Great customer service but unfortunately they didnt have the vehicle that I wanted, otherwise we would have purchased from Rick. I have to post about the great customer service and non pushy approach.

After dealing with aggressive pushy sales men all day finding Smokys was a like a dream come true. I got to drive the lot, find the car I wanted and give it a good look over before being approached! No pressure or typical sales pitch you hear at every other lot.

Never got back to me from my AutoTrader inquiry. Had a similar situation a few years ago when I schedule a car detail and no one showed up.

Purchased a full detail for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. He received a loaner car for the day, which was so convenient and helpful for the work week! When he got his car home, it looked brand new! Considering the lingering pine needles from our Christmas trees (lol), they must have put in some work to clean it so well. I’d definitely recommend!
