They never pick up the phone

Way overpriced for old used cars. Not even negotiable prices they were so high. Cars werent a wide selection either. It went from 2007/2008 right to 2018/2019. Selling the old cars as if they were new but they werent. Good luck.

Even just going to browse they make you feel like family. The interior decor is so well done and comfortable feeling. The bathrooms were cleaner than any bathroom at a car dealership Ive ever been in. Cleaner than most peoples homes in fact. These characteristics alone make me want to be a buyer from here!

I bought a car from this dealer and the car never worked. I bought the car September 9 and still I don’t have a car they are straight scammers I had to cancel my contract with the financial company they put me through a lot of hard times this company is not reliable or loyal to the customer I don’t just suggest I’m telling you don’t buy a car from bournigal auto my credit is affected and i don’t have a car they sold me a straight lemon they stated the fixed the car 4 times never fixed they sell junk ....

This place had nice cars, but gave my sister a higher price AFTER she came back to buy the car the 2nd day! Who does that?! Said 7995 one day, raises it too 8995 the next?! Id never send nor buy a car there myself!

Got a car from this place 8 months ago, I moved out of state two months later,had a flat tire,the toll truck couldn’t even chain my truck on the right way! Come to find out I was sold a truck that was rusted all the way thru underneath. Even the spar tire was rusted. Mind you the first few weeks I had it they sent me to a friend to do car work on it. They had it on lifts & etc I know they seen the rust, never told me anything. Now I’m stuck making payments on a rusted truck. Should take picture and open a case on you guys.

Do not buy any vehicle here @ Bournigal Auto Sales in Springfield, Mass. Worst dealer ever! Do not go by Joselinos Word he does not stand by his promise or anything that comes out his mouth. We bought 2 vehicles from him because my wife knows him for many years, my truck is completely rusted on the frame and im still paying for it, my wifes suv had 3 major accidents, salvage title, flood damage, and odometer was put back, and he doesnt like telling the honest truth on the lemons he sales at his dealer. MAKE SURE TO ASK ABOUT HISTORY OF VEHICLE FIRST, CLEAN TITLE, ECT..... DO NOT TRUST BOURNIGAL AUTO SALES!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALESHIP EVER, OR ANYONE HE RECOMMENDS AT ACME AUTO SALES EITHER!! ASK FOR CARFAX ON HIS VEHICLES!
