Our experience with Midwest Rug was outstanding. We shopped around for months before making a decision. Trustin is an expert on flooring and he truly delivered an excellent product with a professional installer. He came and checked the quality of the work and made sure we were happy. It was an easy choice to work with their team. They are reliable and easily the best in town !

Tried to buy an area rug here out of remanent and they called me to tell me a week later after I bought that it had stains on it when it was suppose to be done with the border. It’s frustrating because they probably knew it was stained up but tried to low ball a college student. I recommend not wasting your time here, the prices for new area rugs here are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. 500$ for a 8’ x 8’ basic area rug LOL.

My husband and I built a new home and the Radford men went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even came to the job site to check out installers work several times. Also, they did our backsplash and it was meticulously done.We will not need flooring for years but we will always be repeat customers.

Its been a roughly a year since we hired Midwest Rug to redo the vinyl, carpet and tile flooring in our house and its still frustrating thinking about the experience.The beginning of the process was great, with our salesperson being very helpful. It wasnt until we got to the install that everything fell apart. There was confusion if the bathroom gets vinyl or tile. Fine. Then the amount of vinyl flooring order was way too much. Like 10 boxes too much @ $100 a box. At first they said we would have to pay a fee to restock the extra that they ordered, but they finally waved it.The biggest problem was the constant changing of the price. Every time we met with our salesperson the cost was different, often higher and never adding up. When we finally got the bill it was not the same as what we originally signed for.I will admit that we made some changes during the process that made the process more complex, but by the end we were so tired and frustrated with the process that we just paid the bill to be done with it. Even though it was $200 more then what our salesperson promised over email the day before.In the end, we got the floors done and a year later they have held up well, but I would recommend comparing other companies before choosing Midwest Rug.

I recently built a new home, and had the pleasure of working with the family at Midwest Rug. I have 3 young children, and they were welcomed and included in picking out our flooring. Judy did a wonderful job of helping us entertain our youngest! Easy to tell that she enjoys her job. Trustin helped us greatly by understanding my budget, and finding us the best products to fit within it. Of course, we changed our minds several times, and he was always prompt and friendly in answering my questions. They were also helpful by providing me with all of the necessary paperwork. This was a first for me, and they made it easy. Installers did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond their job requirements. I am more than happy with the entire process and results. Keep up the exceptional work guys!

The installers did a PERFECT job on seaming the carpet together on the last install. Stayed late to finish a job which says a lot about character. Had some issues long ago with calls not being returned but that seems to have been taken care of. Store staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

While the people were very nice, the end product was disappointing. Tiles were uneven and chipped. Grout was light and dark. They tried to fix the grout, but it is still very uneven. Said that was all they could do. The job was supposed to take 4-5 days and ended up taking 3 weeks leaving half our house unusable. Wrote letter to Company President expressing concerns, he did not respond. Would not recommend.

While my hardwood floors are fabulous I have had no communication on the timeline on the install. I was told workers would be here at 8:30 they showed up at 8 and at 7:30 They left sawdust all over my garage, they left my carpet folded under and staples stuck in foam all over my house so I stepped on one and cut my foot. My tile wasnt in I wasnt told until the delivery of the product. I was told the transition pieces would be put in on Friday then told no they had to be ordered and without my job completed I was left a COD bill. Grout on my tile not done, transition pieces not placed job not done but I have a bill asking to be paid. Product great, salesman very personal but the install process lacks communication and lacks clean up. I would not recommend them furthermore suspect the product was priced about 1 dollar per square higher than any one else. Do your homework.

They showed up late and was only one guy he worked about an hour had too leave and pick up a kid from school came back and left the kid there to work for about an hour and half so he could go do an estimate on another job. Had too come back the next day and remove some of the wood and replace it because it had holes and splits. Would not recommend these installer For hardwood floors. They work for Midwest rug.
