We have bought 2 livingroom sets from here my last one is a year old and already broke down it is not durable at all looked like it was when we bought it. Paid off 3 months ago and getting ready to throw out for that much money it should have last longer! We have bought two beds from here my past one is great the bed and mattress are still holding up a year later no sagging

I purchased 2 twin size childrens mattresses and 2 regular queen size mattresses. The regular queen size mattresses were horrible to sleep on and both mattresses broke down 3 months after purchase. I will never purchase anything from this store again.

This store was a pleasure from the moment I walked in, and even through the most difficult of times. Kyle is a phenomenal CSR and really gave me a lot of detail between what I was looking for; and even things I had not been familiar with. I easily was able to choose from their selections, and went a step further to buy for the bedroom and the living room. They have many options for leasing, financing, full sale, all of it. Something with my order had went sideways when I went to pick it up, and Kyle was a superstar. He took the situation head on, called out all the stops he could, and personally invested himself into the problem. I didnt feel like I was suffering alone, and that meant a lot. After getting home, I wasnt too excited about my new mattress that I had received, as it was just too firm for my tastes. They easily helped me into finding a better fit and was able to handle an exchange in the first week. 10 days later.... I am very happy- love my new furniture, and would HIGHLY recommend this store!

Went shopping for a new living room set. Worked with Don. Very informative and answered all my questions. Don even helped me load my new beautiful couch and loveseat into my truck. He went above and beyond by even helping me with the ratchet straps. My couch was $200- $300 cheaper then other locations. The loveseat the same. Will be going back for all my furniture needs.

Be aware they do not try and help a customer when it comes to a mistake on their end. I ordered 3 mattress and a box spring via fb I went to the store to purchase them. They did not show me the mattresses I was purchasing so when the gor delivered they were like floor Matts literally these should be sd for prisons. I called and spoke with the store manager he said once they delivered they cannot help me. They cant take it back. But It is still a mattress that hasnt been delivered I spent 340 for floor Matts. When I asked for the owners number her said he out of town. I said does he have a number he said no you can call this number. I never signed any paperwork and the lead sales guy never showed me what the product looked like. He does not care and he was not trying to help me.

We bought a mattress from here about 2 years ago. Recently we started having problems with it. I wasnt happy and made a bad review. Within 30 mins of me sending my review the owner of the company called me. He told me he would take care of me not to worry, I would be able to get a new mattress. That is actually what he did, he gave me full credit toward a new mattress. His store associate Dolly hooked us up with a nice new mattress. Dolly was great even when she didnt make anything off the sale because we had a credit in the store, that didnt stop her from answering all our questions. This place is a great place and I thank them for not leaving us with a messed up mattress and making it right. Oh by the way our NEW mattress is GREAT!

We visited Springfield furniture on Dirksen parkway and spoke with Kyle, He was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The store has plenty to choose from at very affordable prices so stop in talk to Kyle. You wwill not be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful service. We came in 10 minutes til closing, and not only did they welcome us in but stayed until we were completely happy and taken care of. No pressuring. And great affordable prices. We will be going back.

The only way I can think of how they got good reviews is paid for them they sold a lift chair to a older handicapped woman that was loaded with bed bugs when she called they took a couple of days to respond to her call only to tell her they would not replace or remove the chair told her it was a manufacturer problem not theirs I would only send someone I didnt like to a store like that.

It was a very quick process and I like the selection and the people who gave us options. Definitely recommend this place for furniture. I got the sectional for starters and will buy some more.

Answered all types of questions and was very helpful from the start but now waiting on delivery Im having trouble getting in contact with anyone no one is answering the phone so Im getting worried if Im going to get my delivery today and now we have no mattress
