It was a really good experience. Staff were very helpful especially with the work being done on the Mitsubishi parking lot. Landmark Cadillac started the process for me and made sure that my car got over to Mitsubishi for its service. The Mitsubishi service person was very helpful and friendly and let me know what was going on and kept me up to date.

Darrin is a kind young man, felt comfortable taking to him. Brian In finance was extremely friendly and personal, good guy.

Took car in, cruise control not working and its covered under the Platinum warranty. They said it was working fine then with no forewarning charged me over $100 for a diagnosis fee that they said wasnt covered by the warranty. Guess they had to find something... The service manager is taking no responsibility. Very disappointing and I will not recommend them or ever buy a car from them. *Update* They did end up refunding the diagnosis fee so Im giving them another chance and adding a few more stars. Time will tell but Im hopeful...

I went in on July 25 I told them from the very beginning All I had was $2500 to put down on a car they told me that was fine my car salesman told me that I was approved for any vehicle with that money down when it came time for the paperwork they told me I had to have more money down I dealt with them for over a week trying to get into a vehicle and every time I would pick a vehicle they told me that it was no issue with the money that I had down until it came time to the paperwork I just felt like they were playing games
