Dwayne was extremely helpful! My husband and I went in to replace his phone and were in and out extremely quickly. Probably the easiest phone upgrade I’ve ever gone through. We went to several other stores before coming here and were offered virtually no help. It was a breath of fresh air to finally come somewhere and get some real genuine help!

Well I activated a 5G phone I got even though 5G junk phones as I dont get 4G on my phone now its lite SLOW and be nice if told price before service. Now I know my phone works SLOW I would never have switched yet. I might go back to old 4G phone since 5G wont be in area for over another year. Stupid to sale 5G phones now that they work 3G or slower..
Decided that we wanted to upgrade phones. I called ahead and got information and most questions answered so we knew exactly what we wanted when we went to the store. We had shopped phones on “my Verizon” . It was a long wait over an hour once we got our name on the list. When I first spoke of what I was wanting and asked the representative if it was a good choice for the money; I wasn’t happy with the answer. He seemed to have a harsh opinion of apple and tried to sway me towards a Samsung. We all have our favorites and after using Samsung and LG in the past I am an Apple lover. I also have a Mac so the compatibly of syncing up is important to me. He was also pushy about selling phone cases and screen savers. Once we got past that and I realize that he is probably required to try to sell accessories . From that point on he was great, tried his very best to get us what we needed for the best rate. This was at the E Battlefield location. I have been with Verizon for over 7 years now. For the most part they have been great to deal with.
This is my fav Verizon location, they were super friendly, understanding, accommodating, optimistic and patient. Thanks again!

The people up at this store was better then the corporate store. They help to test a theory I had and it didnt work. That was fine, about the only reason why I am writing this review is because I dont like my time wasted. Went to the store they told me they has an iPhone Pro Max 256GB and they already had the one they had in stock sold. But the issue is I waited for about 15 minutes before the person remembered it was for another customer. This really irritated me to no ends. AT&T never has this issue, and waiting for a phone for a few days? I could order one online and have it in two days.

Will at this Verizon location was awesome to deal with. He took 20 minutes out of his day on Saturday to answer all my mundane questions I had. After speaking with him I knew I only wanted to deal with him. So I go in there on Sunday to see him. My wife and I both needed new phones, he took the time to weigh the options with us until we decided what direction to take. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Now here is the part where he went above and beyond. I had a 256 GB I phone 7 Plus with most the memory taken up. It took over 2 hours to do a full data transfer. They closed at 6 and he stayed until 7:30 so my phone could complete the transfer. Fantastic service!! I recommend everyone that needs phone services to visit Will, he will treat you right. Thanks again Will!
We went in to switch and Dave (David) Vigil was excellent. He worked with us and worked through an error my iphone had. The whole time he was patient, hospitable, and THE example of customer service. 🥇💯👍
Ive had a lot of problems with my online order, but when I went in store they treated me amazing and were very helpful.
I bought a $30 charger 2 months ago and the lady ask that I email Puregear and I should get another one with life time warranty. How about waiting 60 days to charge my phone while waiting on a charger to come from China. I ask about returning this 2 month old one and she said in store return is 14 days. She said she would give me a 15% discount for another one that might last 2 months. I will never give this company another dime and I hope to save the next person some time and money. This company is a fraud! Authorized to ask that you call China for a refund.
The customer service at this location was excellent. They were attentive to my needs and knowledgable of all products and promotions Verizon is currently offering. This low review reflects this store specifically because of the lack of customer consideration by the company. The outrageous temperature in the store made it impossible to enjoy my shopping experience. I walked out after a short while; disappointed and hot.
I like Verizon, its got the best range of connection, and it has the best customer service.
First off - they OPEN AT 9 AM as opposed to the more central location that bizarrely doesn’t open until 10. That is worth five stars on its own. I took my Ipad there today to add my cellular plan. The nice young man at the front counter tweaked my plan, put the SIM card in and got me up and going in no time flat. Really great customer service.

Waited 1 hour to be waited on and never did get help. Son had to use bathroom and was not permitted to use bathroom. Agent said a customer that took 3 hours earlier backed everything up. Ridiculous. Take appointments or call in more help then. At least 2 other groups of customers walked out while we were waiting. Havent had good help since Austin left.

This place was awesome. I fell in a creek and broke my old phone. Needed it for work the next day. They went through all options with me and went above and beyond to assist. Was able to work and ended up with a better, water resistant phone. Highly recommend.

Save yourself sometime and go to a corporate location. They have little to no selection of phones or cases. Only two reps so you will sit there forever. And often times they are extremely slow. They don’t even have sign in so you can walk around while you are waiting for HOURS. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ive had good luck here. The guys are nice and they always try to get me a good deal. Plus that unlimited data tho. They changed my plan from 40gb to unlimited and it saved me $80 a month.
I have been using this store for years. Whenever possible, I work with Will. Hes been there for years and knows what hes doing! Long waits go faster when working with him.
I go to no other Verizon store. My favorite employee is Will Morris. He always goes above and beyond to help me with any questions or problems. Hes absolutely a great asset to Verizon.
They told me the only way I could purchase a phone from them was if I agreed to purchase their insurance. I believed the sales guy and bought it. I spoke to Verizons corporate office today and they informed me that isnt their policy. After calling the store back that sold me my phone they informed me that they are not a corporate store and that this is just their policy. Wish the first sales guy had been as honest. Im sure they get a kick back for the number of people they can scam into signing up for insurance. I will now only deal with the Verizon corporate stores.

Stopped by the Verizon store by my home. They could not help me with my phone problem. So I had to drive across town to another Verizon store, that I usually go to, to get my phone fixed. I would think either store should be able to work on any phone, but nope!
Slow inattentive employees
Terrible service at this store and since they are a contracted store and not an actual Verizon store the customer service through Verizon was limited as well. After they did not change my plan as requested, I incurred multiple charges that I should not have incurred. We went back to the store in person and also called the store in attempts to get it corrected, each time being assured that it would be taken care of. After almost 3 months it still hadnt been corrected and we had incurred even more erroneous charges. At that point we contacted Verizons customer care 1-800 number and was told they were limited in what they could offer and would have to send the dispute through the store. That process can take a month or so before they can even make an offer as far as crediting our account for the erroneous charges. Ive been a Verizon customer for 15+ years paying over $300 per month, it is absolutely ridiculous and offensive that they are fighting me over $185 when their store employees didnt do their job. So disgusted.
Don’t be fooled by the “nice” service. This store is just about the sale, not about going and doing the right thing. If they screw up, Verizon corporate will not honor their mess up. Worst experience.
I had A** since Bell Sustems. I literally was a first user of the bag phone. All the way through to the flip phone and the whole time..nothing but hidden fees, rate changes. Went to the HTC slider from a third party seller because Springfield A** couldnt seem to get it to work. These were not playthings, needed for work. The first time I went offshore I asked if I could get coverage with an S3 type phone. ... No. I didnt say a word drove to this retailer, and three weeks later I was offshore skyping from a dive boat on the phone to a conference call with 20 people back in SGF. I presently SCUBA,with disabled people around the Carribean and Gulf. I have never looked back. I value them so much that i drive a half hoir to pay my bill by hand. Yeah..pepple change but corporate attitude dies not..Friendly, helpfull, know their product line and straight up on the costs. T up!

The reviews below seem to be a lot of selfish points of view, such as activations fees, disparaged other carriers, not willing to call 1-800-verizon ect... My experience in this store was fantastic, and as far as the guys behind the counter, they were more than willing to help me with my problems. I think people get angry over things that would take place at ANY other location. ALL Cell phone carriers have activtion fees, and lets be honest Verizons service in the midwest DESTROYS all other carriers, and with over 108.7 million customers obviously some problems have to be solved via customer serivce. This store is more than capable of anything I ever experienced at the corporate store, and for that matter I didnt have to wait in a huge line. SHOP HERE!

I was in a hurry and the kid there kept asking for my phone number before he would complete my transaction. I told him I was in a hurry but he didnt seem to care. The place seemed short staffed, but on the other hand it was the only place in town that had cases for the A50.
Always helpful when I come in here might have to wait a little bit but they really try to help you the best they can.
