They sell fake titanium dab nails...do not buy one unless you want to smoke poisonous metals....clearly they care more about making a dollar than giving the customer a quality piece. I should not have been able to cut through this with an aluminum blade. titanium is also not magnetic and even with a weak magnet it was able to stick it to the nail... wasn’t offered a different nail or refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE

These people Never answer the phone when I call. I have called randomly throughout the day one day 11 times and never got a single answered call! This is very poor customer service. I dont understand how hard it is to answer the phone when your not even really busy, just answer and put me on a brief hold if you have to but just answer the call at least!!

Bought two puff bars from this place. Bought one last week and it died two days later. Thought it was just a bad one and even mentioned how it died from barely having it. Bought another one and it died two days later again. Never buying from this place again. Nephos will be the place I go to since they don’t sell fake puff bars.

Been coming here for years and today was my last day. Some bald guy with glasses was extremely rude to me. I told the other guy that he was being extremely rude and the bald guy laughed at me. I work 3 jobs, all customer service. I do have friends that know the owner and they will be hearing from me. I told him he needs to learn some customer service etiquette and this is the last time i shop here. No customer should ever go into any establishment and be laughed at by some guy that doesnt want to do his job.

A couple family members and myself had been doing business with Emerald Vapors for our vapor cig kits and supplies but became more than displeased with their products and lack of guarantees on the products they sell as well as the waiting time on several occasions to receive our purchases. Eric was right there to help us as soon as we entered the store, he was very helpful and informative and honest about his products and guarantees on the vapor cig kits and supplies that he sells consumers. Emerald Vapors have now lost 3 customers. We look forward to taking our business to Cigarettes for Less from now on...and to Eric!!!

I just came to the doors literally 40 minutes before you guys closed, trying to get a new piece of glass....And the doors were locked. Some girl was just standing there doing nothing. I just wasted my time and gas money coming here 40 minutes before closing time and the doors are locked? You should let whoever that girl is know, the doors need to stay open until your actual closing time. Shes getting paid to do nothing.. You just lost a valued customer due to her apathy for her job.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are WAY overpriced than any other place besides dari mart. Honestly Id spend the extra dollar and go there bc their customer service is just vile. I got Idd for a lighter. I was curious about it bc the laws have changed and the lady treated me like I was dirt for even starting a conversation. I had no malicious intent just making friendly conversation and her tone disgusted me. Do yourself a favor and just go to any 76 and they 100% cheaper when it comes to cigarettes.

Cool people. They have everything you need. But the kratom tincture they sell for 20$ does absolutely nothing. Have somone test your product for quality. DONT BUY KRATOM HERE unless its an emergency. The markup is pretty insane. Easy A has 150 grams for 40$ or 75 grams for 20$. Not to mention its 4-5$ an ounce online. Dont believe the everyone tells us our quality is far better bull they give you about the kratom.
