I am so disappointed I order 6 dining leather chairs, I pay $1,900Wen I pick it up the chairs was made by fake material not a leather .The difference it was very obvious .I compare real leather with the fake to the seller but they was arguing about it not taking responsibility at all about the big fake furniture there sell in the store .They should you Quality at buying timeAnd received fakesSoooVery careful with this particular store at Springfield Mall

We purchased a dining table and a coffee table from them in July. We were told we would receive updates regarding the delivery times. Covid has changed a great deal but the customer service and comprehension skills of this place is definitely lacking. We were given the original date that everything would be in on 13 Aug, then 20 Aug then 1 Sept. Now supposedly everything will be in 14 September. All we want is a realistic date and if you don’t have one then don’t give a wrong date!!! Of course I call today and give the individual the name on the order. I get a very rude call back stating I didn’t give the right information which is false. Once we finally receive what we paid for, we won’t be returning.

Great Customer Services - Even BETTER Prices!!!I purchased 3 furniture items from Direct Furniture Springfield Mall. Brian my salesperson has been such a great person to work with. I first purchased my sons Twin over Full bunk bed from them in navy blue in April 2018. One part was not installed by the delivery folks, so after several months of waiting for it to be delivered, he drove it over to my house and installed it himself.I then purchased a 2 piece Ashley Living room set (May 2019) from Brian. It was delivered within the timeframe he provided me. The sofa would not fit up my stairs, so the delivery guys had to take the sofa up my neighbors deck and through my kitchen deck door (because she has steps and I do not). This Ashley set is BIG and BEAUTIFUL and the price was much less at Direct Furniture than what the Ashley Store wanted for it - not sure how they do it!I recently purchased a dark gray counter height Ashley dining set, again it was MUCH less than the price of this SAME SET at the Ashley Furniture Store. I put down a deposit on it as Ive done with all my other furniture pieces (usually half down) and will pay the remainder once I get a delivery date. Great furniture place. Very nice store front and endless access to pieces via their catalogs. They didnt have my living or dining pieces, so I went into an Ashley store, to see and touch it and then ordered it from Direct Furniture for less.

It is a furniture store, so it is like buying a car, high pressure. They were friendly and spent a lot of time trying to find me a chair I liked. The chair I ordered they ended up not being able to get, but it was not their fault. As furniture stores go, they were fine and I would go back. I got a good price and love the chair.

The customer service is great! I was looking for something different then what the store had on the floor. A representative pulled out a catalog that had a wide range of furniture, and she found the exact dining set I wanted. I would definitely come back because it seems to be a one stop shop when you are looking for something particular.

Walked in the store without any intention to buy furniture but customer service was great and they have great collections. they almost had everything. they did 2 free deliveries for us and made us happy even the furniture was delayed because of holiday. thank you max. he was great we loved your service and we will be recommending more people to you.

I went to three different furniture stores in VA and this is BY FAR THE BEST. Great customer service and very clean. They have very good deals as well.

Bought a set of furniture from them and had an issue with the sofa. Eventually they solve the problem. It took some times but they finally got us the replacement sofa. Good people.

Excellent in-store customer service and delivery service/set up. I visited this store two times and made purchases each time. I had the same two salesmen both times, Wajid and Brian. I purchase a beautiful 3-piece set of marble-top cocktail tables the first visit and a beautiful upholstered platform bed with a 6 ft tall headboard during the second visit.

I purchased my living room and bedroom my salesperson was JOHN he was very kind and honest. The quality and the price was right I am very happy with my purchased.

Direct Furniture was by far the worst furniture experience weve ever been through. For one, they submitted our order wrong. When our order came to our house, the color was wrong and was missing the end piece which in the end didnt matter due to the wrong color but we also purchased a rug and that did not come with the initial order. I had to argue with the Store Manager to explain what we had ordered to get it resolved. The manager didnt even work with us on the day we purchased our order but insisted he knew what we ordered. Unbelievable. Additionally at the end of that phone call he told me to calm down and hung up on me abruptly. Terrible customer service. Stay far away. Theres a reason you dont see much of these stores around. These guys are lucky to still be in business.

I drove 15 miles through very heavy traffic for 45 minutes to get to this store and look at a specific sofa. When I entered with my partner, no one greeted us for around 15 minutes—the store seemed empty. For those 15 minutes, I was testing the sofa I wanted and discussing it with my partner, as sofas can be expensive items to invest in. When a salesman finally came, he assumed we were just hanging out and told us to go to Dave and Busters across the hall. I assured him I was there to buy a sofa, but he said I was not. I was so upset that I just left. I will never come back to this store.

Great and Wonderful customer service. I just bought a new Pulaski bedroom set everywhere I looked I couldnt beat their prices. Put it on layaway because I had to get rid of the old furniture and was not hassle When I couldnt make it in for a payment. They were very patient with me. Love this store.

My fiance bought me a vanity set from this company on January 1st 2016. It is now almost March and we still havent received the entire order. It took four weeks for the bottom half to be delivered but when it arrived the mirror was broken. So weve been waiting to receive the mirror; however, no one EVER gives us any updates on when to expect it to arrive. Im tired of waiting for something that weve already paid for. The sales associate that I dealt with is extremely rude and is very nonchalant about the entire situation. I usually dont write reviews but Im extremely frustrated! The customer service in this store is lacking. They want you to spend your money but could care less about you after the transaction has been processed. I will NEVER order/buy anything from this company again.

No manager on duty. Called to cancel a order that hasn’t even been delivered yet. They refused to cancel. I found a better deal else where. The employees there were rude and unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Had to argue with a associate just to get a cooperate number.

My mother went in today asking if they had a website. She was told no, the website was under construction. She then asked if this location delivered and the worker told her “Go on Amazon, they deliver”. Obviously, my mother left as she was completely aghast. Based on the majority of reviews, looks like this location needs closing. They appear to exist for the purpose of harassment and not sales.

It is the worst furniture store in USA. They lied to us about the bedroom and take 1600 piece for it and they said it is in a good quality but we found in ashly the same bedroom for 900 dollars and they said to us it is a bad quality. We go back to store to return it before they deliver it to us they refuse. Dont buy from this store .

Bought some furniture from them a few weeks back. Received it today but they charged me an EXTRA $100 because I missed their delivery time by about half hour. HALF AN HOUR. Feel cheated and ripped off! Very poor after sales customer service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have worst customer service and never deliver anything on time.

We walked in and a worker asked if we wanted anything and we told him that we were just browsing trying out the couches and then all the workers just stared at us and made us feel awkward and then he asked us something in a harsh tone and we just left. Took our Business somewhere else!

My comment is for those, who wants good,honest service please dont waste your time and money at direct furniture,which is located inside Springfield mall, employees in the store they are nice to you till you buy stuff, once they have your money, they are rude and wont help you with anything, happened to me and I dont know other people to face same problem.

Came in just to look let them know I was from out of town. They showed me pieces and options even though they knew I was not going to buy.
