I was graced by an angel of the automotive world (Wes) when I did business at this car lot. I stopped by with interest in a SUV they happen to have. I test drove the vehicle and it performed as advertise. It was in excellent condition also. I subsequently decided no to purchase it but in talking with both the owner and sales rep about the thought of selling my 2018 Silverado they made me a very respectable offer to purchase it and I accepted. Wes jumped in my truck with me and we drove straight to my bank where he deposited a check. Both of us walked away happy and I’ll be recommending people here in the future. These theives sold me a 2014 chevy 1500 as a LTZ Z71 (badges installed) Turns out it was an LT, non Z71 with undisclosed flood damage and electrical issues. Due to those electrical issues caused by the undisclosed flood damage, the trucks stabilitrac system took control of the steering wheel, accelerator pedal and the brake pedal, went right off of a left turn, nearly severely hurting the 3 people inside. As it has been brought to my attention very recently, the truck was worth $10,000 less than what I purchased it for. These are crooks as crooked as they come.In response to the owners response.Im not sure where you are getting your carfax reports but it looks like your report is wrong, again. There is not 120,000 miles on the truck and I have not had a trouble free 3 years. It has done this exact thing for the entire 3 years that Ive owned it, this time it could not be recovered. Ive had it to the chevy dealerahip for recall after recall and to get it looked at with no diagnosis. I discovered the water damage when my ac wasnt working and looked into the fuse box and found loads of corrosion from water damage. I have called about you selling me an LT non Z71 when it was advertised and sold as an LTZ Z71 where I got the response that there was nothing to be done since papers were signed. You should know better than I do that there is a $5-8,000 difference in the LT verses LTZ, then another $2-3,00 in the Z71 package. I called about the undisclosed water damage several times and recieved a similar response. Then, realizing I got shafted by people who dont care about their customers, I gave up. The stabilitrac system Im referring to is designed to correct the vehicle if it is ever in a skid by applying the brake to the faster moving wheel, therefore TURNING the steering wheel in that direction. It disables driver use of the accelerator and brake pedals. Which isnt a bad design if there were no water damage, allowing the system to work correctly. OR if the water damage was disclosed so it could have been repaired 3 years ago when the truck was purchased or at least allow the price to reflect the lesser truck that was purchased. Im not here to argue with you, just worn your other potential customers to do their own research on the vehicles you have listed and not to trust the reports they are given by you.

I asked about a truck they had and they failed to communicate and let me know the truck sold after I drove 30 min to Go look at it. I told them I was interested in trading in my truck. They don’t know their truck cab types. I specifically said what I had and they turned me away very quickly after they saw what I had because they though it was something else. Didn’t even take their time to look or care. Horrible service and clearly no knowledge. Would not recommend.

If your looking for that truck or vehicle that stands out among the crowd this is the place to go !!!!

Called on a truck they had for sale. He stated the truck had been gone through by their shop. I specifically asked if the truck had any fluid leaks. They told me it had none. I drove an hour one way to find a rear main seal and possibly oil pan gasket leaking fresh oil on the pavement where it was sitting. Also found red fluid on the metal lines going into the coolers near the front.

Absolutely do NOT go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. We purchased a truck over a month ago and paid 20,000 for it. With in less than two weeks it was losing oil pressure and to this day is still at the mechanics being worked on. On top of that i went in to see if there was any help they could give being it was purchased and in 7-8 days later was broke down. They just turned me out the door saying there was nothing that they could do. Also note to self if it has more than a 6 lift on it the warranty doesnt cover it. One of the most costly mistakes ive ever made!!!

Some of the most poor service I have ever recieved!!! Despite the lack of service, I went ahead and purchased a truck from them and in less than two weeks of owning it, the transmission went out. After trying to go back to their office where I was promptly told that if I had any issues that they would be willing to help, they told me to get the F out of their office and the owner Wes proceeded to put his hands on me and shove me out of their door. This is Definitely not a company that stands behind their word or respects their customers.

I had a family member purchase a truck there and within a week had to repair the vehicle. Over $3000.00 for repairs! When approached the owner (Wes)literally pushed (and thats putting it mildly) my family member out of their business !!!!!!I would NOT send family, friends or anyone there, not just for poor service and untrustworthy vehicles but for their personal safety as well.They were very unprofessional/rude and over stepped their boundaries towards another person to say the least!!!!!!!!!
