My work iPhone was not charging correctly so I called and explained the situation. They were open and honest with me and warned me that the repair could be a little pricey. I told them I had a company credit card and really did not care about the cost. Took the phone in for repair and instead of being charged the $150 or so we planned on, I was charged a small fee for cleaning the charge port out. The guys were well aware of the fact that I had a company credit card and not worried about the cost and could have easily replaced a part that wasnt needed and charged me the $150, but instead they were super honest and treated me right. That says a lot about the business to me. They are great to work with and super friendly and they have earned a customer for all of mine and my families phone repair needs. I had went to mall to the booth they have to get my screen fixed and I got it back and left the mall and I turned my phone on and my front camera stopped working so I went back in and told the guy he opened and told me it was from water damage so I took it to 417 iPhone repair and turns out the guy unplugged my front camera wire!

TLDR: dishonest, doesnt stand behind his work, badmouths other customersAbout a year ago my toddler knocked my iPhone out of the stroller cupholder and cracked the screen. Since it was purely cosmetic and didnt impact the function whatsoever, I didnt rush to do anything about it. Earlier this year I finally decided to go get it fixed and chose this place based on the mostly positive google reviews (despite some concerning yelp reviews). The initial screen fix was quick and I was satisfied. However about two months later, I started having screen issues: colored lines and pixels on my screen, things generally being glitchy. I hadnt dropped it or anything so I went back to have him look at it, even though it was outside of the 30 day warranty window. He was very nice and offered to replace my screen for free (without prompting) saying it was CLEARLY a screen defect and badmouthed those OTHER customers that just went out and immediately broke their phones on their way out the door but that I wasnt one of them. Happy with the fix (although never a good look to badmouth other customers behind their backs), I took my newly repaired phone home thinking it was good he stood behind his work. However not 5 days later I started having the exact same screen issues. I hadnt done anything to it again, so I went back thinking Id gotten another (according to him) defective screen. Well this time he told me he Id clearly broken it and told me the same stories about customers dropping it when going out the door, but this time he was badmouthing me! I told him it had only been 5 days, I could clearly remember everything Id done with my phone and it had either been in my hands, in a pocket in my purse, or on my dresser. He said I had sat on it (I dont ever put my phone in my back pocket) or dropped it (didnt do that) and refused to do anything about it or refund my money. Despite it being the same issue which he had taken responsibility for earlier. So either he was lying the first time or lying the second time, and in the end didnt stand behind his work. So now I have a non-workable phone and am out the original repair fee, which is a lot worse than what I started with. So be warned. And you may get badmouthed to other people even if your own phone gets fixed.EDITED TO ADD: also verbally he told me 30 days warranty but his website FAQs says 90 days so BOTH times the screen went glitchy should clearly be within the original warranty window. So he wasnt doing me a favor the first time and shouldve definitely taken responsibility the second.His reply claims I damaged it but literally it has been 5 days, unless I was in a coma and didnt realize it, this guy is wack. I ignored the few bad reviews and shouldnt have. Do what you want with this info.And joking about the ditzy girl that tripped over the curb outside your shop and dropped her phone and rolling your eyes while telling the story is considered badmouthing a customer in MY book.

Lied to my son. Call Apple! Said he used Apple parts and is certified; a simple phone call to Apple Support will tell you that is a lie. Did more research, this shady guy used to own a place called Wireless Warehouse but it went out of business, so he opened this shop in the back of that building and now lies to get customers. Apple has already been notified, and are taking it seriously from his ads. BUYER BEWARE, just call Apple, they will help you!

I will preface this review by stating I just had my repair made today, but after spending hours on the phone with my phone providers insurance representative this morning, after making a claim six days earlier and finding out this morning they were cancelling my appointment for today and rescheduling me for the next available appointment in another six days, Id had enough of that process! Within 30 minutes I received a reply with the quote and was advised I could bring the phone in for screen replacement today. I made the short trip to the office and again, within 30 minutes it was fixed! The price was reasonable compared to the monthly insurance premium Ive been paying and deductible I would still have to pay, AND I had it fixed nearly immediately.
