Has a very large selection of furniture such as beds, end tables, tables, TV stands, desks, book shelves, dressers, couches, chairs, love seats and lamps. There is also a section for children. They are great with price and deals! Unfortunately a thing to note is that they do not have military discount.Also it is one of the best quality furniture store in my opinion because the furniture and everything there is very well made and made to last.

In 2020 we bought a couch, coffee table and recliner. The couch broke 5 months after buying, the coffee table around 6 and the recliner 3 days after we bought it.My husband ran to get the recliner 5 days after I had my baby and we came home from the hospital. I had a C-section, I had to sleep in it for quite awhile so he wanted me to be comfortable. The day after got it something snapped in it. My husband called and they asked if they could have the salesman call him back. They never did. This is the most uncomfortable recliner I’ve ever sat in. My husband hates it I hate it. Over $400 for a broken uncomfortable chair. I sent an email a month later (I was busy taking care of a newborn and healing) and received a snarky response and let me know the chair had a 4 day return policy. Didn’t need the snark. I thought they’d have a longer return policy.Nothing we got made it to six months.The gentleman we dealt with first was super nice and helpful. I took my Mom there. She got a recliner and couch. Her recliner broke a month after she got it. The guy she had wasn’t very nice. They gave her the chair that was the floor model. I didn’t realize that until my husband picked it up, he thought we knew. They didn’t tell us that and we had already gotten rid of her recliner the day he went to pick it up.I feel bad for sending my Mom there and that we all have to deal with broken furniture.My responseMy husband mentioned the recliner was broken when he called. His number was taken for call back, which he never got. He even said he’d bring it back in. The email response said 4 days, nothing about a year warranty. Then stated we could be given a discount on a new recliner since ours was sooo uncomfortable.Yes we’ve done a lot of business there over the years and everything we got in the last year and my Moms has broken or has issues. They quality and how customers are treated has declined. There was a woman in there upset saying the same things when we were getting our couch.I don’t feel comfortable having a service man come into my home. We have a newborn which some family hasn’t even seen yet due to the pandemic. Someone I don’t know who goes into other peoples homes isn’t coming into mine at this time.My husband said on the phone the issue with the recliner and couch when he called. I sent an email about the recliner so we did let you know.

I was pretty disappointed. My wife and I went in looking for a couch, loveseat, and chair for our living room. The sales person who met us when we came in quickly told us he couldnt help us and left. We continued looking on our own and found identical items to ones we looked at at other stores, at much higher prices at LVF. If you need furniture on a limited budget, I suggest you look elsewhere.

We are repeat customers. We have always neen treated very good here. They allow time to browse but quick to help when searching for particular items. All staff seemed to be nice as I overheard conversations but Monica assisted me and was very pleasant, and helpful. Would definitly recommend this place.

Lower Valley Furniture has excellent furniture at reasonable prices. Staff is courteous and helpful. They also provide 10% all furniture when paying by cash or check.Its a great furniture store with me coming back anytime I need a new addition to my home.

I delivered there in evening time and the guys where good at what they done, unloading. 2 thumbs up on that . However there is no overnight parking and I had to drive 25 miles out of my way to find a place to park till my next stop the next morning. So thats 2 thumbs down so I guess it averages out from a truckers perspective.

I bought a couch and recliner. I realized after sitting in the recliner for two evenings in a row I found my lower back was hurting from trying to keep the back reclined (it didn’t stay automatically I needed to keep pressure on back of chair continually)Which made my back hurt.I explained this to Brennen and he generously let me return the recliner and he ordered me another one AND it matched my couch !Thankyou Brennen and all the folks atLOWER VALLEY FURNITURE!!Gratefully, Bonnie See

Staff helped out with a repair issue, ordered parts and demonstrated repair. They even gave me a homemade tool to make repair easier, Wow! Thank you all very much for the extra service. Seems to be rare lately!

Watch out when buying from them I bought a rocker recliner and when I went back to pick it up one of the salesman told me it would be a minute or to so I walked around and went to show my parents what chair I had bought and I noticed it was gone. They tried to sell me a floor model and not even tell me and when I asked him about it he had a terrified look on his face and said they had no more in the back and told me they could order me one but it would take two weeks the. I proceeded to ask if they always do this and he said if they dont have them in the back they will . This was terrible customer service be careful when buying from here.

They were nice while I was deciding on my furniture choices. When they called me to set-up a delivery time they were rude and acted as if they could care less about my purchase or me as a customer. They literally had an I dont care attitude! Being a single mom who bought two bed room suites I thought theyd appreciate my business. I would not recommend them because they obviously dont appreciate their customers. Im a military veteran and I cant believe theyd treat anyone this way! They didnt know Im military but you really should appreciate all your customers! I will not buy anymore furniture at this store and I recommend you find somewhere else as well!
