Last week I looked up Youngblood Nissans web site. There was a option to chat with someone about my service question. Within just a few moments I received the answer to the question I had. They then responded asking if I wanted an appointment for the service. I responded yes and I then received the appointment day and time. That was impressive enough. My appointment was today at 08:00. I arrived early not knowing if there would be a long line. I got in right away. I was helped by Austin Dillard and he couldnt have been more helpful. His professionalism as a member of Youngblood Nissan was outstanding. He filled out the necessary paperwork and directed me to the waiting area as I told him I would have to wait for service and declined the shuttle. Austin came back to where I was sitting and said as I was having to wait he would move my car up in line. A short while later he came back to inform me the service was complete. I even got a car wash out of the deal. Austin introduced me to Sara McLaughlin who processed my payment. She was very nice and friendly and professional as well. Another great asset for Youngblood Nissan. My appointment was not until 08:00 but everything was over and done and I drove out of the facility at 08:01. Outstanding job by the service dept, By the way the service tech was Patrick Elliott.My car is 14 years old, the best car I have ever owned and I was treated like I just purchased the car today.Thank You EveryoneRobert Anderson

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Went in with a pretty strict budget and some specific requests that I needed met. Here I am again, letting everyone know just how extremely upset I am at the unprofessional demeanor the rep Chase had with my family. His mannerism were very characteristic of a con-artist and swindler. They will need to start having bedrooms in their lobby for people to have a comfortable stay whilst they wait 6 hours for their routine check-up. I sincerely hope the actions of this one employee do not reflect the point of view of the dealership as a whole. I wish I had two pairs of hand so I could give the rep 4 thumbs down!

We wanted a new car but couldnt really make up our minds about what we needed. We have two small children. We met a salesperson named Taz who was the most helpful salesperson weve ever run across at a car lot. She was kind, courteous, helpful and if she didnt know the answer she found it. I would highly recommend that if you visit Youngblood Nissan you ask for her because shes genuine and not pushy. I appreciated her time and we have decided on a vehicle and we plan to ask for Taz when we go back to buy it.

It was my first time at Youngblood Nissan but it wont be my last. My wife and I had the pleasure of being shown around the lot by a young lady called Taz; a real sweetheart. I appreciated her patience on waiting on two old folks. My wife and I both walk slow and my wife has bad knees so it was nice not to feel rushed or like we were keeping her from doing something more important (we have run across that in other places).

Terrible service! Today is day 2 that my car has been in service to have the starter replaced and no one can tell me what is going on with it or when it will be done. When I call asking for an update, the only answer I receive, You have to talk to the Service person that you spoke with when you dropped off the car. When they try to look up my car in the computer, they cant find my information despite the fact that this car has been here previously for oil changes. They seem terribly unorganized and unwilling to take care of their repeat customers.

Currently waiting for the service department at Youngblood Nissan in Springfield MO to finish bolting in the transmission they replaced in my car & forgot to tighten down. Two other shops have explained that its not the steering rack leaking as Youngblood claims. Its the transmission but they dont want returned work. Meanwhile Im losing money without my car.

Would Give 0 Stars on our latest experience if I could. The customer service is horrendous, the rep we spoke to had no value of anyone elses time, then proceeded to audibly laugh at us when we asked for a completion time frame. Dont go here unless you want to make an entire day of it. Chase treated my wife like a subordinate whose business was a major inconvenience to him. We are dissatisfied to the utmost capacity. We missed our newborns monthly check-up and had to reschedule a month out due to the pandemic restraints. Thanks for nothing Chase!

Andy Burkemper did an awesome job keeping me up to date on repairs and timing. I was on my way to Texas from Chicago with an Altima when the transmission broke in Springfield. Luckily this dealership was there to help out and they really did do just that. Would not recommend buying anything from here. I had been looking at buying a Nissan Rogue for months and had every intention of purchasing one the day we went. After walking around the lot for 20 minutes we had to go inside and ask for someone to help us. He didn’t seem too eager to do so and was not informative at all about the car. Literally no words were spoken as we looked at it. No specs, no features, absolutely nothing. We went in to talk about financing and he was judgmental and belittling. We considered trade in on a vehicle and he never mentioned what the estimate was nor did he mention the “deal of the month” which was 0% financing, we had to ask. They offered almost $4K lower on trade in than what we were offered 30 minutes later at another dealership. We left very dissatisfied and will not return.

I bought my first ever ‘new’(preowned) vehicle from Youngblood Nissan this month and I have nothing but good things to say. I went to their lot after the vehicle at the lot I had went to prior had sold. I was pretty discouraged because that vehicle had everything I wanted.When I went in I was greeted by Sam who was WONDERFUL. I explained my situation and she sat me down and wrote everything I was wanting and my budget and went to work for me. Not only did she find the PERFECT car for me but she was with me every step of the way from financing, showing me all the features, to helping me clean out my old car, and even called a few days late to make sure I was still loving the car, which I do! She really went above and beyond. I could not have had an easier or more pleasant car buying experience. Thank you Sam!!

My girlfriend decided rather spontaneously that this weekend would be a good time for an upgrade. She was helped by Samantha. Her experience with Samantha was great. I won’t speak toward if she got a good deal financially or not as she gets to make those choices. What I will speak to is the moment she was moved over to the financing. She was taken to Steve Green. After her experience with him, she returned home frazzled and nearly in tears. She confessed to me that Steven had spoken to her condescending and tried to shame her multiple times. One of their exchanges included her telling him that she didn’t need gap insurance. As far as he knows she couldn’t afford it. He told her if she gets in a wreck, she will be up the creek. She responded...”Well, luckily I have a few paddles.” He responded l, “You will need a motorboat and just stared at her.” He just wouldn’t let it go. Another exchange included him telling her to have comprehensive car insurance. She said “I’ve always had it on my cars even if they are paid for.” He snapped back, “You mean you will keep insurance on a car that doesn’t need it but you won’t buy this gap insurance?” The exchanges continued. She said she just wanted to leave so bad and felt so uncomfortable. Why would any dealership want someone to feel this way? I guess customer care and concern continue to be less and less. I woman shouldn’t have to worry about buying a car alone. She shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable. More importantly, salesman shouldn’t make someone feel bad for saying no to them. Consumers don’t have to buy everything you have to offer. Maybe your gap insurance is too high and she is getting it from her own insurance agent. It’s not her responsibility to explain all of this to you. If someone says no, maybe they have a reason. Just so disappointed and no one likes to see someone they love upset. This is supposed to be an exciting experience and Steve absolutely ruined that experience for her.

First off they flag negative reviews.So you more then likely will not see this. Lies is what this place is good for. So not cool. Not a family business by any means. Sold me a car they did not own.I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, John whom I never spoke with even lied to our Attorney General. Well John I sent 18 emails from Scott Burns and I. Complaint not closed. Do not buy from them. Plus look up Nissans CVT.. They do not make it to 100k.
