My check engine light had come on while I was traveling from Atlanta to Springfield to visit friends. I called Reliable Chevy and spoke with Sean. He told me bring the car in hed get it looked at and he would have it back to me in time to leave on Sunday heading home. He had it back to me the same afternoon. Sean was personable professional and just a very nice guy. It meant a lot to me to be able to leave Sunday and know my car was safe to drive. I enjoyed the buying process at the dealership. Everyone we meet with were very nice! Went to get our first oil change and was a little disappointed that they didnt at least clean the windshield or vacuum out the floor boards.

Service writer asked me why the vehicle was in that day and then recommended a service for the vehicle as I was at 20k miles. They got the vehicle in fast and was done in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased with the service and the price.

I felt like the finance person was not really interested in trying to get the payment where we wanted it to be or at least close. First he gave us a payment double what we were currently paying said it was a fair payment on that nice a truck. We were informed at that point that he could get us a better deal if we had the title to our trade we told him that it was with the finance company and he said that the state should it was mailed out. So we left and looked and like we had already told him the title was with the finance company...I just felt as if he did not want to work with us must have been having a bad day. We did finally get a deal worked out with way lower interest and a much lower payment. Everyone else was really goid

Was ok. No one else wanted to do a safety inspection Saturday morning. Even though law says that there is a time limit on them getting in too do it. Dont know how they keep a license to preform them and deny service. So thumbs up Reliable for good service. And purchased new tires for wifes car because they were helpful .

I couldnt have asked for better service. I had to leave work for a medical test that afternoon. I was able to drop my car for service and the Courtesy Van delivered me to my appointment. They picked me up when I was finished which allowed me get two things done at once and prevented me from having to use additional benefit time at work. Thank you to all involved in the process.

I had been told when buying the car that maintenance would be covered for the first two years and when I arrived all I was told was about how much it would cost and I had to specifically ask if any of it was covered by this, and after doing so they informed me that only the first two maintenance appointments were covered by my purchase. I shouldnt have to mention this when I purchased the vehicle here. Also, your website does not give clear options for the maintenance appointment as far as being able to request certain things be done and they didnt seem like they wanted to do anything other than the bare minimum unless it was going to cause me to have to pay more, which is incredibly frustrating. Finally, I do not appreciate the telemarketing calls to schedule an appointment for service. Please, never call me to set up this appointment, I am more than capable of doing so myself - even with a poor system like the one you have.

I had 4 people ask if I’d been helped. They were busy and the first three said they’d be right with me. The 4th was the service manager . He got my Tahoe in for the recall and had us in and out in i would guess 30 minutes. He even bought my 9 year old a bag of chips since the machine card reader was not working right. Very nice guy.

We had on of our fleet vehicles run into injector issues 6 hours away from our home base. Debby in the service center went above and beyond with getting the truck scheduled and repaired fast! The additional assistance given to the driver to try and find a loaner / rental vehicle was also greatly appreciated. The people at this dealership defiantly help smooth out a very stick situation.

I went into buy my first car on my own after the car I took to college died on me. The people at Chevy were kind and friendly which made the process go by smoothly. They were able to get the payment where I wanted them and I left in a new 2021 Chevy Spark! Which is a great get-around town car. The service was done fast and on time.

If you have need of a repair DoNot let them touch your auto. They are parts replaced and not mechanics. We had our Terrain towed to them because of a transmission problem. The car would not move in any gear. We were told it needed a transmission . But it was not examined to decide that only the mechanic said the trans fluid smelled burned. The only analysis. So we paid $4550 for another (rebuilt) transmission . After 800 miles the trans failed same condition, would not move in any gear. We had it towed to a dealer in Tulsa . They diagnosed the problem to be an exterior gear box. Which they fixed and the car car has been fine ever since. We asked Reliable for an adjustment, which they refused. They do not stand behind their work only to say their mechanics are GMC GOLD . Don’t do it, !!!

When I purchased my auto in 2020 I also purchased a package that cost 1200.00 I told the counter workers that my oil change was already paid for in the package. They could not find anywhere to prove it was purchased. They called me back after about 20 min. and said it was not paid for. I had to argue with them until finally a black woman made some calls and found that I was right. Since I pain a large amount for this package I should not have to argue with the workers.

It was total was of my 3 hour drive. They lied to me over the phone about my credit score thats 1 thing, the second is the car they offered me over the phone when I got there he said that it was sold. I have a 3.9 apr and to go from that to a 11.9 I would be real dumb. So apologies to myself for wasting my time. FYI if you dont live in Springfield dont waste your time. The vehicle you want Im sure will NOT be there!

The salesperson was very cordial along with being knowledgeable about the product line. Any question we asked he answered without hesitation and to our satisfaction. When he asked if we had decided on a certain color and we replied YES same as the one on the floor. He went to check inventory and came back and said that was the only one in that color combination so we bought it right off the floor. Once we got back in the finance area Jamie was an exceptional person to deal with. He was wearing a black face mask with Reliable Chevy on it and our only disappointment was I asked if we could get 2 of them all Jamie did was smile. My wife told him we would gladly wear them and told Jamie, just think of the free advertising Reliable would receive. Other than that we were 100% satisfied.

I traded for a VW Passat TDI Sept 29th 2021 it had 88K miles love the car I was told I had 30day and 1k mile warranty plus I purchased the extended warranty. I am now having issues with the check engine warning light on. I had that checked and was told it was mis firing on 2 cylinders and the turbo actuator was stuck open. I called Reliable talked to service department they were suppose to get with my sales rep and call me back since I have no other transportation...day 2 still have not heard from them. Called VW they have set me up an appointment for diagnostic on Saturday morning then a loaner car if it is warranty work. No more deals for me at Reliable! Just had a very nice surprise! Got a call from a gentleman by the name of Bob Bunch from Reliable he seems to have picked up the ball that was dropped and handling my problem. He has assured me he is working with VW to get my car fixed. My feelings for Reliable is maybe a bit on the mend. I will be posting an update soon.

They do a good job keeping my truck running.

We checked the car for any dents or dings and he found a new ding on our back left quarter panel. My Husband used to work as an Auto Body tech and can fix it. He just had not noticed it. No other issues found. Covid protocols were in place. They topped off all our fluids, changed the oil and rotated the tires very quickly. They also programmed a new key for us in less time than they thought it would take. I sat in the comfortable lounge reading and drinking coffee the entire time. The technician came to update me about the status of the appointment before starting programming on the key. He was very courteous and pleasant. When I went to pay I didnt have enough cash and had forgotten my checkbook and credit cards. We live an hours drive from the dealership. He gave me his card and I called back the following day with my card information.

I have always received excellent service at Reliable Chevrolet, ever since I bought my Corvette in 2011. The people who work there, from the Receptionist to the Service Writers, from the Service Techs to the Body and Paint Specialists, you have the best employees EVER!!!

Overall was pretty good. My seat wasn’t put back the way I originally had it. Also, my “Oil Life” had not been reset (had to ask someone to reset it for me). Otherwise, pretty good experience.

We were in a car accident that totaled our car. We knew our credit wasn’t great and we weren’t looking to buy a car right now so we wanted to buy a used car outright. We scheduled an appointment to look at a car that was new to their website that day but the person we were working with said it already had a deposit. We know the market is pretty hot for used cars right now so we asked what else they had under a certain price that we could pay outright. We should have walked out as soon as the car we wanted to see was not available. The sales person did not care about us or our circumstances. He pushed to know what we could finance and the payment amount we could take on. I explained again that our credit is not ready to get a good rate on a car loan and we are a one income household so we couldn’t take on a payment much higher than $100 a month and definitely less than $150. I EXPLAINED clearly that I knew where our credit was at and I had done my research so we could only finance $3,000 or so on a car to meet our budget requirements. Which meant the highest dollar amount car we were looking at would be right around $12,000. After telling the sales person all of this he pulls out an $18,000 car, checks our credit, and then is surprised that the payment would be $250 a month and then continued trying to sell it to us. We went home, no money given to this place. The next morning my husband calls right at opening to tell them we are not interested in the car. An hour later we get notified that they ran a credit check 3 more times without us there! When we said we were not interested! Whoever my husband talked to on the phone got mad that we didn’t want the car that was thousands of dollars outside of our budget and wished us very sarcastic luck on finding anything better than what they have.The next day we talked to my father in law who has been an area mechanic for about 35 years. He said that the Chevy dealer is known around the mechanics community to be really sketchy. He recommended the Toyota dealership. We went to the Toyota dealer and an EXTREMELY friendly and attentive seller listened to our concerns and our budget. He put us in a certified pre-owned car that was $2,000 UNDER our out of pocket budget so we were able to buy a great, low mileage car no problem just so the rude salesman knows.I highly do not recommend this place and especially not the salesperson we worked with Maurice. If you are on a set budget they do not care all that matters is the sale. Toyota does care about their customers so if you are reading this and are in a tight spot needing a car, go to Toyota DO NOT go to this Chevy dealer.

Because I had made a mistake in trying to schedule an appointment online, I thought I’d go ahead and take it vantage of the time I had. So I went into the dealership service department, and asked if there was any space available to get my truck in for its oil change. They immediately checked their schedule, found a space available, and got my truck in right away! I know this isn’t a normal occasion, but I felt very privileged to have purchased my truck, and had all my maintenance done thus far at reliable Chevrolet. The work was performed fast and efficiently. I will be happy to recommend reliable Chevrolet to my friends and family.

I made an appointment to get an oil change as well as 4 new tires, Hankook. I used the website to make the appointment and choose the tires. When I arrived at the dealership to have the service done I was informed that no one had ordered the tires but the oil change was set. Then after waiting to find out about my tires I was informed that the tire were not in stock and that Reliable can not get the tires that I picked out from their website. So the tires are listed on the site for order and are a big supplier of tires for new Chevy vehicles but they cant be ordered, THEN TAKE THEM OFF THE WEBSITE. This was a poor experience and not sure I will go back.

I had an appointment at 12pm to get my key fob cut and programmed to my car. They told me 2 hours. 3 hours later I’m still in the waiting room with my 5 month old baby girl. I called to check on it “about 20 more minutes” and it’s now 3 hours after I got to my appointment.

The sales person was good to work with but I told him I wanted to finance through Ally but that information did not get passed on to the finance guy and he ran credit check for a different lender which I did not want. He had to run another credit check for Ally so I ended up with 2 credit checks on my credit record and that I am not happy about. Besides that everything else was good.

We just bought our umpteenth vehicle from Reliable. I saw it online and called Dillon Turner. He was wonderful as always, and we drove it away the next day. He is the best of the best and always goes out of his way to make sure the transaction is as smooth as possible!! Zach was our finance person this time and was awesome as well. THANK YOU!!

I probably leave 1 review per year.... so I am not the guy who leaves bad reviews all day for no reason. I was looking to get rid of my almost brand new camaro. Looking to get an SUV because I needed the space. Out of 4 or 5 salesman not a single one of them said a word to me. Not a “hey how are you” “how can we help you” or anything. I went into a Cadillac dealership out of town that took great care of me. I now drive a $52,000 Cadillac. They missed out on a great sale. I bad mouth Reliable every chance I get and have prevented a few friends from car shopping with them.

I was really impressed. I usually just get a quick/speedy lube service but I have almost 50,000 miles on my truck and wanted to be preventive instead of reactive. The service department was GREAT. Got me in exactly at my appointment time. They made recommendations I had not even thought of, explained all work that was going to be preformed and why they suggested it. All was done in less than 4 hrs and the price was outstanding. Really glad I took my truck to your team. Also the veteran discount is appreciated. Reliable is an asset to the Springfield community. Quest greeted me immediately as I had scheduled an appointment. He immediately made me feel at ease and I felt I could trust him. Tyler, his sales manager, came over to greet me and to answer any additional questions I might have. They had the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted and with all the features I wanted! Quest took me on a test drive after thoroughly explaining all the features of the car! Tyler negotiated a trade in amount I was satisfied with for my vehicle. Jamie in finance explained the maintenance plans cost after Tyler had explained what they covered. Quest remained with me the entire afternoon and transferred my belongings from my old car and put my license plate on! He is young but I had complete confidence in him as well as Tyler and Jamie! I had a great experience at Reliable Chevrolet. The salesman Ryan and sales manager Byron treated me honest and fair. Austin really impressed me with how he took his time to make sure I understood the financing and warranty options. Overall Im very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend!!

Service seems to be fine, but there wasnt any contact to discuss the recall codes and engine light blinking after having said they would let me know what they found, until the vehicle was ready to pickup. Also, the window vent guards were not installed, as noted on the service request, and walk around.

My experience was seamless, Eric Hawkins took great care of me from start to finish!Daniel Smith was a huge help as well, those two made my car buying experience fabulous!!

My issue was not fixed. This is not the fault of the dealership, but rather Chevrolet. I was told theres a bulletin on this but currently no fix available. This is a brand new truck, less than 10k miles. Im a fleet owner of about 45 of these trucks. Its really disappointing that you cant fix my vehicles problem, which involves a very noticeable loss of power.

I have an older Mazda Miata convertible that I wanted to get detailed. They had detailed a car for me several years ago and did an excellent job. Oh, how things change! I had gotten water inside and it sat long enough to mold. It was my fault and I told them this but they kept talking like the top was leaking. I told them it was not leaking. I left the car and went on vacation. When I got back I found the car was not detailed and I was told the top had a bad leak and just where I needed to take it to get it fixed. I have had this car for 12 years and the top has never leaked so I took it home and put a hose to it. If the hose was on full stream and held about 2 feet from where the window and the top meet I could make it leak but other than that it was tight, as it had always been. I took it back to Reliable and told them to detail it and stop trying to make it leak. They had it a couple of days and texted me to pick it up. It was raining so the car was wet and I didnt look it over real good when I picked it up. I did notice, when I got in, that it still had a musty smelI, which was the main reason I had it detailed in the first place. I took it home and parked it. About a week later I opened it up and inspected it. I wasnt sure they had waxed it but then I noticed where they had worn through the clear coating in 2 spots so I knew thy had waxed it. The inside was cleaned....in spots. There were places that had not been touched. I had paid for the deluxe job so the engine compartment was to be steamed. It had not been touched. I took it back and they agreed to actually do the job I had paid them for. I was going to drop it off the next day but decided against it. I did not trust their detailer and I would much rather eat the $215 than have my car ruined.

Reliable Chevy, Salesman Ryan Latz.I just wanted to commend the team over at Reliable for dealing with my stubborn brother while he was looking for a vehicle(I was not the buyer just along for the ride) Ryan and his team did a great Job getting everything done and taking care of my brother. Having sales experience myself, it was comical watching the process from the customers side.
