I got shot down before even started. Submitted a document for review so they could tell me a price and the lady answering the phone could not commit to tell me if the transfer could print well or not. In other words, if it didnt they were not at fault... not a good way to inspire confidence in your customers about what you do.

Their websites order system is primitive. You cant see what youve uploaded or ordered. Youre better off doing everything by email.

They dont own up to their mistakes. Its always the customers fault. Great quality, however, document everything and make sure they understand your needs and expectations.
