Definitely use them again in the future for any car repair.

After having check engine light scanned and determine catalytic converter needed to be replaced, Bernie was able to explain the issue and also was able to help get the parts needed. I was greatly impressed with their customer service and appreciate the time and explanation given knowing they were busy. Will definitely be taking all of our vehicles there when needed.

Been trying to find a car repair shop i can trust since i moved to springfield. I finally found the one i can settle with. Everyone was not just nice and friendly but honest. The big worrying part of car issues is the cost but they are so reasonable and give the lowest cost. This I confirmed by first trying 3 different shops for estimate the last time, cos I knew this time with them i want to be sure I dont need a second opinion when i get theirs. I understand being busy, but just like my business it takes customer relations to continue to grow. I am a second generation user of your shop and I refer customers to you all the time. My wife called you explaining my daughter is here from Marysville and needed her Element looked at because it had a exhaust leak. You told her to bring it over and you all would look at it by the end of the day. That is a statement that should not be made unless you commit to doing just that. My daughter rushed over there after my wife called you. You then told her you were too busy to look at her car. I took off work for an hour to go pick her up... Then when I called you, you said my wife did not talk to you because you did not recall that call and you were the only one that answered the calls... Suggesting we may have called somewhere else. I could prove I called you because all calls at my office record the numbers called out and received. You more or less are calling my wife a liar. You could have apologized and suggested I bring the car back over and you will get to it as soon as you can, if not today then tomorrow. Instead you hung up on me… Since I don’t curse or anything like that I am through with your business and everyone I referred to you will be told to find somewhere else to get their exhaust fixed.
