Great customer service. I have a weird year truck where the dash changed half way threw the year. I was given the wrong dash kit two times in a row. Both times they were extremely apologetic, replaced the dash kit even though I had assembled the other ones and broken the correct tabs off. They still had no issue making sure that I got the right product. The correct dash kit didnt even list my truck as an option, they compared my stock radio mounts to the dash kit mounts until they found one that properly lined up.

I bought a remote start/alarm system for my wifes car. It was well priced and installed pretty quickly. After about a month of use the battery in the car started to drain, I called them, took the car in to be looked at. They dis-connected the remote start to see if the problem dis-appeared, which it did, therefore they replaced the BRAIN BOX for the remote, (No charge) about a year later the same thing started again, made the phone call, took the car in disconnected the brain again, to check if that was it, NEW BRAIN BOX. 5-6 months later and everything seems to be All good, they do good work, quickly and stand behind their work and products. Would I/we recommend them? IN A HEARTBEAT. Once again we support LOCAL business.

I went in to ask a couple of questions and the dude was a prick. He didnt like that I bought online stuff and went to ask questions there which I understandBut I try to go in there every now and then to get small stuff to help the business as best as I can. I was even going l tip the guy when I came back in for service that Im no not getting done. Was a big fan until they started being asses. Also way over priced

LOVE THESE GUYS! Im on my second stereo from Benchmark. My first stereo was a run of the mill Pioneed unit which I bought because I was on a budget. Upgraded a couple years later to a Kenwood and they do a great job and it looks like it was a factory install. Great service and friendly folks.

Came here looking to get my subs installed, saw the price and thought it was a little high so I wired my amp myself. I needed speaker wire, only from my amp to my sub(2 foot) and left feeling offended and annoyed. He told me since I got stuff from Walmart he has no clue what I did and what needs done and he couldn’t help me. He was very sure what I needed and what I needed done when I first came, however as I saved 200 dollars he told me he couldn’t help me or even send me in the right direction. Won’t be returning here for my car audio needs anymore.

I have had some extremely professional work done here. They are extremely knowledgeable with more rare installation questions. They are going to help my boyfriend install a USB CD-type player in his Toyota Prius, and in the past I had a CD player put in, as well as neons, and other wiring issues.My Dad and Step-Mom had work done here too. It is well worth the little bit of extra money you pay for such great service and products.
