Went there to get tire fixed from out of town .We had stopped at 2 other tire shops and they wouldnt help but the Plaza Tire helped us. Great customer service and when I went to pay they said have a great rest of your day. There awesome thanks again.

The gentleman at Plaza Tire was a little out there. He was trying to joke around, but it was hitting me off. I went in to have new tires put on. The sign said an hour, but it took 2 hours. A foundation was helping out by covering part of the cost because my son is fighting Cancer. I was $36 short on the estimate they gave me last week. They literally raked me over the coals for $36? I would have just comped it. I was spending $1000. I think they could have worked with me a little more!

I dont know a lot about tires. The handsome employee at the counter recommended the same tires he has on his car. Not crazy expensive, look nice, and were done faster than I expected, after he told me it would be a while before they could get to me. I didnt see that they had called me AN HOUR before I decided to mosey back on over from shopping across the street. Very friendly and nice guys, this wasnt my first visit and is now my go-to shop.

They went above and beyond to explain the differences between the tires and then made a special trip to get the tires as we were going out of town!! This is was excellent customer service is! I had used a different tire shop for 15 years but today i have a new place! Keep up the great work!!

Not fully satisfied because not all services needed were unable to be performed. Asked to have transmission fluid & filter changed but was later informed that service was not allowed. Requested transmission flushed. Was later informed they did have the proper fluid so the service was unavailable for my vehicle. My vehicle was put in the que after three hours. When the service manager called to let me know my truck was done, I was informed that my driver’s side mirror had been damaged & a replacement mirror had been ordered and would be available mid-week

I arrived a little less than an hour before closing time and needless to say I was a little less than optimistic they would be able to fix my tire today. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them showing up so close to closing time and they even took the extra step of confirming their inventory and work log to be sure they could complete the job before letting me leave my vehicle there. In conclusion, the price, customer service and work completed was exceptional. Thank you, Plaza Tire! You guys ROCK!!

What made an impression on me most was the person at the counter said they would service my vehicle as long as I was willing to wait since there were others ahead of me. On previous occasions at competitors shops, I was told they were booked and couldn’t see me that day but to go ahead make an appointment a week out to fix a flat tire.

Although the wait is somewhat lengthy, it shows they have a good amount of people utilitizimg their business. Marvin is the best. He has great character and gives top tier customer service. I go there just because I know he will take care of me. If he left I probably would too.

To the employee behind the counter complaining about how ppl are using temp tags too long and letting their vehicles go long overdue before getting an inspection. Our experience is exactly why. We bring a truck up to get an inspection and you want $1000 for it to pass. The truck isnt even worth that nor do we, blue collar workers, have a savings to get it. This is why they dont get inspections. Fix the system and well comply in a timely manner. Thanks.

This shop is Far and Away the most impressive experience I have had in dealing with any automotive shop in a very long time. These guys all Go Far and Away Beyond The Pale in order to make a customers experience fantastic. They worked late into the night fixing mistakes if someone else had done to my wifes vehicle. Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Took in A Honda I had lowered and put adjustable upper ball joints in. I called two other places to get an alignment they didnt want to touch it. I then called plaza tire not only did they get it aligned perfectly they were also knowledgeable, courteous and professional but also fast and reasonably priced. I now do all my business there from oil changes to tires all around good shop.

This is where I bought the tires for my vehicle I asked the man at the desk to put the best used tire in the truck that way I would use it as a spare and of course they didnt do that months later my car show that I had low air I took my gauge and I was 2 lb slow the guy told me at the front desk that it was over aired up sometimes I get good service sometimes I dont Im just speaking the truth

This is my second time to use Plaza Tire Service and my first time for this location. Both were great. This location was very helpful, professional and was accommodating to my schedule. They explained the service they performed the fees and answered all my questions. Very easy to do business with them and very professional. Will use them again without hesitation.

Plaza tire staff are amazing, I needed tires and they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Great price and great quality tires. I have used them for awhile now. Never have had any issues with roadside service or assistance. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was very friendly as always. They were very busy, but they still were able to fix a leaking tire and do a rotation even though I didn’t have an appointment. Only issue is that the repaired tire was over inflated by 10psi and mi tires were nitrogen filled prior, but the filled the repaired tire with air. Overall great customer service, but not the best execution this time around.

Had a tire going down. Was able to make it to the plaza tire on west sunshine. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean and neat. Turned out to be a valve stem gone bad. It took a little longer than expected to make the repair. However they took VERY good care of me. I will return to this location in the future. I also gave them a shout out on FB. Good guys to work with. A+

Great service! I got there first thing in the morning for four new tires. They were immediately backed up. They were clear on how Id have a longer wait time and apologized. Even being bombarded with other jobs they still managed to get me taken care of faster than they initially told me. I will definitely come back in the future as well as refer everyone to them.

Took my Mercedes GLK 350 by for an oil change because at a different quick lube joint they tried to tell me that I HAD to use a certain type of oil which, in my opinion, synthetic oil is synthetic oil, so I called these fellas and BOOM in and out for 1/2 the price WITH 2 new HD wiper blades installed included in the price! Sure I spent a little longer there but thats usually for a reason....because they do quality work at affordable prices. Thanks!

I made an appointment at 1 pm, waited 10 minutes to be helped. My car didn’t get in until 2, and it took them until 3:15 to get it done. Nothing quick about the service.

I had previously purchased tires and had service work done at the store on E Sunshine and been very satisfied. I purchased a new set of Nokian tires at the W Sunshine store on 12/21/19 as I had moved to the west side of town. By February of 2021 with just 20,000 miles on the tires they were down to 3/32. I took the car along with the receipt to the dealer and the service man came out to look at the tires. I felt there should be some proration on the purchase of new ones. He asked if I had been in to rotate the tires every 5000 miles and I had not as that would actually require I come in between oil changes just to rotate the tires. I was told they could not prorate the tires. I would have accepted anything reasonable but I felt that just blowing me off when I was there to purchase replacements was unreasonable. I did not purchase replacements from them but went to another vendor. I have never replaced a set of tires at 20000 miles and they lost this customer. Be warned.....if you purchase tires here it is mandatory that you rotate every 5000 miles or NO WARRENTY.

Ive been to 3 different Plaza Tire locations over the past 8 to 10 weeks. I purchased 2 new tires at the Nixa location and had my oil changed there on a separate occasion. I had a tire patched at the E. Sunshine location and had to get a new tire today at the W. Sunshine location. At the Nixa location, they told me right up front, its gonna be a couple of hours. Imade arrangements, dropped my car off and they called me when it was ready.At both Springfield locations, they told me my wait would be 45 minutes. I ended up staying there 2 and 1/2 hours the first visit and 2 hours today. Moral of the story: Just be honest right up front. I wouldve still used your location, but made other arrangements rather than waiting. That is very frustrating for me as a customer.

I had a tire on my car that kept losing air slowly. Stopped by Plaza Tire to have them check it out. They were busy and it took awhile to get to my car. They found a small screwhead in the tread. Pulled and patched it, filled it back up with nitrogen, mounted it, thanked me and sent me on my way, no charge! This is why I keep coming back!Thank you!
