We had a very unpleasant experience. Evidently The Carpet Shoppe uses outside contractors that are not properly vetted. Our experience included an installer who was only working in a downstairs area (all work upstairs had been completed the previous day) coming upstairs, opening a closed master bedroom door and then entering a closed master bathroom door without knocking and finding a resident unclothed. They were asked to leave the property. The Carpet Shoppe was notified. We then found $3,000 worth of jewelry missing from another bedroom closet. I cannot recommend anyone use them. I was contacted by email offering me a $10 Andy’s gift card in exchange for my review. All managers were aware of both incidents and furnished the installers names for the police report. Since they asked, I did the review. I will NOT be going in to pick up my $10 gift card.I had to rate one star in order for the review to post.

Rachel at the carpet shop is very nice. She was very patient while I took my time and over thinked every carpet style I looked at. After I purchased Mike and Ran did an amazing install. My living room looks AMAZING. So glad we chose them again.

Lost of product to choose from. They are very, very helpful. Our sales lady went through and explained different products and the procedures for installation. Installers were very clean and courteous, did a nice job. Were in and out in no time. They came back about a week later after I noticed something and promptly fixed it. No questions, no complaining they just fixed it.

Suz was great in helping me select the most perfect carpet for my den! Will be coming back to use them in the future. Prompt, professional installation as well- even vacuumed the carpet after!

For Christmas this year we decided to install carpet in our second floor. The wood floors were unfinished and we’ve all stepped on splinters. My first stop was the big box stores for bids. After not feeling confident in their communication I decided to try out The Carpet Shoppe. Susan was so helpful. The prices for installation and product were very comparable and the communication with her and everyone else was wonderful. We had some height differences and weird angles and they assured us it would all look great. We love our carpet. I only wish we had done this sooner!

The Carpet Shoppe did it again! I started my relationship with them 21 years ago because my builder suggested getting my flooring there. It was a wise move and Ill do it with my next house. Any time Ive had an issue they have solved it. Most recently my ice maker ruined a portion of my kitchen wood floor. I was ready/afraid to spend an insane amount of money redoing it all, but they saved me. They ordered replacement wood, brought it out, came and installed it, and it looks brand new. Their customer service communication was stellar, as was their work. Thank you so much!

I am working on the new orthopedic hospital at 65 and Evans road. The carpet shop did all the tile in the bathrooms of the extended stay rooms. The finished product is horrible. The running joke at the job site is that we cant believe they were allowed to keep going after seeing the hack job they did on the first couple of bathrooms. The guys doing the install got paid by the square foot and the only concern they had was getting as much tile on the wall that they could. Quality work was not their concern. There are gaps up to 3/4 of an inch in some places. The grout has gaps in it all over the place and was splattered all over the rest of the bathroom. Epoxy grout that doesnt just wash off. I have never in my 25+ years construction experience seen such poor tile work. The worst part is that most of the problems could have been avoided except that the installers were to lazy to clean up after themselves or cut a straight line.

After trying out several rugs for our living room, we decided on a very cool Ikat rug that suits our style. The Carpet Shoppe also supplied the cork flooring under our new rug too. It completely changed the look of our room and we get lots of compliments. But best of all, we love it.

The associates were very rude and stuck up. They made me feel unwelcome after I told them my price range. I guess this store is good for people who enjoy high prices, but not if your on a tight budget looking for a great deal.

I have worked with the Carpet Shoppe for over three years. Because of the type of business I own, Kwik Dry Systems, Water, fire and mold restoration I work on a lot of projects that need new flooring. Whether it’s hardwood flooring, tile or new carpet I am in good hands with Rebecca. I also have been able to refer Rebecca to my clients that do not have a restoration need but just want new flooring. My last satisfied client was Bob and Dorothy, they had tile that looks like hardwood floor installed in their new sun room. They absolutely loved it. I have worked with Rebecca and the Carpet Shoppe on over 50 projects. I recommend her highly. She also is an interior designer and has helped me in that area as well.

They did half the job on a Friday and said they will be back Monday to finish. Here it is two weeks later and I cant get anyone to give me an answer or return my call. I would never recommend this place
