The used car salesman, James Sherrock, was the best Ive had! A great dealership located in a convenient place between metropolitan areas.

Online ad misleading. Used car sales refused sale at online listed price, due to not trading in vehicle. Not listed anywhere in the ad, disgusting sales tactic. Spoke to salesman and manager, and lead it is not in their best interest to sell vehicles due to shortage, even if that information was not relayed 3 days prior when appointment was scheduled, and was told it was preferred not required. I will never buy from Bill Marine, and will make sure my family and friends do the same.

What a great dealership! Im an out of state buyer, but they made me feel right at home with my purchase. Everyone I worked with was helpful, understanding and eager to get me on the road in my new car!Tamara specifically was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was available and happy to answer my tons of questions and help guide me through the process of a new purchase. In spite of living 200 miles away, Id absolutely consider Bill Marine Honda for any future cars.

I went to Bill marine to get my oil changed a month ago. Last weekend I noticed oil on my garage floor. I checked the oil it was a quart low. Look under the car, and the oil drain plug was missing the gasket. Unbelievable!! I have purchased 4 cars over the years from Bill Marine, in which I probably will not do anymore business. Obviously, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The service team are great people. Not only friendly, but actually call you with updates as well as immediately when the vehicle is ready. Other dealerships call when it is convenient for them or not at all. I will always take my vehicles to Bill Marine.

Another great experience at Bill Marine Honda Service Center. Sub-zero cold snap killed my battery and we are isolating as much as possible due to covid. So asked if I could bring our CRV in very next day, and Bill Marine Honda accomodated us at the time I requested to make my trip convenient. 1/2 hour after arrival I was on my way to my next appointment with brand new battery -- as usual they addressed what we needed when we needed it.

I have purchased many used cars from bill marine over the years. Donnie and chris always give me a good fair price. I have never had any problems with costumer service. I would highly recommend seeing Donnie Lewis if you want a good reliable used car at a fair price. Roger and Karen W

James was the best salesman I’ve ever had- and I’ve worked for several years in sales. Very respectful & a fun guy. The service dept was more than great weeks later on a repair I needed. Of the 4 dealerships I visited to find a car, this is the only one I’d ever go back to. I was ignored at the others & never called back. One salesman at another dealer didn’t want to even give me his card- guessing he thought I wasn’t there to really buy.

Treated great! Clean and modern. Service took about 45 min. to change oil and rotate tires. Around $70. Not bad, especially from an auto dealership.

Got robbed on my Honda civic here and the service department is a joke. Tried telling me I had a $1000 oil leak issue around the rear motor mount (I declined service of course). I put 100,000 miles on it since this crack pot quote and have had ZERO issue. Buy your Honda from Marysville / Columbus unless you want bent over.

The helpful staff made the difference. I had been to other dealers who acted as if I wasn’t worth their time. This was not the case with Marine. We tried the Honda dealerships within a 50 mile radius of us and found only one that acted as if they wanted our business, Bill Marine. Dealing was easy and swift. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

The service was incredible! From our initial contact with Jody, to a follow up from Bala, to our decision to purchase and dealing with Eric in financing, we couldnt be happier! We traveled 1.5 hours to purchase from Bill Marine and we are so happy we did. We previously bought a Honda from Lindsay Honda in Columbus and they cannot compete with the price or customer service we received from Bill Marine. Jody also took time after the sale to show us how to operate all the new tech features in the odyssey. Although we have to travel further to Bill Marine, this experience has gained them a customer for life!

Their service department is phenomenal! We were just passing through on I70 and had car trouble that our other dealership hadnt fixed. They completely fixed the problem in 20 minutes and then charged us nothing for it. Super nice people. Highly recommend.

They were extremely nice but their prices were much higher than other dealers & they valued my trade in much lower than all other dealers.However I have had dealings with their service department & they did a great job there. I just would return to the sales department.

We went to Bill Marine on a Saturday to purchase a new CR-V. They didnt have the one we wanted on the lot but our salesman Corey Gossett promised hed get one and would have it there to be picked up on Tuesday (holiday weekend added the extra day). The deal was signed, sealed and delivered as promised. Very happy with the deal. Corey is great to work with.

The used car lot has nothing but scammers. Lied to me straight to my face about my trucks freon. They are very deterred by you if youre young. They treat you second class. Do NOT recommend

Its a car dealership. We were at the used Honda section. In general I hate car shopping, but my wife forced to come to watch the kids. That wasnt so fun, but rhe staff was friendly and seemed to not mind my kids shenanigans while my wife filled out all of the paperwork which felt like it took hours. The wait was probably the worst part, but like i said the friendly staff balanced it out.

If i had the choice to pick i wouldnt give them 1 star. They way over charge and I wouldnt go back. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Dishonest finance managers (lied about what interest rate I was approved for. a difference of 4%) Sales manager was even worse. Rude, pushy, lied about bottom price and well above true market value on a last year model car. Used car appraisal was much below all other dealerships. Went to Marysville and had the exact opposite experience. Saved around 5000 dollars and a lot of hassle. I would recommend any place but here. Sales people were polite and helpful though. Unfortunately management runs the show.

Almost got ran off the road by one of their employees driving a dealer tagged brown Nissan car. Guy was going double the speed limit on columbia, changing lanes with 0 regard for anyone (or a signal)Normally I wouldnt gripe. But if thats how they treat their inventory, youre best going out of town.Looked like a dealer trade from Jeff Wyler too. My condolences to the sap that got that Nissan.
