I never made an offer because the vehicle I went to see was very seriously misrepresented. I specifically asked if the vehicle had any rust. I was told I dont believe so. Ill have to go look better. I expressed my concern about rust and even directed the salesperson to his own photo where the large rust spot was visible. He sidestepped my direct question again and again. I decided to go ahead and make the drive to inspect the vehicle. I had cash in hand and had already informed the salesperson that if there was no rust and no major mechanical issues I would buy it for the asking price. He then admitted that there was a missing mirror and issues with the transmission. The ad indicated this vehicle as good condition. This vehicle is in fair condition at best, and may even be poor depending on the severity of the mechanical issues, which were not disclosed in the ad. The salesperson was rude and argumentative immediately upon my arrival. When I pointed out the large and very obvious rust spot I saw in the photo he responded with a snarky comment that he never said it didnt have rust. After seeing that I had been lied to and the vehicle was in questionable condition, I told the salesperson he could sell it to one of the 50 other people he claimed wanted it. The salespeople are dishonest, rude, and clearly intent on selling less than desirable vehicles to unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs!

The owner was a very nice & informative young man. The only reason Im not giving a full 5 stars if cuz Im poor, just got screwed by a different carlot & had to give my jeep back (too many issues they were suppose to fix but never did or made worse plus tried to say we owed $300 more on it then wat was originally agreed upon) so was needing sumthing now & on payments, & they r cash only. But other then that we were greeted promptly, told about all fixes as well as normal per type of car possible issues to watch for, asked wat we were looking to spend & if we were looking for anything specific. And I mite add that he had exactly wat we had been on the hunt for (pacifica) & was the only one wed seem outta 10 different car lots. I would so recommend this Kid to anyone whose looking to out right buy a car. We r hoping to b able to go back during tax season and do so our selves. Ty so much.

Car as described and he was really Willing to work with you and easy to work with and when he says that he will hold it for you to come look at it he will hold it for you I had to drive an hour and a half and I even ran an hour behind he called to make sure I was still coming and since I was in he told the other people that was looking into the car that he already had somebody looking at it and they would have to wait to purchase if I did not buy it was a really nice car and I’m really happy with the service I will recommend friends

I was the mechanic there for 7 months . Had a disagreement with the owner not wanting to go the full mile to make sure the car was 100% ready. If it passes inspection it sells . He sold a Chrysler sebring to a elderly man, the sebring had oil in every spark plug cylinder. By far the worst managed dealer in Springfield.
