Easily the best experience me and my girlfriend have ever had at a dealership. We just came from Don Wessel Honda after being lied to and treated extremely poorly. Youngbloods staff was the opposite, courteous and never pushy about sales or anything. Aidan was our salesman and knocked it out of the park. Super friendly and let us ask questions about different vehicles and even test drove a few of them. He always made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Clayton was the person who helped us with the financial side of things and finish up the process. He was also great, and really easy to chat with about more than just buying our cars! He made all the complicated information seem simple and guided us through everything really well. The funny thing is, we went to Don Wessel planning on maybe buying one car. We ended up leaving Youngblood having bought 2 cars and still love them!
Dishonest.I bought a car there and two days from driving it off the lot it broke down on the side of the road.To begin with, I was told that my car would be filled with a full tank of gas for when I picked it up from the dealership. It had half a tank and I just wanted to get my car after a long day of work and didnt raise any issue with it. But given the cause of the problem that has come about this now kind of seems as if it may have been intentional. After getting the car I drove approximately 45 miles home from Springfield. I drove the car to work and back for two days. Short trips. Then I wanted to go on an outing for the weekend and filled up the tank for the first time. This was done at the gas station I have been using for years, Caseys. The majority of the people in town use this station. After filling up I drove about 30 miles and the car started sputtering and jerking all over the place. I pulled over once and was in a rural area. Just hoping I could get the car off of the side of the highway I tried starting it again and it turned over several times but wouldnt start. Sat for a few minutes and tried again, with luck. I made it less than a mile down the road before it did it again but was able to pull off onto the nearest side road. When I stopped and hand my foot on the break I had to turn the car off before it would stop rocking back and forth.Called insurance and had a tow truck come to get the car. The tow truck guy even said, send it back. So rather than having it sent to my trusted mechanic I had it towed back to the dealership. The next day I was put in touch with Brad from the service department. He asked me what was going on because they had seen the car sitting there and it, started up and drove just fine. I told Brad about everything that had happened and he said they would look into it. I started to ask about my warranty and what I needed to consider with costs and he said I didnt need to worry about that.Later in the day he called to inform me that I had bought a tank of gas that was mostly water. He never bothered to inform me that if that were the case I needed to get in touch with the gas station because they would be likely be liable for the repairs. He said it would cost 700$ to drain the tank. After the phone call I was highly confused how I could have driven 30 miles without issue on a tank of gas that was that bad. Then I remembered him saying that they had started it up and it had ran just fine. Things were not adding up. I began asking around to everyone I knew if theyd had any problems with their gas from Caseys. No, they had not. I went to Caseys and asked if they had had any complaints. Again, no.I went to my mechanic and asked him if it would cost that much to fix having bad fuel. He said that was outrageous and more like they may be trying to state that as the cause and slip in a new fuel pump. (Makes me wonder if they were not already aware the fuel pump was going out when they did not fill my gas tank the day I came to pick it up.)Rather than pay 700$ for these people to work on my car I had to towed to my mechanic. He tested the gas.. there was no water in the fuel. He ran a diagnostic on the car which is coming back indicating the fuel pump.Im very disappointed in being lied to by the people in the service department and to be sold a car that was probably already indicating this problem before my purchase. A little respect and honesty would have been nice but I guess thats the world we live in.
Great people great dealership! We bought a Nissan and a Kia from Youngblood this year and I hope to deal with them again soon.
Have bought 5 cars here. Everything is excellent about this dealership. From the sales to the finish. I do not even look at another dealership now. When you find the best you stay. Prices are excellent too.
