The facility is the most attractive, comfortable, and efficient one available in Springfield, Missouri. Ron Jones is the Salesperson I would recommend you to use if you dont have one already. Outstanding Customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable about their product line. I have purchased a new and pre-owned vehicle from the Dealership. Today I am following the maintenance guidelines on our 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer which just exceeded 150,000 miles. Do yourself a favor and drive a Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, or a Porsche if you can fit it into your budget.
I thought it was free and something was not covered so it was a expense I wasnt expecting to have. Im so glad that the advisor was able to cut the cost.
I regret buying from there but stuck now. Wont ever be back to buy again.
John was great and very friendly. Was a good company and we love the car
BEWARE!!! There could be extra charges you dont even know about. I would never come here again for any problems even if it was my last option. When I came here my bill had an extra $500 for work that I never gave consent for. When I asked about this I was told that the worker did nothing wrong by not getting my consent to do work with this extra charge. Only reason I havent involved the BBB is family issues and I dont need the extra headache. PLEASE dont go here.
Ron Jones is an exemplary sales person who made my experience of purchasing my car a wonderful, stress free experience
I have bought 2 cars from napleton vw, and both times it was a pleasure ...John Bradley and the financial team are so great, I love napleton, for anyone looking to trade or buy a new vehicle, this is the place to go!
Yeah don’t do anything with our talking to your customer instead of doing something and wanting money. No one informed me of any fees for just looking at my car
My husband and I were looking to trade our car for a new Mitsubishi Outlander. We were helped by John Bradley. We made an appointment as asked by him at noon. We took our information, test drove the car, and signed paperwork. My husband was then advised to head home to wait for an hour or so for our answer.. John stayed he would be calling soon. When 2 hours passed we got a text saying we should know soon. For the rest of the day we heard nothing. My husband had left his driver’s license with Mr. Bradley, so we returned to the dealership at 6 pm, when we were told by Mr. Bradley that he would be there til 9:00 pm. We went and had dinner and patiently waited. When 8pm rolled around we called, only to find John had gone home early, without calling us. Then we were transferred to financing who told us they had JUST gotten our information and that banks are closed! They then told us if we don’t hear from them tomorrow to call them. This dealership obviously did not want our business and does not know the first thing about customer service. We are a military family and I am offended at how this dealership treats its people of service.
Very prompt service on getting a recall issue resolved.
Went there for service on our new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. It is the closest one to us, but still a 2 hour drive. They had a very nice group of people greet us. They were super nice and did what they could to get closer to our problem. The place was also very clean. Thanks a bunch for the great service.
I love my Mirage! Most favorite car ever. See Jeff Taylor for a good deal!
Great place to get my vehicle serviced and closer to home makes it nice
Defective button lock on drivers door tookFour appts. to replace. Third visit they realizedthey ordered wrong part and installed it anyway. Fourth time they installed correct partbut put door panel on incorrectly twice. Finallywent home and fixed panel myself. What are these people smoking?
Will never go back. Got talked into an OVER priced ($500) transmission oil change. Called back to cancel it and the all day service work was done in 2.5 hrs. They told me if I did not change oil, I could have problems. only 30,000 miles. Asked if I could have someone else do it and was told maybe not. Considering legal action. Only reason I was there was for a factory recall. Not the first recall. Very unhappy.
Talked with a finance manager and never have I ever been more helped in my life. He knew I wasnt buying and he was still over the top helpful. Now I am looking at getting a car for the wife and will go back to Napleton because of the service I received prior
Bad service appointments, have had to drive an hour for a simple scheduled service and waited an hour and a half and they hadnt even started on it yet. Since they moved service has gone to being rude and all about the buck, and not good service
Friendly service. Decent inventory of new and used vehicles. Check online for service appointments and choices for vehicles.
I have a high mileage Mitsubishi Outlander 2003, had it since the first year they were made in the USA. That was after having the legendary Montero which I also loved as a ranch/farm vehicle. My plan on getting the new hybrid SUV was to be able to park it easier in a large city, and have the smoother ride of a BMW on a highway. The Outlander handles the roads and turns beautifully! However 6 months after I purchased my Outlander it actually became my escape vehicle on three miles of rugged unpaved road as I got myself and 16 animals out of the path of a firestorm that burned everything else I owned under high heat and thick smoke conditions. Never dreamed I would be driving it this long but there is some sentimental value and, the ergonomics are perfect for me, plus its great for the outdoor activities I love. The service team at Napleton Mitsubishi were outstanding, totally understood my attachment to my Outlander! They were highly professional answering questions, returning calls immediately and their mechanics can troubleshoot and resolve an engine issue much more efficiently than anyone else I could have taken the car to. The final work was even under the price originally quoted. I would highly recommend their service team and expert mechanics that are trained for Mitsubishi, if you have a critical component needing replaced on a favorite car. I am so grateful to have found this Dealership! Bruce was my service advisor. He was great!
They got me in and took care of me! Programmed a key and let me know my battery was getting close to eol
I have bought several cars there of the years and I have never had anything but a positive experience there. I have read some of the other reviews and knowing what I do about cars and mechanics I find them unsubstantiated. I have used both the Porsche and Volkswagen service there for years, and they have always fixed my problems the first time. Their staff has a very low turnover, and I have been using the same salesperson and service advisors for years. I cant speak for Mitsubishi because I have never owned one, but as far as the German lines go, dont be afraid to go see these guys, They are the best.
Bought three of our last four vehicles from Springfield Imports...regret not making the fourth purchase from them. Bill Hall, the sales associate I dealt with, was professional and honest. Cannot recommend strongly enough.
The lady at the parts department was super helpful and good to me
Very pushy sales people here.....Asked about a car got like 10 calls and emails and texts... Gotta give the customer time to think....Buying a car is a big commitment. Any chances of me buying the car diminished greatly with all the calls and pushy sales people.......
I used to work at Springfield Imports/Volkswagen/Porsche/Mitsubishi and now I am a customer. I have nothing but good experiences with this place. I would recommend to my friends and family
Excellent Dealership: Fair Pricing, quick repair
I want to thank you Ron Jones and Michael McCormack (sp) for your help, kindness, caring throughness and A1 service every company and service dept should strive to be like you are. I appreciate all you did for us yesterday and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future
I brought my 2006 Jetta TDI into the dealership shop for repairs to the cam shaft, some front end repair, a new door wiring harness, and the clutch replaced, all at the same time, in Feb. 2012. The bill was a little over $5700. 16 months later, my clutch begins to slip slightly on hilly terrain. It was not doing it all the time at that point but since I had just spent so much in repairs, I didnt take a chance. I scheduled an appointment and had them check it out. They could not get it to slip, even after a couple test drives, but noticed an oil leak although they could not pinpoint the location. They kept it all day, put dye in the oil, yet could not find the leak. So they looked it over again and decided that maybe the EGR valve needed the carbon cleaned off. They did this free of charge and told me that the oil leak was not bad enough that they could not see a noticeable change, nor did it leave an oil mark. But because of the dye, they said that they would be able to pinpoint the oil leak the next time I came in for an oil change. Fast forward 6 months later, my clutch began slipping all the time, especially on any incline. I brought it back to the shop, they tell me that the pressure plate is for sure burnt out and in fact, that they could smell it. They tried to tell me that it was because of my driving, (how I drove it since I got the clutch replaced). Thats ridiculous because I drove it for years before the original clutch needed replaced (the one they replaced). As I began to question this, I asked what else would make the pressure plate go out quickly. The service manager said that if oil got inside the pressure plate that it could delaminate the plate (he explained, because its made like brake pads, several thin layers glued together). I then recalled that mysterious oil leak that the techs couldnt find just 6 months prior. I asked the service manager if the rear main seal was changed when the clutch was replaced back in 2012. He said that he didnt have time to look but that they basically wasnt going to help me at all with this new repair.I took my (diesel) Jetta to the dealership because I expected top notch work done on a specialty car. I paid close to twice as much in repairs and parts by taking it to a dealership because I expected these people to be as professional as they come. Instead, because of their unprofessional decision not to change an gasket that had the seal broken for the first time, on a car with 180k miles on it, will now cost me close to $1600 to repair. I am a single parent to four children and a college student. I had to borrow $3000 plus use $2700 of my student loan money just to get the repairs done the first time. Now Im faced with repairing a part that went out BECAUSE of who I chose to get my car repaired by. I wont be back!
I bought a and had a new engine installed by these guys in 2012 for my 02 eclipse 6 months later im having to take it back to a garage because they f!@#$% it up. never use these guys!
They are friendly and helpful.
Ripped me off totally, they wrote a inspection that car was sound and just are totally liars...
Great shop guys
