Love the furnishings yet cant say their service is at best as many of the female staff get impatient with questions and speak in Spanish to insult you to other workers, not knowing many ppl understand that language. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you truly have to . But the one in west Springfield is a bit more hospitable but the heat in there is overwhelming.

Vanessa H. was amazing from start to finish. She followed up online with me even in the evening hours. She made sure to work the order out for me so that I could get the item I wanted. She went above and beyond to call me back and walk me through the process. I really believe that your employees are the heart of any company and when they give customers exemplary customer service it should be commended, especially when that isnt the case these days. I had walked into a huge name furniture store and didnt get even a quarter of the service I received from Dream Decor. Any time I called even the person answering was great! I qualified for $1500 credit limit and they worked with me to get what I wanted/needed at the moment. Sure It was more than my limit but they pushed it through and I am extremely satisfied with the salesmen there. They offer multiple payment options and next day pickup and there were no complications such as this didnt come in can you come back tomorrow. I would recommend here before some place like Aarons or rent a center. Just cant express how satisfied I am with my furniture, thanks dream decor

This is the worst store,I went there to buy my sofa set sometime last week and the one I like he told me that they dont have the table in the warehouse so I said you have the sofa he said yes I said ok but I want discount on the dinning table,I got it! Saturday it was deliver and in full he charge me for delivery and set it up and i dont see what they do hard jus put on the foot,I look at the crushon pillows and the pattern was worn out,i said i hope they dont sell me any display stuff,so i went back next Thursday and boom there was a different sofa, so they sell display to people things that all ready turn out,all type off people sit in,Ill never buy anything more from this stupid store.

Great prices, but bad communication, no one mentioned that it will take 3-4 weeks for items to come to store, originally supposedly they were on stock but received call next day item was been shipped by Ashley Furniture and it will take about a week. Called after a week manager kept saying I will find out and call you back, still waiting for that call. Called today to find out another week to arrive spoke to Bill, may be cancelling once speak to hubby. You get what you pay for ...

They were easy to work with, no problems, and had a great selection. And the sales associate was helpful and not pushy. Will buy again from here.

Horrible, stay far away. At first thought, I was happy that they had a layaway option. I put 1 bed and 1 sectional sofa on layaway and paid it off on 3/9/2018. They told me that they were going to order the 2 pieces and they were going to call me when they arrived. I got a phone call in 2 days stating that my sofa was discontinued. Ok, fine, they let me chose another sofa as a replacement to the discontinued one. In a few days I got a call stating that my bed had arrived. We discussed that I would wait until my sofa arrived so that I can pick up both the bed and the sofa at the same time. On 4/8/2018, one day shy of a full month, I went into the store to discuss my two products. Come to find out that my second choice sofa was also discontinued and my bed was out of stock. How my bed became out of stock after they said it had arrived is beyond me. How they knew that my first choice in my sofa was discontinued in 2 days, but they didnt know that my 2nd choice sofa was also discontinued for over 3 weeks is crazy. I had already prepared my home for new furniture so I have been going without for close to a month. They agreed to give me a refund, but I feel like they owe me more than that. I dont understand how they are in business.

Delivery service is horrible and very bad communication told them I needed delivery after 3:30 pm, they show up before 3 while I was at work I call the store they changed time frame to between 4:30pm-7, it is now 7:30 and no sign of them, very disappointed
