Emailed the dealer to see a new 3 series and a new 5 series. Which the confirmed they had.Walked in only the find out they didn’t have a 5 to look at. Which was fine. I ask to see the 2021 3 series. I’m honest and tell the sales associate I don’t like the 3 series (it was blue) and it was the only one he had on his lot. Nice man overall, asked him if he minded giving me a rough trade in number on my little car I brought in. He said that wasn’t a problem.He came back 5 minutes later to inform me that the man who does the appraisals said he wouldn’t give me even a rough number because I wasn’t willing to buy the blue 3 series.I will never give this dealership my business after today. What a poor business model.

I purchased a used 2020 M2 through this dealership. I had not seen the car in person, as I live in Colorado. I found the car through CarGurus, and called the dealership. The car had just been traded in, but Tim was extremely helpful with the process of purchasing from out-of-state. They were able to turn the car around from trade-in to purchase within a couple of days, and accommodate my travel arrangements from Colorado. Tim sent me a walkaround video, texted me updates, and was just overall very helpful and nice.When I arrived from the airport (near their closing hours), the car was ready for a look-around and test drive. The car was as described, so I purchased it. The purchase process was probably the easiest of the many experiences I have, and I spent no more than 10 minutes in the finance office.Ive since driven it back to Colorado, and continue to get check-ins from Tim weeks later.Great service, great cars, great communication. I had such a great experience with Springfield BMW. The entire team was friendly but our salesman, Corey, was so attentive to us. He had great follow up, wasn’t pushy, and worked to make our needs his priority. Springfield BMW chose a great representative of their company when they hired Corey. They changed the price of the vehicle I was going to buy when they realized they had more than one customer for it. I offered $72,000 which they verbally agreed to accept. But then the general sales manager came back and told me that it would be full asking price and overruled the sales manager because he can. That is bad business and I will never buy from them or any of their sister stores.
I recently purchased a certified m3 sight unseen and the experience was great. I worked with Christian from initial inquiry through delivery and everything went wonderfully. Christian was easy to get in touch with, sent pictures and videos, and answered my many questions throughout the entirety of the process. Even though I live in Arizona, I would consider this dealership again in the future.
The servicing department completely rips you off. Overcharged for repairs, and once it was all said and done pieces of the car that never had problems for years before started acting up. Even parts that they said “had issues” and fixed without my consent and then charged me for. Just find someone local before you get charged 3x+ the price for more problems. Absolutely awful.
Thank you Reliable for making it right with our vehicle maintenance. Long story short, BMW didnt notify us on our expiring maintenance plan by a couple of weeks. BMW did not agree to make it right at all. However, Reliable took care of us with the oil change and the check up. Well done and we greatly appreciate the extra mile of service.

Worst shop ever!!!!! Spent 1700 dollars in repairs, car broke down on the way home and they wouldnt pay for the tow, the car has oil coming out of the engine. My son who is an EMT, is out 1700 dollars and a car. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Mechanic admitted they probably forgot to tighten some bolts worst place ever, dont go here you will spend a fortune still have a broken car and have to spend more money on a lawyer

Service isn’t very organized & not set on there prices. Already knew my high pressure fuel pump needed replaced because mini in Kansas City read it for 350.00. I told them that but they charge me 150.00 for Diagnostics on my fuel pump for no reason. Before I hauled it up to bmw 1400-1500 for fuel pump. Days later 1800 they said. Complete joke . Thanks for the scam!

I took my bmw there for same issue 3 times and it was misdiagnosed..after first time light came back on, second time I took it back for same issue they replaced part due to it bein under warranty ( assuming the first part was faulty ) third time I go back same issue they tell me they warrantied the first part they put on it but not the one they had to replace it with ? keep in mind they had to replace and it did not fix the issue so that part is now out off warranty ... so second now needs to be replaced which they would not warranty along with something else now needing replaced because they did not fix it at the get go ... ... costing $1200.00 bucks ! Not understanding why they would not warranty there second part they had to replace first one with ? I was very willing to pay for the other issue but not the one they misdiagnosed three times ! They wer cut and dry wen I asked if it was possible that this cudda been the original issue ?? And I said I really felt the mechanic missed it ....Reply was it is possible but can’t b sure ???my reply was I’m certain it was ! I felt this situation should of been handled better and if they couldn’t resolve it they should of asked higher up !! I am very disappointed in mechanics there and at this point I am looking for a new dealership to service my car ! Joe was very nice but should of resolved this issue in a more customer friendly manner because now I do not plan on them servicing my car .....

My car was dropped off to have a recall repaired. When it was pick up from BMW the screen was damaged. No ownership was taken for the damage & the age & mileage (Under 100k less than 10 years old) my car was some how to blame.

Everyone at this dealership has been great to work with! My husband called and talked with Sam McCahon about a car I was interested in but it turned out they had just sold it. My husband told Sam what I was looking for and Sam took pictures and sent a video of a BMW that had just come into the dealership that wasn’t on the website yet. We’d never owned a BMW before, so we decided to come in for a test drive. My husband and I both loved the car and ended up buying it. If Sam hadn’t taken the initiative to help us, I doubt we would have come in to test drive the BMW to begin with. We also worked with Hunter Tremain, who went with us to test drive. Hunter was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions about the car. Sam and Hunter were both attentive and courteous. They made the car buying process very low pressure and easy.

Worst sales representatives that do not care about the customer. I have been through two of them and they pretend to care at first but if they can not make that first higher sale to you when it’s not even the exact car you want they will forget about you. They only care about quick easy sales. After I first made a purchase management reached out to me to see how everything went. When I expressed that I was not happy at all they had another sales representative reach out to me. He tried to pretend to help me for a bit but ultimately stopped caring and not wanting to get the exact car I want. Even when I started to decide on buying brand new he simply stopped caring and didn’t reach out to me anymore. I would not recommend reliable BMW or Lexus to anyone if customer service actually matters to you. If you want to be forgotten and pushed into a car you don’t really car for then by all means give them a try. I would give zero stars if I could.

*Disclaimer* I review companies/products based on my experience. If it deserves 5 stars, it gets 5 stars. If it deserves 1 star, it gets 1 star.My wife purchased a 2014 Range Rover from Reliable BMW in Springfield in October of 2019. It was used, and had 96,000 miles. My wife had always wanted a Range Rover, and we thought this would be an affordable way to try one out before perhaps buying a new one. Upon buying the car, the finance department talked her into buying an extended warranty (I have my own opinion on those, but I wont post them in this review because it is unrelated). The car now has 101,000 miles and it in limp mode with a check engine light issue. They told us when we bought it that they couldnt make repairs on it, but because of the warranty purchase we werent concerned. We are having difficulties getting the car repaired AND are having zero luck with the warranty covering the beforementioned repairs. I called Reliable BMW and set up an appointment to go in and see if they could help me with a resolution. That appointment was today, and to say that I am dissatisfied with the results is an understatement. My wife owes $28,700 (she bought it for $32,00)on her car, and they offered to give her $15,000 for it if she traded it in. They also did not offer any help with the warranty that they sold. I was proposing to trade it in with an allowance of $28,700, or get Reliable BMW to help us get the car repaired at a qualifying dealership. I know that one tends to get upside down on cars, so i was prepared for that, but wasnt expecting to lose half of the value in 8 months. The salesman (Tyler Arndt) said the manager said this was based on Covid-19, and that car values are low right now. That is ironic, because they had a 2019 BMW X5 with 8,000 miles on their lot priced at approximately $5,000 over NADA retail value. Tyler did a fine job of communicating, I am just completely unsatisfied with the way Reliable BMW of Springfield handled the issue(s). I feel that they essentially sold two products that they will not stand behind. I thought I was being reasonable, but maybe I am wrong. They do wash your car for free if you buy it there.~Nick

Ive been a customer since 2003. Great autos, of course, but the service is what keeps me coming back. I can buy a car anywhere, but Ive never found a service department that works so smoothly. They put my safety first, never surprise me on repairs, have never recommended anything that wasnt necessary and I always have the same Service Manager, Joe Moran, whos the absolute best. He regularly will top off the hydrogen tires, top off my coolant and doesnt charge me. And gets me taken care of as quickly as possible.
I had a very positive experience with Sam at BMW of Springfield. I wanted to drive several cars including Audis and BMWs and Sam accommodated all my requests and was able to answer my questions about the different brands and models. He was very knowledgeable and helped me compare and contrast the cars and guide me to which would be the best fit for my lifestyle. They all stayed late to help me complete the purchase of my BMW and make sure I got what I wanted. I really appreciated the low pressure sales style and the high level of service from everyone. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

I went here because I thought that this was a safe place to purchase a used vehicle and wanted a car that had been previously leased so I was wanting to purchase a 1-3 year old bmw. Originally I was looking at and was a bout to test drive an bmw x1 was in the car and they sold it. No big deal its a car.I looked at a 2017 bmw x3 and it was good, no record, good price. Sold me the car without the title (which I now know you walk away with the title the day of purchase unless there has been something wrong with the car), bmw sent the title because it was a salvaged vehicle which they did not disclose at time of sale that the car was t boned and had been repaired by another company which they told me they had fixed the car their (it was cox collision NOT BMW). Buyer beware.

The service associate lied to me. He said you cant hook a BMW up to a computer to troubleshoot it. They also broke my door handle, and wanted me to pay them $650 To fix it. I dont do business with dishonest places!!

They tried to charge me almost 2000 dollars. For. Not having hardly anything to fix back on my car. They shouldnt get 140 an hour for laber the aint no doctors the charge way to much money
I have owned 8 cars from Reliable Superstore. 5 of them being BMWs. My last 3 Ive purchased from Marc Delafuente. The buying experience with Marc is second to none. He is attentive, responsive, and willing to work to get you the car that will best fit your needs and wants. Service is also exceptional and only looking to get better once they move to their new location across the street.
Good dealership. On our last trip to Illinois, our X5 popped up a low tire pressure warning as we were leaving the motel. BMW of Springfield had us in and back on the road again in a little over an hour. Not bad for an early morning show-up at the door with no advance notice. We were offered a complimentary car wash but took a pass as we wanted to get on the road.
Our bmw 325i was in the shop for 1 month and problem still has not been fixed. My parents had to drive the car back when it was icing and the car ran even worse. Its sad because Ive had such great experience with Audi service. After spending hundreds of dollars and time, car still stalls. Also, when repairs were finished, no paperwork was given. (So I had to pick it up, which took an hour). They did allow us to ship some parts that were needed additionally the 2nd time around. They provided the labor costs and we supplied the parts, which was very nice of them. But after 1.5 months how is the problem still not fixed?When I went to to pick it up, the service manager was very sweet. However, Joe Moran just peaked his head from the office to avoid contact. After 1.5 months and hundred of dollars wasted, they cant figure out an issue on a 2004 bmw. Do not go here to get your car fixed. Will never to business at BMW again.

Stopped by the BMW dealership to have a front tire replaced. Ended up driving home in a new Audi! (The dealerships are right next to each other) Anyway, what happened??? Well, someone named Haley happened. Thank You Haley for being such an impeccable clint advisor. You were simply great!!!!

Joe Moran and his staff impress with knowledge and focus on customer experience. IMO, this sets this dealership head and shoulders above others. I have owned over 10 BMWs (in addition to other makes in my 53 years) and find many dealership lack emphases in the service department; many times it can feels like an afterthought. For me, this means diminished owner experience and value proposition.This is certainly not the case with Springfield BMW.After having the will to live sucked out of me as two other service departments floundered for nearly two months to correct a mishap made during recall repairs, I petitioned BMW USA to have my vehicle towed to Springfield BWM (no small distance). I did this because Joe Moran was able to ascertain the problem while speaking over the phone with the service advisers of the offending dealerships.His knowledge got me in the dealership, his determination to see a job well done on each visit earned my trust, while his attention to customer service keeps me coming back. I have not looked back.Over the next couple of years, I have seen Joe promoted(!), and continue to positively impact the service department. The customer experience at Springfield keeps me in the BMW business; perhaps more so than the product.

Experience was great with Haley. She owns a Bimmer which was evident in the answers she gave to my questions. Any question she wasnt clear on she would seek out and find someone with the answers. I felt comfortable and confident when purchasing my car.
