Audiophile is hands down the BEST audio store in the area. They are honest and truthful about everything, and that was number one for me.I also got double the bass output for $400 less than i spent at Carmil car audio. I had my last system for 13 years and never had a problem. Everything Audiophile did was perfect!Geoff knew how hard i was going run the equipment in competition and he tuned the system accordingly. Not only did he set me up with a system that i could afford but one that i could enjoy without any problems. Geoff is really is an expert in all areas of audio, from competition to basic systems for the every day Joe. In general Audiophile is my favorite automotive store. I get my auto parts, my auto repair, my tires, tune-ups, and everything else from them.Over the last 13 years I figured that I saved about $5,000 on audio and auto parts compared to the other shops and garages in town. You just cant beat their prices or their service and you know youre always getting the Best Deal! I recommend them to everyone.

I can honestly say Jeff did lie to me.He talked to my gf on the phone while she stood next to me. They agreed on a price. Then not knowing she was in the car when I went in store, told me he never talked to her. The price agreed on never happened .They do do good work. Eventually they will get it together or lose repeat customers...

I cannot say enough good things about this business. To say that I am more than satisfied with their work would be an understatement. The job they did on my Vette is nothing short of amazing. Both the installation and the sound quality of my system is Perfect.This shop is AWESOME. I will never go anywhere else.Audiophile was highly recommended by a friend who had two show cars built by them. I knew they built custom cars that were in magazines and tv so I went in with high expectations. They didnt let me down.Their guys are genuine. Nothing like those shady salesmen at the other stores who only speak to you if you look like you have money.The quality of their work convinced me but the most important thing is that the guys were so friendly that they made me feel right at home. The last thing they told me is that they would beat any installed price on the same equipment by at least 10% and they did.I took my car to 3 other shops for price quotes. I had them look at my system and give me price quote on the work I had done. The other shops quoted me $850 - $1100 higher for the same equipment and installation. I saved a TON of money by going to Audiophile. Their quality, value and their friendliness makes them number one in my book.

I’ve done business with Audiophile for years and this is the only store I will ever shop at. Geoff is more knowledgeable than any other professional I’ve ever known. Manufacturers included. He had the Midas touch when it comes to sound. He is also kind and humble. You’ll not meet a friendlier guy.They have the lowest prices anywhere, which is great, but the trade off is that they have to deal with a lot of lowlifes who cause trouble and then write bad reviews. Doesn’t matter. These gentlemen are the very best in their field. Highly recommended.

My husband & I went into the store a little over a week ago and it was a horrible experience . the employees lack Professionalism. you think your getting a great deal when your actually not on a lot of things. we did some research after leaving we could have gotten the same speakers we bought in person for a few bucks cheaper on line from the actually makers of the items!. and we should have checked reviews before going here it seems this company loves to post peoples public addresses when they dont like what they have to say . i cant wait for them to be rude about this review.

This guy will lie and constantly change his story with a different excuse for everything, Jeff told me if I bought a radio from him I would get free installation, and I would get the radio installed in 3 days. Joke! Turned into 5 weeks of different lies and excuses, and then charged us 120.00 saying different lies than his installer, never go there

Went in a few days ago to get a new unit, got one that was opened, completely dead, and had a broken harness that was attempted to be fixed by super glue and it still didn’t work. I went back to exchange it for a new one since they don’t do refunds and had a little bit of trouble getting them to replace my dead unit they had originally sold me. Finally got a new one and this one actually works properly.

Super pressuring and manipulative. Kept throwing things in as a “deal” when really he was marking one thing way up. Do your research before buying something from here. This place is a joke i went into this place about a month ago with my aunt. and she bought a packaged deal . they over charged her on taxes. she contacted them and the manager jeff talked down to her now they are Slandering her name on google review in their reply. this is not okay YES you all fixed your mistake but to harass people is not okay

I bought a set of subs from here. Upon taking them out of their boxes when they were supposed to be “brand new,” there was all kinds of Souter built up from the previous user of the subs. I should have taken them back, but from what I’ve heard is they are cop callers. Instead I still installed them and they worked fine, just the dishonesty and misleading information makes Audiophile a shady place to shop for car audio. And the best part is that they know about their misfortunes, that’s why they try to have people do 5 star reviews for rewards, so they can bury the bad reviews.I might shop here again, but it’s a very low chance. Definitely not worth the time or money to trust these guys.

Got some really awesome Kenwood speakers for 19! This place is amazing highly recommend and theyre usually open after 7 too! Fantastic place and fairly inexpensive but great quality. Great deals. I went in here and asked the guy for a 500w rms or greater subwoofer. He pointed one out and told me the sub had a 1200 watt peak with a 600w rms. The sub actually had a 300w rms with a 600w peak. Guy straight lied to my face and over charged me. I called them out and they said I can come exchange it for a new one with no refund. The guys clearly lied to my face and gave me false advertisement. I don’t recommend this place one bit. Guy is a scam and his building is run down and doesn’t feel welcoming. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. This is all facts And the owner is denying it. Please do not ever go to Audiophile. Worst place to ever buy audio.

Waited about an hour no help. No prices listed. Witnessed customer who believed he had a faulty product, clear man at desk did not want to help. Then talked about the man after he left mad. Pawn shop atmosphere complete with 80s bouncer. Could not tell you about pricing saw mostly cheap brands.

(SHADY)Was there with a friend and the owner double talked for about 20 minutes on policies and all kind of rabbit trails instead of exchanging a head unit that didnt work out of the box even after being offered the difference from a sale that the head unit was bought on and explained that he doesnt actually beat internet prices by 10%. Not to mention, if he needs security there any time a customer comes in with broken equipment, that should speak for itself. (SHADY).Nice reply lol. (Geoffrey) is bogus. Again, shady place, stay away! The unit DID NOT work out of box and you told him you would replace it if you had them in. When you got them in, you didnt replace it. That is the truth. Keep your word, simple business practice. Im sure all your 1-star reviews are bogus.

After going to this place yesterday and buying over 250$ worth of stuff then looking at the receipt we noticed they over charged tax...charged us 63.18 on a amount for 289.98.. $289.98 with the tax rate of 8.1% is not $63.18. ..it should have been 23. 49 for tax.. hopefully they will fix this mistake. If not we will be going to our bank.Im also going to add at this point Yes they did rectify the mistake but after the manager called my phone back to back non-stop for 30 minutes. After he kept saying there was nothing wrong since you want to sit here and say that I was verbally abusive Thats fine your customer service is very subpar considering you want to threaten me over a review saying youve contacted the authorities and they know me very well that is BS you may want to stop before I contact my lawyer. Best prices and awesome variety. Customer service was great, thoroughly explained everything and showed me all my options for what I wanted to spend. I walked out with a brand new 1500 watt planet amp and 12 planet subwoofer in box, with 1 year warranty for $162.00, Im highly satisfied. Sounds amazing, looks great and hits hard. I bought a brand ew pair of ssl 6x9 speakers lastnight he gave what I thought was a deal instead of 30 I would get them for 25 cash out the door for them got them home went to install in my truck and when I hooked them up right off the bad they was bad so I go up today to try and replace aka warranty them he tells me the only way he will do it is if I pay another 25 for the. Receipt or just buy a new set so I y’all to the police department they tell me that he has been doing this for awhile and just wants to extort people for there money

They definately need more employees. The owner is a nice guy but occasionally talks a lot and goes into unnecessary sales pitches. I really think they should get some sort of return policy as well. I bought a used amp and all the screws were corroded. So i returned it for another, then returned that for a sub. So they are very good about working with you. I also blew my sub and they replaced it the next day. I just paid for shipping. All an all they are a good place to go. Just need more help. Make sure you check pricing. They have a lot of good deals but there are certain things that are over priced but they are always willing to beat it March them.Update: Charles is a great guy. They are so willing to help me out which is why I stay a regular customer. One more terminal and they would be set.

Service is impeccable, sound of speakers are fantastic. The time frame I was given for the installation to be done was spot on. I was updated on all that was done. Great place to do business, my truck was in shambles after a thief wanted my Alpine stereo more than me. I decided to go with Pioneer this time around as it is more android friendly, Jeff ordered the one I wanted and in a few days it came in, this was just before Christmas and he worked me into his schedule to get me back in tunes. After getting the unit installed we realized the front speakers were shot, he offered me several brands of speakers, I decided on the Phoenix gold series, I am very pleased with my choice. The installation was a better one than the original Alpine installation, also my unit came with a back up camera and that had to be installed a few days later as the stereo took longer to install due to the crude way in which the other one was removed and Jeff did not charge me any extra for work. I was so pleased I just went back and picked up another set of Phoenix golds for my other truck. I will go back again when more audio is needed.Thanks Jeff for making me part of the Audiophile family.

I have visited this store for repairs four or five times now. Ive entrusted the owner with my SAAB 97-X over the weekend. What I like about this guy is that even if he doesnt know everything off the bat, he is determined to take his time and investigate on a very verbose level and even try explaining things to me before he jumps to conclusions. He looks to find the cheapest parts for you that fix the problem that you might be having. He does source mechanics externally for a lot of these jobs but the one that did a majority of the work on my car so far was also incredibly honest and well-meaning of an individual. Too many shops these days are paid big money to simplify a problem and say that a part that is needed which is not necessary and is usually expensive - and they dont usually take their time to explain what is going on with me. There is one other shop that my family has entrusted with business but theyre busier than ever these days and did not have the immediate knowledge or time and resources to work on my SUV, and this man has the time and loves doing it - I can tell he is passionate.As far as audio jobs go, Ive not had an installation from this or any other place just yet - I have my priorities with car repairs and fuel economy enhancements. But he definitely made a very great pitch to me a few weeks ago that I may just undertake down the road - very much beat the prices that a couple of other big-name shops offer in town. I do encourage anyone that wants to work with this guy to research your problems beforehand in order to ensure an expedited process in finding the problem, but hell work on your vehicle as long as you let him. That may not work for everyone, but to me that is assurance of premium quality.I also enjoy talking to the owner about many other subjects - he is an incredibly thoughtful individual. For those who want to find the cheapest, most affordable, and quality repairs while undertaking conversations that are deep soul food, I couldnt make a higher recommendation of a shop in this town. Even if I cant give points in industrial efficiency and say that he knows everything, the fact he likes to dig deep for a reasonable price matters to me more than any other store I have been to. You have records on old mics. Mics that registered 6dbs higher than todays newer more improved mics. I went to your store and was the only customer there so nice try there. You dont hold a candle in any db competition today. If you can prove me wrong and beat the local guys ill make a public apology and clean your shop for a week for free. I have been an Audiophile customer for 18 years, and I have a lot to say.I am a 51 year old Healthcare Professional, and I am very particular about who I permit to work on our family automobiles. They have performed thousands of dollars of work on our cars and I couldnt be happier. They are a first rate business. If they werent, we would go elsewhere. I am a tough shopper. I find the best deals and Audiophile beats every quote I get. They are 100% honest and ethical. Unlike so many questionable auto shops, they have never been one to invent problems in order to make a few extra bucks. I would trust these gentlemen with my life.Next: I have read through some of the negative reviews about Audiophile and it is clear that these are pathetic attempts at sabotage. I will not mention the name, but I personally know one of the men who has written reviews of Audiophile. He has been a patient at one of the facilities where I worked. He has been medically diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder with Schizophrenic tendencies. He has been treated for this mental disorder for years.About the manager, Geoff, I will say that he is the kindest, most honest, most generous, most helpful businessman I know. I was in the store one day when a single mother broke down in tears upon hearing the $660 repair estimate on her car. I watched Geoff send his mechanics to her home to perform the work and he did not charge her one dime. If that isnt the most honorable thing, I dont know what is. I know that Geoff has personally gives thousands of dollars to his companys Charity mission in Africa. They give food and water to the poorest of the poor and pay for their medical care.These whiny one star reviews are not even real. Im sure that some of them are their competitors trying to hurt their business. I say that this is the best automotive shop I have ever used and anyone can trust them to be honest, ethical and reliable. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

They was great on helping me get an amp and answering my questions. The customer service was great and if anybody ask me where to go to systems for a vehicle I’d tell them to go there and they will get taken care of with friendly services!

Review #1:My boyfriend and I went to check out Audiophile because weve heard so many people say great things about them. We have been looking to purchase a complete new stereo system, window tint and custom rims and tires for our 2015 Mercedes.The gentlemen at Audiophile are the nicest people we have ever met in a stereo shop. The owner and his staff were totally relaxed and easygoing. They made us feel welcome and valued.The other stores treated us like we were a waste of their time. The salesman at two stores were so rude!Geoff was polite and very, very knowledgeable, but he did not talk over our heads. It is obvious that he is a true professional.We really liked how courteous and patient he was.The best thing was how low their prices are!!! We have price quotes from three other stores, (including Wal-Mart) and Audiophile was literally about HALF the price!!I dont know how these other businesses can charge such exorbitant prices! Audiophile is the only Automotive parts store and electronics store for us. Seriously, no other store is even close. We are very satisfied! I think these guys deserve six stars.
