My experience is different than others. It depends who served your needs. There was one person who did great just that he said I was going to get my $10.00 back even though I wanted the $50. Monthly plan not $60. He said I needed to come in for that which I did and he changed the story that I couldn’t get my $10 back I wish I could’ve recorded the conversation for sure. I had to call corporate to fix my issue if I said 50. It’s what I want nothing else. Also I noticed most of them are rude. I now pay online instead of going in person to avoid their attitude. Switching from Verizon to them is fine to be able to save$$ but the experience who u get to attend your needs is either good or not so good.
My question was answered, the issues with my phone was resolved. Excellent experience 👏👌

Excellent service. The two young ladies are very knowledgeable and helped walk me through all of the current promotions they are offering. The location is very easy to find at a convenient spot right off of Boston Rd/ Route 20.I will absolutely come back to this location for all future cell phone needs.
The worse Metro ever! Worse experience of my life in there. The lady took over an hour trying to activate a new iPhone I bought and she failed. Also, got charged $26 for an activation fee which was never activated and never even got my money back. I went to the metro in west Springfield on river dale and it was only $15 to activate the phone and he only took 5 minutes to activate my phone and said it’s a simple process to activate a new phone!
