Got in quickly and my phones glass was replaced quickly. Unfortunately it was a subpar job. The touch screen isnt properly responsive and then the screen broke again while in a case in my pocket after 4 days. Clearly they are using cheap materials and or incompetent staff. Oh and they dont stand behind there work. Ill never give them another dime. $280 out the window.Added. The reply from the owner is suspicious, trying to discredit my review by saying that I didnt pop up. It was posted to my credit card October 18. I went back and was told that they dont replace broke screens. Ive broken one screen in my life because the phone was dropped. A screen shouldnt break while in a case and in my pocket. So ether the screen was bad from the manufacturer or it wasnt installed correctly. I already ordered a new phone. Id rather drop a grand than deal with this place again.

I went in just to get some information on phones because I was having a hard time getting the information over the phone from other places. Darby was very helpful and knowledgeable and could answer every question I had with ease. She was also able to find a case that fit my needs for being rough on my phone quite often! Will definitely be coming back here if I ever need work done on a device.

Recently brought in a work phone that the screen had shattered on it, Darby assured me that it could be fixed in little as 30 minutes. Excellent service from her, and she made sure I understood everything about the repair. She was very nice, and exceeded my expectations for a phone repair, would recommend her to anyone needing a phone repair!

Went here with a friend who raved about previous experience here. This trip was much different, the blonde up front was quite rude when questioned about the 2 hour wait for what was put out as a 1 hour repair. This was layer in the evening where as previously we had been here earlier during the day on other visits and had no issues.

Service here is impeccable! Literally will not go anywhere else for any of our devices. They are the most knowledgeable and unbeatable prices.

I had two samsung s6 phones that needed the batteries replaced as they were both old and no longer held a charge very long but everything else worked so we didnt want to purchase 2 new phones yet so we had the batteries replaced.After they were replaced one phone only lasted 4 hours and then would die the other one would last around 8hrs before it would die so I called them and they had me bring it in and they replaced it no issues. Then about 3 months later that same phone started having battery issues again and the battery had actually expanded popping the back of the phone off and they wouldnt warranty it that time since it had already been replaced under warranty once even though it still hadnt been very long so I went ahead and paid and got it replaced and that battery would last about 12hrs before it would die so after 3 batteries I finally got a new one that worked.On the other phone that I had the battery replaced, it has lasted about a year but still never held a charge as good as the 3rd one I got replaced on previous phone mentioned and now that battery has expanded popping the back off and it wont hold a charge either.Everyone who has helped me was always nice and helpful but I dont have faith in the quality of batteries they have to offer considering the ones that were in the phone from the manufacture lasted about 5years without any issues and these replacements dont even last a full year.Rating 3stars only based on how long replacement batteries last but customer service was always kind.

I have three kids one being a teenager. I have come to I am wireless for broken phones and chrome books. Every time I am there I talk to amazingly nice and knowledgeable employees. I have had an employee there advise me once that my kids tablet would be more expensive for them to fix then if I were to go on Amazon and get a new one. He even help me find a very good quality one that my daughter still has today years later. Yesterday I dropped off my sons chrome book and it was fixed in less than an hour. I won’t ever take our electrics anywhere else I trust them here and it’s a huge bonus that they are locally owned.

I went here to replace my screen. They ended up having to fix something else as well underneath the screen. I picked up my phone and I noticed the screen was coming off. And my phone wouldnt recognize my thumbprint and wouldnt even let me add it again. It just wasnt working. After reading the comments about how people would go back and they wouldnt fix it or just make it worse, I was super nervous and thought the worst. I went in and the guy who helped was super nice right off the bat. He fixed my screen and when the thumbprint still didnt work, he completely replaced it again and made sure everything was okay underneath. No dust or anything. The thumbprint still didnt work, but he explained why and everything. I didnt leave upset because I know they did their best. And today, just a day after leaving, it has started working again! Great place and friendly staff.

Took my phone here to get the LCD fixed. They do not use authentic apple products & have outrageous prices. My screen after being repaired randomly starts clicking on things and sometimes won’t even work at all. I don’t recommend going here at all!

MICHAEL ALLEN STORE MANAGER THREATENED ME....WORST customer service ever. I have had nothing but problems with this store. To start with they sold me a phone that didnt work. Came back the very next day according to there policy no refunds so I had to pay an additional $300 to get note 10+. Or wait until they got another note 9 in. Completely BS at this point I have $1000 invested in this place. Get the phone with cellhelmet. Get home to find a dead pixels in screen. Now I am really upset. I could have bought a new one for that price . Goback the next day. They call owner cant cant give me refund. No more note 10+. Imagine that! I ask does cellhelmet cover the screen he tells me NO only if cracked. I am told that when they get another note 10+ I can exchange it. 8 months later never have received call to exchange. Now my phone screen is cracked. No problem I will get it replaced and fix both problems. I go young black guy tells me it will take hours and cost me $100 because cellhelmet only pays $300. Its during business hours so inform him I cant be without phone for 2 hours. I will come do it over weekend. I go back today and deal with MICHAEL ALLEN store manager. First he tells me I have to file a claim with cellhelmet through app. I stated never was told that nor did I receive box. They installed it for me. He looks on the computer, the same one the guy look on a couple day ago and says we dont show a record of a cellhelmet but he remembers me (WE HAVE THE SAME FIRST AND LAST NAME.) And the trouble I had with phone. He said the guy that did the original deal is no longer with them. (WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE THE GUY HAD BEEN WITH THE COMPANY THE LONGEST). More importantly I have the receipt showing I paid for cellhelmet. Doesnt matter. He says that he will take $100 of price of new screen so it will be $229+tax. Obviously at this point I am not happy and I state this to MICHAEL ALLEN. but I guess I have no choice but to have it fixed. I tell him I will be contacting owner and he said I would not do that. He wouldnt do anything for you but tell you get out really even if I have a receipt and it Obviously a mistake on your end. I said wow well I will contact someone. MICHAEL ALLEN THEN THREATENED ME. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE GIVE A BAD REVIEW I WONT FIX IT I TOOK MY PHONE BACK. HERE YOUR REVIEW. Maybe I will have better luck with the BBB. Guess you think youre the only one that can fix a screen. Very troubling that someone would respond to this review without doing little research. I am 100% certain the transaction is recorded. Just pull the video footage and listen to the tape never said anything threatening or in a threatening manor. And he clearly looks at receipt. Have a copy on phone. and says it doesnt matter. Just pull the tape. I will respond to email but PLEASE take time to view and listen to tape. Listen to him throw the owner under the bus saying he wouldnt do anything and blame a former employee. Listen to him say if I am going to leave a negative review he wont fix it......after that go back a few days and explain why your employee looked up on computer went to back to see if they had a new screen and said it would be $99. I actually asked him to hold it for me until weekend. ITS ON THE TAPE. review the tape and explain to me why your manager is lying to the owner about what happened and I will pull the review.

In the wireless world you seem to have so many basement birthed wireless businesses that pop up overnight and only exist to take your money and leave you disappointed.
