I have never had such a great experience as the one I had today. The individual assisting me with my issues was so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Technology can throw me a loop and he was extremely pleasant and helpful in his assistance. It was definitely an enjoyable experience, much to my surprise. Thank you Shane!

Well, Shane was great w/ helping me obtain another carrier, but I still cannot get enough internet to pick up what I want. I’m not sure if it is the internet or maybe my IPhone 8. I’m going by today to find out what the problem is. My first visit was great!

I visited this Verizon location after attempting to activate a device and failing to do so properly. Tanner helped me with this process without needing me to be involved other than answering a few questions. He was very polite and kind to my mother and myself. I will continue to use this location when needing anything related to my cell service just because the customer service was so outstanding.

My wife and kids went in on a Saturday afternoon, and Ethan assisted them. Everyone of them said what a great experience they had. I went in the store 5 days later and was lucky enough to have Ethan assist me as well!! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different phones and the extras that we also needed! Great experience dealing with him and the Russell Cellular store off of East Sunshine in Springfield, MO!!

Definitely wouldnt recommend this location. Seems like no one is knowledgeable on things they should know. Will definitely go to another location next time.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Knew what they were talking about and got my stuff taken care of.

The employee, only 1, does their best to help customers but you will Always wait a significant amount of time. I have been in 4 times over the last month and have never waited less than 30 minutes. Also call, because that 1 employee answers the phone too and waits on the caller while the rest who drove in wait.

I’m not sure if I like my upgraded plan. My other one was unlimited hot spot and I was told this one was only 15gb. What is cost after the 15gb are used? Can I change back to my unlimited?

Stopped in with an interest in a Verizon Jetpack. The staff could not have been more courteous and sweet. Both of the female employees I spoke with were extremely helpful. “Shalom S” was extremely unprofessional due to her not knowing how to troubleshoot or stand behind a product that she sold to me. Continuing to claim that the product was setup incorrectly( we purchased the product from her and she handled the setup) and informing us that the only way to fix the problem was to call corporate customer support is a perfect example of the stores lack of training and support. I will not utilize this location for my business again.

Ive never been to a cell phone store and enjoyed it, this did not change my perception. Also they claim its mandatory to leave with monthly phone protection, I said I didnt want it. They said, cancel it later. This may look good for add on metrics, but is bad for customer experience. Ill go to the corporate store next time.

Very good experience. Associate was very helpful in not only getting me the right phone for my needs but also getting me the right deal. Im on a shared plan with my brother and sister in law and she went through all the lines with us and helped get us all set up for our needs. Very pleased with the visit.

Josie was great. Loads of tiny, one-off issues that caused me to be in-store for quite a bit. But it was all in an effort to get me the latest greatest phone and convert from personal to business. In the end I saved money, got more equipment and got a good deal. Josie bent over backwards dealing with internal customer support several times and got everything pushed thru. Would be five stars if it werent for the Verizon glitches that caused the long visit. Russell Cellular and Josie were top notch, corporate Verizon dropped the ball on this one. However I leave a happy customer.

Most of the time when we come to this store the staff makes every effort to help us. Perhaps the stay-at-home order has impacted the friendly nature of this Verizon store more than others. We were helped by Kenzie who told us in no uncertain terms that we would be better off visiting a different location. Hopefully management can get this store back on track by the time we need to upgrade our phones again.

Well pleased, went in to get my wife a new phone because she was having trouble with her old one and ended up getting 2 new phones because of the special he told us about and also we are on a better plan for about the same money

Employees lack knowledge of their services. I use Verizon on Battlefield, they are much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Showed up to get a phone on a weekday afternoon and there was one person working and 2 more waiting. Went to regular Verizon and got right in and got my new phone.

I am grateful for the help I received today when I can into the retail center. Having someone to help me in person is what I preferred and this store always exceeds my expectations with their customer service.

Nothing but amazing Service from this staff. The store manager here is prompt to answering any and all questions, and if it isnt something she can clearly answer, she will help you call customer service and get answers with you. She is the best and I will always recommend her. Josie has been nothing but friendly with us, and even has great composure when dealing with the most difficult of situations and always is able to make things right with either her staff or customers. Out of all of the Verizon stores I have been to, this will be my new go to as long as josie is there to help us! I love that she takes the time to check on things with us and make sure things are going well with my phone, and my account.This evening she had a few customers causing a fuss, but handled it all so well, and I praise her for her calm and collected state. She got the issue worked out promptly and was extremely professional and then attended to my husband and I with tech issues we were having. I highly recommend her.

Kenzie was uncooperative and unhelpful when we tried to upgrade our phones. My family had been coming to this location for years but apparently the customer service has deteriorated to nothing. I guess well have to take our business elsewhere. Might work on training your employees on being helpful instead of dismissive.

I appreciated his patience and knowledge as he thought through ways for us to have everything we need at the lowest possible price. He did the paperwork for trading in 2 devices which was above and beyond. Thank you!

The absolute worse service I have ever had! I ordered a phone for my wife through them and the phone was supposed to be shipped to them in two days. I waited 3 days and had to contact them to see if the phone was in. They said give it another day so I did and the phone still wasnt in. I had to call them them an additional two other times and still nothing. I would expect any decent company to check in with you periodically on the progress and they didnt. In the end after a total of 7 days we found out that it was never ordered. I do not recommend Russell Cellular.

Store in Buffalo does not always have knowledgeable people working. Staff seems to turn over quickly. Usually go to Springfield for help.

It seemed like a Great experience in the beginning, of course that was by a smoothe talking salesman...(Jake) Jacob told me I would be able to keep my same data plan, exact same plan ... however he changed me to 2 GB instead of 4GB & he told me my plan would be $5-10 less a month except for the 1st month which I agreed to... got my second bill - $40.00 more a month... I have been by the office a couple times with Out to lunch sign on the door... and when call several times a week I get a voicemail message and never recieve a call back .. the door & website says Open until 7:00pm I called again tonight & spoke to Meagan who informed me I needed to call back & speak to the person who sold me the phone she was not the responsible party... are you freakin kidding me ..Shame on you Russell Cellular for not training your people to take responsibility & helping your customers! Will Never go through you again!! What a poor experience & I have been Verizion Strong for years- I will share with them as well!!
